The Minister of Civil Affairs is held by Carlisle Daniels. Carlisle is also a mber of the Progressive Party, but unlike the rather radical Ruiz, Carlisle is clearly inclined towards conservatism.
During his tenure as Minister of Civil Affairs, he achieved no significant accomplishnts but also made no errors, his political performance can only be described as diocre.
The Minister of Transport was originally Ruiz. However, elected as acting Pri Minister by the Parliant, Ruiz perford extrely poorly during the workers’ parade, leading Carlo to dissolve the Parliant and abolish the then Spanish Cabinet.
Ruiz, who served as acting Pri Minister for only one day, was honorably unemployed and arrested by the Spanish Army for endangering national security.
Carlo had never much favored such a radical reforr. If this fellow were to take power, Spain would likely soon transform into a republic.
But history has taught enough lessons. Spain did indeed beco a republic during this period but becoming a republic did not an the internal struggles in Spain had concluded. On the contrary, the fights between various parties and forces caused the republic that lasted a few years to collapse with a bang.
Looking at Spain’s republican history from a God’s-eye view, its beginning was quite hasty, and its ending was equally miserable.
Ruiz, as such a radical reforr, did not have a clear understanding of the situation in Spain. At present, Spain does not need a republic; instead, it is the monarchy that can maintain the country’s unity and stability.
The seat of the Minister of Transport is currently vacant, but Carlo intends to promote the Deputy Minister of the Transport Departnt, Icarus Montoya.
Icarus has perford exceptionally well in the Transport Departnt, even arguably outstanding. If it weren’t for Icarus blocking so of Ruiz’s rather radical decisions, perhaps the departnt’s achievents this year would have been significantly compromised.
Having soone so capable and familiar with the departnt take over, could effectively reduce the work stagnation caused by the change of departnt heads for the Transport Departnt.
The Minister of Public Security is occupied by Garcia Herrera. Garcia is a rare non-partisan figure within the Spanish Cabinet Governnt, but he is also a mber of the Spanish nobility, theoretically more inclined towards the Conservative Party.
The na of the Minister of Health is unfamiliar to Carlo, which could be related to the poor state of healthcare in Spain.
After all, dical standards in this era are indeed quite poor, Carlo mainly focuses on drug and biological research in the healthcare field, rather than paying much attention to the healthcare departnt.
Currently, the Minister of Health is Javier Hakson, a relatively renowned figure in the fields of biology and dicine.
Gerard Wilson continues to serve as Minister of Education. Gerard Wilson has made comndable achievents in promoting literacy education in Spain, and Carlo intends to further utilize him.
After all, there’s no term limit for Spanish Cabinet Ministers. As long as one is competent enough, holding a cabinet position for decades is not exaggerated.
Finally, there is the Foreign Secretary. The Foreign Secretary is also a mber of the nobility and holds the title of Marquis. Carlo is not unfamiliar with the Marquis of Everton, as the Marquis was not only one of the earliest Spanish nobles to express goodwill towards Carlo but also one of the earliest to join the Royal Council.
