As we got closer and I could see the girls waiting for , I thanked Tag and Sig for coming along and that I would need their help tomorrow. I was happy to see the girls, but I also had so questions that I wanted to ask ssia.
"It's good to see that you made it back fine; how was your trip to visit the Snake Folk?" ssia asked as we all set down.
I let go of Talli, and both her and Pixie ran over to Leah, and Riza was close behind. She must still be hungry like I was, but I was also feeling a bit weird.
"We never ended up going. Let's go back to the hut and sit down, I am still pretty hungry, and we have a lot I want to talk to you about. I also have a bunch of questions that I hope you can answer and get cleared up," I said, trying to keep myself level, but I was getting antsy thinking about Miasma and telling ssia about her.
"Yes, of course, but are you okay? You seem like sothing is bothering you?" ssia asked, coming closer to , but I stepped back, and she gave a look.
I took a deep breath; this wasn't hard, it was just words, and I would feel better if I knew the answer, regardless of the outco. I took a mont to collect myself, so I wouldn't be misunderstood like I had been with Sig.
"When you feed , and the few tis that I have kissed you, what do you feel? Do you care for more than just as my provider, or do you just care about deeply and want to make happy? Whatever you choose, I am perfectly fine with it, but I feel like I might be reading into your affection more literally than you intend it to be," I said, and then I went quiet, looking down.

"I don't need to have children, or we will figure out sothing with one of our evolutions or sothing. I just want to know that you want to stay by my side for more than my food and comfort," I told her as I looked into her eyes.
"I do enjoy kissing you, but I will have to take care of the girls most of the ti, and there are tis that you will be apart from . If you do not plan on having children, then enjoy yourself; you can try that kissing thing with the girls when they complete their transformation. This is a new life! I walked beside her in silence, going over my thoughts. She was right, and I would be silly not to explore the different things that the world had to offer.
The idea ran through my head, and my mood picked up, and I squeezed her hand. I turned my head to her and smiled, but I still wanted to ask a final ti.

Before this Queen, the other Queens were always so single-minded and only believed that they knew the right way. Most of the workers don't respect her, but they need her to create more workers," ssia explained as we neared Miku and Xani's hut.

I might have found a way to keep an eye on the Weasels, but they have a problem. Then the people causing them a problem have their own problem of getting rid of a deadly waste," I explained as ssia pulled the grass door curtain aside for , and I stepped in with the other girls.
My honey-dipped Ferrets looked peaceful, cuddled together; their layer of honey was starting to get thinner, and it wouldn't belong. Pixie and the others were eating what looked to be a sticky honeycomb wafer of so kind.
That must be the BeeBread that ssia had ntioned before. I wondered what it tasted like, but I knew there was no chance of getting any of that yet.
I heard ssia co in behind , and I turned to her smiling face and opened my mouth. ssia leaned into , and the rush of jelly was everything, and I was able to slurp the sweet nectar into until I could take no more.
I kissed ssia a few more tis and then took her by the hands and pulled her to the cushions. Riza must have already been fed by Leah, and she had crawled into her honey bed and looked to be fast asleep already.
I was a bit tired, but I was excited to tell Leah and ssia about all that had happened today.
