Shortly after Leonard made his order, Mirelle entered the compartnt alongside Elise.

"Why are you here?"

"Shouldn’t you be serving Marquis Darius at this ti?"

"Hmm? You actually dare to attack us?"

The commotion inside the compartnt quickly turned into a fierce confrontation.

To prevent the sound from leaking out, Leonard promptly closed the door.

He didn’t have any intention of entering further inside, though. Knowing that the Death Guards inside were a bunch of scums, he simply allowed Mirelle to vent her suppressed anger.

As for Elise, it was about ti for her to retaliate and remove a thorn in her heart.

"Will it take too long?" Leonard muttered, wondering how long the fighting sound would remain.

Based on Mirelle’s skills and Elise’s intel about the Death Guards inside the wine cellar at lodious Bar, it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.

While Leonard patiently waited in the background, Elise and Mirelle were fighting with all their might. During the process, many Death Guards were dumbfounded by Elise’s aggression.

They clearly didn’t expect she would attempt to kill them at this juncture.

"How dare you attack us, Elise!"

"Aren’t you afraid of the magic contract backlash?"

"No, you have already breached the contract! You’re a dead woman and we’re allowed to do whatever we want with you!"

Death Guards weren’t allowed to harm each other unless it was tournant ti, where rewards and punishnts would be awarded.

Therefore, quite the majority of the Death Guards were killed in the blink of an eye without offering any resistance.

They were in the secret compartnt, which only their own people were allowed to enter.

Who could have imagined one of them would beco a traitor and launch a sneak attack?

Naturally, if it were any other personnel, they might have been alerted. But the Death Guard had signed a very strict magic contract.

They had already witnessed the consequences of breaching even one of the clauses.

There were monts when a male Death Guard refused to accept his demotion and wanted to sneak-attack the person who defeated them in secret. In the end, they died on the spot by the magic contract.

Then there were monts when a female Death Guard had no choice but to offer their body after losing the battle or failing a mission.

Their blatant refusal quickly caused the contract to activate.

Their bodies would convulse, which rendered them incapable of moving their limbs. They could only use their expression to express their extre disgust and unwillingness while being ravaged.

"No, Sister Elise!" Nadia, the little sister of Elise, cried aloud in agony. She didn’t want to see her eldest sister suffer the agony of breaching the magic contract.

In response to her outcry, Elise simply flashed a warm smile.

"Relax, little sister. Your eldest sister isn’t being impulsive." She said.

While Elise reassured Nadia that all was well. The other Death Guards were already licking their tongue with a predator’s gaze.

They had seen how Elise had violated the very magic contract that compelled them. They were now permitted to do whatever they wanted with Elise. Not even the Marquis would say anything because he despised betrayal and insubordination the most!

"Hahaha! I didn’t expect you to be that foolish to offer your body to us!"

"Your body should be convulsing soon! I wondered what your little sister’s expression would be when she watched us take turns doing you!"

Elise remained expressionless when she heard their degradatory remarks.

She simply pointed at them one by one at a slow and steady pace.

"Please, Mirelle." She calmly said. Since Leonard had granted her the privilege to point at whoever she wished for death, she would gladly use them wisely. Her heart was filled with gratitude for Leonard, who gave her a chance to do sothing that she had desired for a long ti.

Mirelle nodded her head and unleashed her aura to suppress the despicable bastards. She had been waiting for her signal to point at which Death Guards to kill.

As soon as Mirelle revealed her true strength. The other Death Guards were finally jolted awake from their fantasy.

"A-A sixth circle Mage??!"

"This fucking bitch actually brought over such a figure!"

"This is mutiny! You actually dared to betray the Marquis! Don’t you know that this is Velastra!"

Alard, the Death Guards all panicked. They were trapped in this secret compartnt, with nowhere else to go.

They were no different than fish on the chopping board, awaiting the butcher knife to land on top of their head.

Frustrated and beyond astonished. They quickly went on their knees to beg for rcy.

Although so of them tried to capture Nadia to use as a hostage.

"Co here!" So of them rushed toward Nadia with rage.

"No... my body." Alas, before they could actually make a threatening move, their body twitched and convulsed uncontrollably.

"That cursed contract..." Their faces twisted in an ugly complexion as they realized their body was being destroyed from the inside.

In the end, they were killed by the magic contract that was bound to them. Because it wasn’t yet the tournant ti, to harm another Death Guard was equivalent to a death sentence.

This clause was absolute!

It was a ans that Darius used to ensure hatred would continue to brew within them.

By brewing their hatred amongst others, Darius would then be able to witness a lovely bloodbath scene during the tournant.

The organizer of the tournant also knew who to put the guards together who hated each other to fight to create the maximum effect.

Moreover, the tournant would invite other nobles and rich rchants to join in so betting as to who would win.

After all, it was such easy money revenue, so how could Darius miss the chance? The forr could also take the opportunity of the betting tournant to connect with rich rchants to stick his hand into the rchant Guild, which was ruled by Welsey Livingstone.

"No, don’t kill !"

"I was wrong. I don’t dare to harbor any lewd thoughts anymore!"

As the Death Guards pleaded, Mirelle simply snorted and killed them all at once. Although there were so who still wanted to resist, in the face of a sixth circle mage, they were nothing but ants.

Maybe if they were allowed to lurk in the shadows, then it might have been difficult for Mirelle to take action.

Unfortunately for them, they were all trapped in a single region, with the exit path completely blockaded by her.

They could only scream in agony as Mirelle made her move.

"All done!" Mirelle clasped her hands together. In the end, only Nadia remained alive. Every other guard was given the death pointer by Elise.
