Wanting to gain a lot of excelia from Kokabiel, this is why Roy has not used Balance Breaker for so long.

Otherwise, with Roy's current strength, if he activated Balance Breaker, even without additional skills, he could easily kill Kokabiel.

After all, Roy has the strength to confront a Satan class figure head on.

A cadre class fallen angel like Kokabiel couldn't last a few rounds against Roy in Balance Breaker.

However, even across the entire world, there are few cadre class fallen angels.

Even fewer can be fought and killed without reservation.

Roy would not let such a pri excelia source go to waste.

According to the falna, defeating an enemy of equal or greater strength yields more abundant excelia.

Roy typically avoided using the Boosted Gear to gain excelia for this reason.

After all, in a sense, the Boosted Gear is a special Magic-type item.

Unless facing an opponent far stronger than himself, the excelia gained from defeating an enemy in Balance Breaker is far less than what he could earn by relying on his own strength.

"Your damn, fucker?!" Kokabiel couldn't help but curse.

Feeling the aura rising from Roy's body, equal to his own, a chill ran down Kokabiel's spine.

After the three factions war ended, Kokabiel had encountered several Red Dragon Emperors, but their strength was nowhere near Roy's.

Fallen angels have a dedicated facility for researching Sacred Gears.

Though Kokabiel wasn't particularly interested, he had picked up so knowledge within gregori.

With Longinus like the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing, the stronger the host's base strength, the greater the boost when using the Sacred Gear.

Now, Roy hadn't even used boost, yet his strength already matched Kokabiel's.

If Roy used the boost, how powerful would he beco?

Kokabiel didn't know.

But one thing was certain: it would far surpass his own strength.

"I told you, stop asking stupid questions. It makes you look dim witted," Roy said with a smile.

Kokabiel's face darkened, not only from being choked by Roy's words but also from growing concern about his dire situation.

A dilemma with no way out.

"This generation's Heavenly Dragons are monsters!" Kokabiel cursed inwardly.

Thinking of the Vali, Kokabiel felt a slight relief.

The Heavenly Dragons are fated rivals.

Each have comparable strength, or they wouldn't be rivals.

This generation's White dragon emperor, deed the strongest in history by Azazel, is outrageously powerful, so his rival, the red dragon emperor, would naturally be exceptional.

Only with such strength could Roy compete with the strongest White dragon emperor.

"Roy's aura is incredible, already at the level of a ultimate class," Sona said, maintaining the barrier while keeping an eye on the battle above.

Feeling the powerful aura radiating from Roy, she couldn't hide her shock. "No, even among ultimate class, he's at the pinnacle."

"I recall his strength wasn't this great before. Has he been hiding it?" Sona asked, looking at Rias.

"Roy went out to train earlier and received guidance from the original red dragon emperor, Ddraig," Rias explained with a smile.

"He likely advanced during that ti."

"But this progress is too rapid," Sona said, her tone laced with disbelief.

"Roy has always been a genius," Rias replied.

"And he must have built a strong base," she added.

Based on what they knew about Roy, even before formally entering the supernatural world, he had the strength to defeat low-class and even rival middle-class.

It wasn't surprising that his strength surged after awakening his Longinus and receiving guidance from Ddraig.

"A strong base?" Sona's mouth twitched. Roy's base was so robust that he had improved drastically in such a short ti.

"You're not using your Boost?!" Kokabiel felt humiliated.

Past red dragon emperors, even in Balance Breaker, might not have defeated him reliably.

But this guy hadn't even used his boost yet.

"Then die without regrets!" Kokabiel shouted, gripping his light spear, spreading his wings, and diving toward Roy.

This ti, he didn't charge a massive spear of light to destroy Roy.

Learning from his earlier failure, Kokabiel stayed cautious, wary of Roy using that strange ability to disrupt his light power again.

Charging a light spear of that scale, though quick, left openings for Roy to exploit.

Instead of wasting energy, Kokabiel opted for close combat.

Having fought countless battles, his lee skills were exceptional.

