The boar-n, amidst an abundance of dark beetles, seed utterly helpless. Only the third-tier boar-n could resist the beetles’ attacks with their Dou Qi defense, but their Dou Qi was being depleted at an alarmingly rapid pace.
As countless fearless beetles attacked, their Dou Qi depleted quickly, and soon so of the weaker boar-n ran out of Dou Qi. Then, they beca fodder for the beetles.
Perhaps the Dou Qi of a third-tier boar-man could withstand a large number of beetles, but there were too many average boar-n around them. The beetles they replenished vastly outnumbered those they managed to eradicate.
At this point, Du You was also fighting from behind. The two sisters were too exhausted to participate, so Du You joined the battle without hesitation.
Starting from when he flew back, Du You was in a state of overflowing magic power.
At this very mont, Du You didn’t hold back and liberally used his magic power, releasing a Dark Fla Arrow Array against the large number around him, and occasionally summoning Dark Fire Serpents. In such a dense concentration of dark elents, Du You’s magic power was amplified several tis over.
Each magic attack left the third-tier boar-n bereft of resistance, killing them instantly.
Suddenly, Du You saw the largest group of third-tier boar-n forming a conical formation, attempting to break out.
"If I let you escape, my preparation efforts would be in vain," he thought.
Without hesitation, Du You summoned Destruction Flas and the fireball in the sky quickly grew larger. After the shortest preparation of five seconds, the fireball was even bigger than one Du You could conjure with thirty seconds of preparation.
With a point of his finger, the fireball smashed into the group of boar-n. The boar-n could only let out a loud cry before they were swallowed by the fireball. Instantaneously, more than half of the third-tier boar-n in the group turned to ashes, and the remaining were severely wounded.
Du You didn’t show a shred of rcy. As he saw it, these boar-n were butchering the human race without restraint, so why should he hold back? By continually destroying the areas where third-tier boar-n were gathering, he fully quashed their last resistance.
After ten minutes, all the first-tier and second-tier boar-n were wiped out. Another ten minutes later, the last of the third-tier boar-n died in front of Du You, who commanded the dark beetles to disperse.
"Wild Boar Ridge is the main distribution area for the boar-n tribes, primarily divided into seven areas or, seven large clusters. Each cluster requires individual deploynt of Putrid Insect Mist for eradication. Now that the first region in front of us is almost obliterated, we must hurry because the other tribes will soon receive the news," Du You explained.
Du You was aware of the speed at which boar-n relayed information. Although all their fighters had left, causing so indecision among the boar-n, it would not take long. Certainly, not longer than a day.
Given more than a day, the boar-n would flee and then proliferate sowhere else.
Perhaps the boar-n were a little weak and had no inheritances, but Du You did not dare to underestimate their reproductive abilities.
"You two wait here. I’m going for a walk." The sisters nodded quietly, and continued to use potions to restore their magic power. At this point, that was all they could do to not hold Du You back.
Du You rode the Black Jade Griffin away once more. His destination was the other six clusters. With no third-tier boar-n left to lead them, it would be much easier to kill the rest. Du You planned to start releasing the Putrid Insect Mist from the furthest periphery.
Before leaving, Du You took out of his space the spheres he had, giving them to the sisters to activate. He honestly had too many, and the two were currently idle.
As the two were activating the spheres, Lin Yushi said, "Aren’t we slowing down Master’s progress?"
Lin Yushi was worried. She was afraid that if she beca useless to her Master, she wouldn’t be able to accompany him to the Other World. She couldn’t bear to think about what would happen if she were left on Earth.
Even though their star ratings were high, and their talents exceptional, as slaves, they couldn’t enter the Other World on their own without Du You.
"Don’t worry, Master has prepared Celestial Star Bottles for us. He certainly won’t abandon us." Lin Yucha was convinced that the Celestial Star Bottles probably wouldn’t be of much use to Du You, as his reaction to them had been rather mild.
"But even with those, we still..."
"When we go back, let’s investigate and look for worlds with powerful demons," Lin Yucha said, nodding after so thought. "We’ll find a way to persuade Master to take us in. We need new skills."
After a pause, Lin Yucha continued, "In small scales battles and one-on-one duels, we aren’t behind in strength. The biggest gap between us and Master right now is in dealing with a large number of enemies in a battlefield."
"So we need two types of skills. One is a summoning-type skill, preferably one that allows for a large number of summons to aid in war. The other is a magic power recovery skill. We’re seriously lacking in magic power. Master has abundant magic power and can recover it using the Slaughter Badge, so we need an ability for rapid magic power recovery."
They had this thought because of the skill stones they had previously obtained. The skill, Magic Power Sacrifice, was of this type. Although Magic Power Sacrifice was of little use to the two girls, being rather lackluster, they saw in this type of skill a new possibility.
Lin Yushi nodded vigorously. "I understand. I will talk to Master when we go back. He’s very kind; he’ll certainly agree."
A dark line appeared on Lin Yucha’s forehead. How could her sister be so naive? If it weren’t for their kind Master, who knows what would happen to them if they had just anyone as their master.
The two weren’t stupid. After spending a considerable amount of ti with Du You, they knew how mild his temperant was.
While the two were chatting and activating the spheres, Du You had already flown around Wild Boar Ridge, scattering a large amount of Putrid Insect Mist. This ti, there would likely be minimal return.
Any boar-man that reached the second-tier would scarcely stay in its own tribe. Most of them sward towards Du You. This was typical behavior for a race without organized systems.
By doing so, Du You was not only fulfilling his mission but also clearing out this place. By clearing out Wild Boar Ridge, there would be a significant expansion of his territory’s influence. Despite it being his own doing.
