Entering this state allows the user to draw out the maximum possible efficiency from their attributes, During this ti, the user’s control over every ability in their possession rises to the highest possible level permitted by their Spirit Attribute.The duration depends on the user’s total Stat count; for every 1,000 overall Stats, True-Consonance can be maintained for 1 second.
Cooldown: 6 Hours
( Emotion suppression is applied by default and can’t be toggled off at will in this state. )
( The skill becos progressively less effective when the target’s overall stat count surpasses 1,000,000. )

The Semi-Consonance state was exactly the sa as the effect of Synchrony. The only difference was that his efficiency in adapting to attribute stats had increased, while his ability to toggle emotional suppression remained unchanged.

The real change was the Hyper-Consonance state. The mont he entered it, the difference was night and day.
It did not change his ti perception, but the energy attacks coming at him suddenly felt much easier to dodge.
Looking back at how he fought the monster earlier felt crude. Even dodging attacks now required very little movent, instead of the large, wasteful motions he made before. Attacks he once thought were impossible to dodge were now clearly avoidable.
Even before entering this state, Jay had Battle Instinct from the War Asura Geno he transfused using Rownak’s talent. Although the Battle Instinct he and Rownak has access to was only 30% as effective as Moro’s, it still raised their fighting ability to another level.
Now that Jay’s control over his attributes had reached an impeccable level, Battle Instinct had more room to function, sharply increasing his combat capability.
But the Hyper-Consonance state was not limited to his attributes alone. His control over his abilities had also reached an equally high level.