He wasn't a useless fallen angel limited to hurling light spears.

Two highly condensed light spears danced in Kokabiel's hands, relentlessly thrusting at Roy.

Yet, his spear technique was only part of his lee prowess.

More dangerous were the ten pitch-black wings behind him.

Kokabiel's wings were no longer re symbols or tools for flight.

They transford into ten razor-sharp blades.

A single slash could sever a head.

These wings could attack and form an impregnable defense, shielding Kokabiel like a shell.

"Not bad. You're finally living up to my expectations," Roy said, clashing his sword against Kokabiel's light spears.

Each collision sent shockwaves, causing the surrounding air to ripple.

For the first ti, Roy felt excitent in his battle with Kokabiel.

If he didn't take it seriously, he might actually take a hit.

At that mont, Roy's focus was entirely on the fight with Kokabiel.

Unknowingly, the two descended from the sky to the ground.

Rias, Sona, and the others maintaining the barrier quickly sealed the gap at the top after the two entered, enclosing Kuoh Academy so they could fight without restraint.

Kokabiel's attacks were relentless, his light spears and wings cutting off Roy's retreat, forcing him to engage head on.

Though Kokabiel's assault was fierce, Roy remained unscathed.

He had his own defensive asures, even more effective than Kokabiel's wings.

The wind barrier from tempest blocked so of Kokabiel's attacks.

Additionally, Roy's body was enveloped in a layer of magic.

This was Riveria's signature skill, allowing him to attack freely until the magical defense reached its limit.

After three minutes of intense combat, Roy sliced through Kokabiel's wings, wounding him again.

"Boom!"

As Kokabiel's injuries mounted, he could no longer resist.

Roy's sword sent him crashing to the ground.

The impact launched Kokabiel backward, unable to control his body.

His feet left the ground, and he slamd into a nearby tree, snapping it.

Kokabiel slid down, slumping against the broken trunk.

His face was pale and grim.

At this mont, Kokabiel was in a pitiful state, with over a dozen wounds, large and small, still bleeding.

All ten of his wings were severed, none intact, with wounds exposing blood and bone, a grueso sight.

Kokabiel's face was deathly pale, as if on the brink of death, his aura chaotic and steadily weakening.

"!" Rias's face lit up with joy.

"Impressive. He defeated a fallen angel cadre without even using Balance Breaker," Sona remarked, her expression relaxing.

With Kokabiel, the main instigator, defeated, the crisis would end.

"Roy's side has settled things. I need to speed up," Kiba said, holding the light factor crystal in one hand and his demonic sword in the other.

He fought one of the exorcists, gradually overpowering them and soon securing victory.

"Valper, are you ready to die?" Kiba said, turning to Valper Galilei with a carefree smile, as if savoring his revenge.

"You two heretics, surrender now!" Irina and Xenovia declared, having subdued the other two exorcists wielding holy swords, maintaining the upper hand.

As holy sword wielders trained by the church from a young age, they easily outmatched the exorcists.

Soon, Kiba and the church duo defeated all three exorcists.

"Don't co closer!" Valper cried, terrified, cursing Kokabiel as useless in his mind.

He had assud that with Kokabiel's strength, seizing the other two holy swords and handling the devils at Kuoh Academy would be effortless.

So he had followed Kokabiel to Kuoh Academy.

But he never expected Kokabiel to lose.

Worse, Kiba, a survivor of the Holy Sword Project, saw him as a mortal enemy, determined to kill him to quench his hatred.

"Go to hell and repent with them!" Kiba raised his demonic sword and struck Valper, ending his life.

Irina and Xenovia sighed but did not stop Kiba's vengeance.

Roy approached Kokabiel, ready to deliver the final blow.

"I never thought I'd survive the three factions war only to die here," Kokabiel said, slumped on the ground, giving up resistance. A self-deprecating smile crossed his pale face.

"But it's not a loss. At least I didn't die of boredom."

"In a world without gods or Satans, dying in battle is a relief!"

"Didn't expect you to take it so well," Roy said, raising an eyebrow.
