“Big Sister, are you filming right now?” A sudden tug on her sleeve jolted Luna from her trance.

“This is…” Her head was still spinning. She recalled soone pushing her from behind the mont she opened that strange door, and vividly rembered that insufferable voice.

“Vile snake! You better pray I don’t catch you!” she muttered viciously to herself. For Luna, being ambushed by soone else was incredibly humiliating. “The only one who can sneak an attack on from behind is Master Lilith!”

As Luna indulged in thoughts of being ambushed by her Master Lilith and then having all sorts of things done to her, a childish exclamation broke her reverie.

“Master? You said ‘master’ just now, didn’t you, Big Sister? Is this so kind of indecent play similar to the ones I’ve seen on the TV?”

Huh? TV? Play? What is she talking about?

Luna turned toward the voice and saw a little girl in a pink dress, no older than ten, covering her flushed cheeks. The girl squird and said, “Is it fun? I heard from Mary in the next class that only adults get to play like that, but I’m dying to know if it’s exciting.”

Luna frowned, still trying to grasp what the girl was saying. Strangely, although the girl wasn’t speaking the sa language as her, Luna understood her perfectly.

Luna opened her mouth, only to realize her words transford into another language.

Before Luna could ask questions, a middle-aged woman appeared out of nowhere, holding the little girl. She glared at Luna and reprimanded her, “Geez, don’t teach the kids all those bad things!”

“The society is being corrupted thanks to trash like you who walk around all day in those indecent clothes! My Selena used to be such a sweet child, but now she pesters with all sorts of strange questions. What if she grows up to be a strange woman like you?!”

“Y-You… How dare you!”

Luna felt a surge of annoyance; it was the first ti soone had dared to be so arrogant in front of her, especially an ordinary person without the slightest hint of magic power or battle qi.

However, she refrained from striking the older woman because she suddenly noticed that a crowd had ford around them.

All the n had short haircuts and wore fitted clothing ant for easy movent, while the won either donned form-fitting outfits that accentuated their figures or short skirts that fluttered in the wind.

Each of them, without exception, revealed their bare arms and thighs, with so even generously showing off their cleavages.

Luna thought the woman’s insults toward her were absurd; compared to these people, she was all wrapped up like a burrito.

“What are you all… doing?” Luna asked, looking at the crowd. She sensed no malicious intentions from them. They were just a group of strangely dressed people devoid of magic power or battle qi.

Yet, all of them were arrogant and didn’t seem to fear her for her status. Each of them held a box that could produce flashes, pointing it at her while excitedly shouting words that she didn’t understand, like “cosplay,” “ancient costu” and “filming.”

Despite the confusion, Luna did catch phrases that she could understand like “Big Sister, you’re so cool!” “Big Sister, is that makeup or your natural face? You’re really pretty.”

Hm, yes, I know I’m pretty. I’ve heard these complints countless tis.

“One of you, explain to where this place is and who you all are!” she demanded sharply.

When no one responded, she raised her finely shaped eyebrows and enunciated each word with authority.

“Whoa!” Instead of answering, the n grew even more excited. So even pulled out cylindrical objects, pointing them at Luna as they continued snapping away.

“That expression is just… wow!”

“Is she cosplaying a queen? Which work is she from? I’ve never seen this character before!”

“Tsk tsk, her acting skills truly put 90% of the fresh cosers to sha.”

“Co on, that’s an understatent, I’m sure you ant 100%!”

“Hello, miss! I’m from Popular Beauty Scouting Agency. May I get to know you?”

A chubby man with a round face squeezed through the crowd, panting as he handed Luna a piece of card with his sweaty hands.

Luna frowned at the sight but decided against making a scene. It would be better for her to gather information on her own. First things first—she needed to find out where she was.

As Luna raised her head to survey her surroundings, she was taken aback. Tall buildings lood in patches, lined up in an oppressive manner that dominated half of her field of vision.

“These are… houses?” Luna murmured in disbelief.

In her mory, the tallest structure in all of Jeorgetown was the Dragon God Tower at the Imperial Altar, standing thirteen stories high. But the buildings before her? How many stories did they have—Dozens? Hundreds?

While the Dragon God Tower was nearly a hundred ters tall, it felt nothing like the suffocating presence of these structures. The dense, honeycomb-like latticework… was that all windows? The azure glass appeared clean, with no hint of mixed colors.

To Luna’s knowledge, glass was a luxury. Ordinary nobles wouldn’t be so extravagant; only top-tier nobles and the royal family could afford such opulence. Most common folk used paper for their windows.

Yet here, every building was adorned with it. Luna felt short of breath. What was this place, anyway? She decided she needed to get to a higher place for a better view.

The chubby man, frustrated by Luna’s lack of response, was beginning to lose his patience. “Hey, are you going to check out our firm or not? This is a great opportunity, I can guarantee you-…”

Ignoring the noisy pig-like man, Luna murmured softly, “[Float].”

Though she couldn’t soar like Lilith, her command of the dragon language had improved rapidly, allowing her to easily use basic but practical spells. Gradually, she began to lift off the ground.

The crowd of onlookers erupted in excitent.

“Wow, she’s floating!”

“How did she do that?”

“It must be magic, right? Magic!”

But as Luna’s altitude quickly surpassed the height of a nearby streetlight, so began to realize that sothing was amiss.

“Hey, it can’t be real…”

“No way! She must be wearing wires! A staff mber is probably hiding sowhere and laughing at us.”

So people scoffed in disbelief, but the chubby man who had offered his business card paled. He fell to the ground in shock as he watched Luna ascend.

He had intended to scold the fools around him, but a realization hit him—they were in the center of the square, with no cover nearby. If there were truly a staff mber involved, where could they possibly hide? Among the older ladies dancing at the square?
