Du You, having made his way past the obstructing goblin tribe, continued to follow the arrow onwards. It wasn’t until well into the night that he finally arrived at the doorstep of his destination.

Ahead, Du You was surprised to find many tribes camped around, not intentionally defending, but the place was likely important to the nearby goblins. From a distance, it looked dark and sowhat chilly.

The Dreamy Butterfly, which had used the Dreamy Powder once before, was now useless and had already been packed away by Du You.

However, having run all the way here, Xiaozi was back to her normal state. "It’s not far, Xiaozi, let’s go," said Du You.

At his instruction, Du You climbed onto the back of the purple golden eagle. Xiaozi flapped her wings and silently flew over the goblin tribe under the cover of night, managing to pass unnoticed.

Carrying on, they ca across the goblin cetery. However, the place was different from what Du You had imagined. It was more fitting to describe it as a Chaotic Burial Ground rather than a cetery.

Goblins were not known to construct ceteries, and they usually fed on their own kind when they died.

Along the way, Du You had already seen quite a few elderly goblins walk into the burial ground and fell dead right there.

From his analysis, Du You speculated that when elderly goblins felt the end of their lives approaching, they would leave their tribe and head for the burial ground. Those who died on the way would certainly beco food for other goblins. Only goblins who made it to the burial ground could die there.

This was the resting place of the goblins, and no young goblins would ever enter. Although the place was chaotic, it was incredibly quiet.

However, within the goblin cetery, there were quite a few moving goblin skeletons. Given that it was the middle of the night, Du You did not want to go in.

"Let’s leave it for today and rest here; we’ll go in tomorrow when it’s light out. It’s said that the undead fear the sun. Even if they don’t, at least the visibility will be better. Being out here in the pitch-black darkness is frightening," said Du You.

Having had his fair share of zombie encounters, Du You, now presented with a choice, certainly wouldn’t enter at this mont. Moreover, he still hadn’t seen the Cursed Crow.

Du You and Xiaozi hid in a valley and took out the Light Ball that was left behind after killing the iron-skinned zombie.

"Such a powerful iron-skinned zombie must’ve left sothing good behind. I just wonder what’s inside this," said Du You.

Upon opening the Light Cluster, he first saw the familiar white Crystal Coins, which he was no longer particularly interested in. But what ca next made Du You’s eyes light up. "It’s equipnt, it’s equipnt!" he exclaid.

Despite having fought in this place for such a long ti, Du You had only ever obtained two pieces of equipnt: the Brave Warrior’s Sword he was using and the dagger. The dagger had been found in a box, and its level wasn’t great.

Now, equipped with another piece of equipnt, it radiated a white glow.

Nowadays, Du You knew well that equipnt also ca in levels. For example, the lowest was unrestricted to bring into the Derived World, those with no level. Above that, were light white and then white. Du You wasn’t sure about any levels higher, as he himself hadn’t seen them yet.

"Huh? Why is it a chain?" Du You felt disappointed when he realized what the piece of equipnt was.

It wasn’t the hamr used by the iron-skinned zombie, but the chain that was wrapped around it.

The probability of equipnt dropping is low, but there’s a certain pattern. Usually, the drops are carried or once owned by slain creatures. Those are notes Du You had read in the library.

But surprisingly, it seems even a chain could be an equipnt drop.

Black Iron Chains: Hardness 7. These strong and heavy chains are white-level items.

This was the properties of the chain. Du You could not use it himself, and he was unsure if it could be utilized by others. After all, this chain was not only used for attack and defense purposes but could also be used elsewhere.

Left with no other choice, he decided to keep it for now, even though it was pretty heavy. Du You had already gathered quite a collection along the way, and after thinking it through, he decided to temporarily hide the chains in this place. He would retrieve it later after completing his quest.

This chunky item was such a burden that it hindered his mobility.

He sent out the Dreamy Butterfly. Even though it was out of use, it could still alert him of potential threats. So, he found himself a spot, made a bed out of so dry grass, and prepared to sleep.

When he woke up, it marked his fourth day in this world.

"I’m wondering what I could summon today," said Du You, rubbing his hands, reminded of the feeling of drawing cards.

The familiar Magic Array appeared, and the summoning lottery began. A burst of light erupted and then slowly faded.

"Why this creature? Is it because of the dark environnt here?" Du You looked at the creature he summoned with a strange expression. This ti, it was completely different from normal animals.

Ordinary Zombie: Slow-moving but incredibly strong.

Skill: Plague Poison

A zombie, a bit taller than him, appeared before him. But Du You knew that this zombie was no match for him. Its only redeeming feature was its Plague Poison skill.

Accompanied by a zombie, Du You ventured towards the depths of the goblin cetery. The pointer on the sphere had disappeared because he had arrived at his destination, signaling that the Cursed Crow was definitely within the vicinity.

"Go on, deal with that skeleton," instructed Du You, pointing at a skeleton in front of them.

The zombie moved slowly towards it. The skeleton, upon seeing the zombie, ran towards it swiftly. Compared to the zombie’s lethargic speed, the skeleton seed to be flying.

Both being undead creatures, they were indifferent towards dying and unadaptable. The skeleton, holding a bone club it had found sowhere, targeted the zombie’s head. The attack only caused the zombie’s head to shake a little, doing close to no damage. The zombie, raising its huge wooden club, swung it hard.

If the skeleton had been controlled by soone, it would have avoided the zombie’s attack. But the skeleton standing in front of him had no one in command and had no idea how to dodge. The wooden club ca crushing down, smashing half of the skeleton’s body.

The zombie moved forward and hit it again. The already incapacitated skeleton had its skull completely shattered.

At this point, a faint fla was absorbed by the zombie’s mouth.
