Chapter 147: Dreadful Soul Mask
“Master, I don’t think the Mirage Monsters can hold on much longer!”
Ruan Xiaoer opened his mouth again.
It was true that the Mirage Monsters couldn’t resist much longer. They were apparently on the losing side because they had lost a huge population earlier and their attack was useless against the turtles.

But only several seconds later, the turtle, which looked like an enlarged snapping turtle but felt much more aggressive, stopped moving too.
Another dozen seconds later, the white glow that represented spoils popped up!

Bubbles popped up from the mouths of so Mirage Monsters in the crystal palace that had almost been razed by the Snapping Dragon Turtles.
It was the first turtle that had been killed since the beginning of the battle. Undoubtedly, the Mirage Monsters, who had been panicked and desperate, were filled with hope again!
Naturally, it completely escaped their attention that a completely transparent mask moved quietly below the body of the dead Snapping Dragon Turtle to the shell of another Mirage Monster that was in combat...

The only thing that made Ji Ye slightly regretful was that once he chose to imprison a soul, the mask would turn black, so he could only detonate the Mirage Monsters’ and the Snapping Dragon Turtles’ souls while the mask was in their bodies, without being able to bring the souls back to feed the Soul Alpha Wolf.
In this one-for-one battle, the Mirage Monsters who were on the losing side gradually stabilized themselves, whereas the Snapping Dragon Turtles had fewer and fewer advantages.
