Over the next month, school life continued peacefully. There was no unexpected sche, no surprising Special Evaluation, and no report of anything on campus.

This sense of serenity brought the students to a state of relaxation. After all, they had been hit back to back with several situations that made them realized this wasn’t just an ordinary boarding school for kids.

Instead, it was a battlefield for awakened youths, where they compete academically, politically, and in ability.

In Class-E, the tension had mostly dispersed, and the class had regained its light atmosphere.

Of course there were a few changes. No one actively approached Kaiser anymore. Hazel, his seatmate rely exchanged a few words with him daily.

Ysabella also avoided being seen together with him, as it could impact her reputation negatively.

Of course she still visited Kaiser regularly in his room to let out her frustrations.

The biggest change occured to Eric. After that traumatizing incident, his pride had been rcilessly crushed and shattered.

He wasn’t like himself in the past, always shouting and speaking about girls. Instead, he had changed to a person who lacked confidence. Of course that was only in a negative sense.

He had stopped being an unserious student and was taking classes very seriously. His sudden change in behavior had made Jose and Logan serious too.

Now, they didn’t just gather to play gas or talk about girls, but instead read together and even trained together.

After the classes ended, Instructor Rina inford them before leaving.

"Your final exams is in a week. You should be getting ready."

As soon as she left the classroom, Liam proposed Study Groups like they did during the midterm. The whole class agreed imdiately, except for Mordica and Sebastian of course.

’The class is under pressure because of Kaiser’s actons against Eric.’

Ariel noted, casually combing his silver hair.

’He is really good at psychological plays. Now everyone takes their academics seriously, and no one dares to offend him any longer. Even the other classes don’t dare to say anything about him being Sherlock Hols.’

His green eyes survey the classroom, then rested on Ysabella.

’This girl... everything is off about her. I wonder if Kaiser has noticed it too?’

...

During lunch break, Kaiser headed to the cafeteria and ordered a balanced al set, filled with expensive plant and animal products from the Nirad Realm.

’The holiday should be in two weeks. Then, I’ll have to leave the campus. I hope Uncle has already spoken with the Chairman. It’ll be a hassle doing that myself.’

He thought as he ate his al slowly. The taste wasn’t bad, as it was enough to please him.

’These ants. Do they have to stare so openly?’

He thought, not the least bit agitated by the open stares he was receiving.

Ever since he had turned down Vice President Eren’s proposal, he had noticed that several second-year students were monitoring his movents.

So even openly revealed hostility in their gazes, trying to pressure him psychologically.

’A good thod, but ineffective in my case.’

To pressure a Solace Clan mber psychologically, he didn’t know what horrifying thing was capable of that. Not rely because they had been trained, but even more so because they had been born with low emotional attachnt.

’Welps, it’s a family thing.’

After finishing his lunch, he strolled around the school leisurely, aiming to pass ti till the break ended. Surprisingly, as he passed by Class-A’s door, soone called out to him.

"Hey! Please wait!"

He paused, then turned his head in confusion. The person who had called him was soone familiar.

’I think I t her at the convenience store last month.’

Iruca ran up to him, a thin smile on her lips.

"Um... I know it’s strange calling out to you like this, but..." She hesitated slightly, then continued. "Thank you!"

"Hm?" Kaiser grew more confused, not understanding why she was thanking him.

Sensing his confusion, Iruca explained. "You helped my class by selling the caras to us. It really saved us a lot of points and allowed us to reach our current position as Class-A."

"Oh..." Kaiser nodded. "That’s rely business."

The girl smiled. "I know, but I’m still grateful for it. Also, I rember you helped one evening when I was about to trip on my way back to the dorms. I couldn’t find you back then, but I’m thankful for it."

Kaiser’s forehead creased, trying to recall that mont. It wasn’t anything special, as he had only pulled back soone who was rushing so they don’t block his way when they fell.

He didn’t expect it to be Iruca, and he didn’t expect her to thank him for it.

"Okay, appreciation accepted. Good?" He gave her an awkward thumbs up, unaccustod to such genuine purity.

Iruca smiled and nodded. "If you need help anyti, feel free to reach out to ."

Kaiser nodded, then hurriedly walked away. Staying near soone as pure as that made him feel uncomfortable—like darkness unable to stand in the presence of light.

’She doesn’t possess a color yet... because sothing is hindering her.’

He paused, looking back at the place she had stood. Unexpectedly, he had found another one like Maya and President Anthony.

’This girl is really special... to be able to make feel discomfort...’

His eyes glinted, and he reveled in that chaotic feeling.

A dented smile crossed his lips, but it soon disappeared like a lie.

Not far away, Tamara watched him covertly. She had been independently tailing his movents in the past few days. Of course Adela was aware, but the Eastern heiress had calmly ignored it, allowing her to act freely.

’This guy... what kind of crazy expression was he making?’

She was a little creeped out by it, scowling.

However, she soon shrugged it off and trailed after him. He walked around randomly, then returned to class just a minute before the bell rang.

’He hasn’t done anything special today. Hm, let’s see...’

She produced a small jotter and scribbled sothing into it. With him out of sight, she turned around, ready to return to her classroom.

Unexpectedly, a girl with short green hair and sharp black eyes was standing behind her. Imdiately, they locked eyes, the atmosphere tensed.
