The hawk and the rhino felt a sudden change in the environnt and barely had ti to turn their heads. They saw a small human woman floating, radiating infinite, ethereal power. Suddenly, it felt like the whole world had plunged into a dark, empty abyss.
The two beasts realized that all their connections to the celestial laws were lost. Their spiritual roots were almost powerless, and an infinite suppression fell upon them; it wasn’t physical, but ntal. Their minds began to fog, and their reasoning beca confused. Amid that suffocating darkness, they felt as if a deity were furiously watching them.
Suddenly, their world changed, and a soft light appeared. They looked up, completely astonished. They saw a dazzling violet horizon, like a divine and magical night sky.
In the center of it all was a celestial presence: a silver moon, representing the divine will over mortals. Surrounding this moon were shining rings, a stunning Paraselene radiating its splendor.
The whale slowly got up from the ground, his whole body seeming broken and wounded. She definitely couldn’t withstand another enemy attack. She looked around carefully. Both she and Kaiyka were sheltered within that world and could see everything the beasts saw but felt no discomfort.
A mix of spatial laws and ntal power governed everything in that place; nothing else existed. The skies were violet, and ntal power descended from all directions, giving the enemy no chance to defend. The land seed completely connected like a formation; the whale felt sothing connecting with him, and all the power of that world seed at his disposal—it was definitely related to the ancient bestial world.
In the sky, the moon was physical and real, a manifestation of Ruri’s heroic rune power. This manifestation was the reflection of sothing the cultivator wanted to bring into the world; Ruri chose this moon to be the manifestation of her will alongside her own Dao.
The Paraselene was a phenonon Alm and Bruno showed Ruri when she was still a young woman, full of internal problems to resolve. The two wanted to mark her deeply and make her reflect... and they succeeded perfectly. That mont of them together watching the phenonon was a mory Ruri would never forget, like many others.
As for Ruri, she wasn’t anywhere. She was one with that world, and that world was one with her. Everything was silent like a magical night until a soft voice sounded, coming from all directions.
"This is the world of the moonlight. This is my Moon Goddess Dao."
The whale, Kaiyka, and the two beasts were the only ones to hear, but as soon as the words were spoken, all the cultivators on the planet felt the celestial laws reverberate in response. The heavens heard the na of the Dao, now forever recorded in the laws; the judgnt of the Divinity began officially.
Alm and Bruno felt the power of this world while using their faith power to heal quickly. Ruri chose not to fight directly with her Dao; this world was made for another purpose. All her allies within would gain dominion over this world’s laws, and the only things that existed there were the laws themselves and her will.
The enemies would lose all support from the celestial laws and the world, able to use only their internal runes and Qi. Their techniques would be drastically weakened, and their minds constantly invaded; even with a cultivation advantage, Ruri and her allies would have an overwhelming advantage.
Alm and Bruno coldly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages. The spatial laws completely sealed the place, and the celestial karma was the fuel to keep everyone inside; it was impossible to escape. But Ruri obviously couldn’t maintain the place forever; her ntal and Qi exhaustion was imnse.
This Dao was like a dark, deadly abyss, a deep hole where the enemy could only run in circles in the dark while being attacked. It was extre power, but Ruri needed to rely on her allies to win. This level of power could only be used in a very small area, and only once. All her strength would be drained afterward.
Alm concluded: ’It fits her perfectly. It’s an oppressive and dominant Dao, while also making the most of all her abilities.’
’The spatial laws and ntal power are at our disposal, and we can fight and defeat anything she traps in this place. It’s sothing that fits us perfectly, made for us to always fight together,’ Bruno added.
The two sighed lightly, impressed. Ruri didn’t disappoint; the Dao she created was truly terrifying. Connected with Ruri, they could clearly sense everything outside. All the bestial cultivators paused upon realizing what had happened to the two beasts.
They saw only a blur at the center of everything and, feeling the incomprehensible laws completely alien to the celestial laws, were montarily stunned, not moving. It was an initial, instinctive shock that made them stop, but it wouldn’t last long.
"Let’s end this quickly," Alm said coldly, as a saber that seed to devour all the remaining light in the world appeared in the whale’s hands.
With a thought, he moved all the spatial runes around. It was as if they were a part of him, and he had cultivated these laws himself. All of Ruri’s power was available to be used freely, and she would use her techniques in unison, as if she were one with them.
"We’ve never studied spatial laws, but now we’ve gained them at an extrely high level; let’s test them," Alm said, and the saber nad Vorion moved smoothly.
The two beasts, completely catatonic, felt death approaching and turned around, terrified. They couldn’t see or sense anything around them. Their minds were in chaos, and sothing constantly invaded their bodies and minds; now, a primal fear made them unleash all the power of their cultivation without holding back.
In the Divine Origin Realm, the cultivator undergoes constant tribulations to absorb celestial runes into their body. These runes represent celestial laws, and by rging with their bodies, they connect them to the laws of the entire universe; almost all the Qi in the environnt and its laws can be easily used by them because of this.
Many apocalyptic techniques were developed to be used in this realm, as using the world’s energies around them gives them the ability to unleash power far beyond what the energies their body could contain.
But... all the advantages of their cultivation no longer existed anywhere.
They felt completely isolated and disconnected from everything. Currently, the only advantage they had was their overwhelmingly larger amount of Qi and their bestial physique.
But... just being in this place, their ridians were quickly being invaded by ntal power. The speed at which they could circulate this Qi was already less than half.
As for their bestial physique and bloodline? The primordial behemoth’s power was still in use, the whale was physically wounded, but its power wasn’t entirely burned out. Before the primordial beast, their bloodlines retracted and weakened; even their bodies seed to grow weaker.
The space around them distorted, and suddenly, without any fluctuation or agitation, a curved blade, as dark as pitch, appeared before the silver hawk.
CRACK!
The power of the Vorion blade, combined with Yin, was capable of ignoring a large portion of physical power. It was a demonic weapon entirely aid at slicing and destroying everything. Of course, using Qi and the laws, it was possible to block it easily; but the poor hawk couldn’t move all his Qi in ti, and the little he had wasn’t used for defense. He trusted in his physical power and preserved his energy to counterattack.
The result? His three-ter body was completely split in half in a shower of blood and feathers.
The red rhino felt the brutal death of his partner, and terror consud him. In that mont of instability, ntal power invaded his body more quickly, and countless pulsing lines appeared all over his skin.
He roared with all his might in a final desperate move. But the ground beneath him silently opened. Then a spear pulsing with a purple aura erged and rose, piercing through without any defense. As soon as it penetrated, an explosive power erged.
BOOOM!
A bloody mist spread in all directions. Only the spear remained, and Alm and Bruno nodded in satisfaction. In this world of the Moon Goddess, Liumi could act alone with Ruri’s support. In the future, the souls of their weapons and other allies would develop more intelligence and be able to do the sa. The possibilities with this Dao were imnse.
From the mont Ruri activated her Dao until the beasts died, no more than three minutes had passed. The two divine beasts, with cultivation several realms higher than theirs, were defeated as if they were nothing. Of course, the elent of surprise and adverse conditions made a difference; in a normal fight with a focused opponent, they would hardly have had such an easy ti.
As soon as it was over, Alm and Bruno used the array to send a ssage to Ruri; then their eyes glowed darkly.
Kaiyka, who was inside the place, watched everything silently, a bit surprised. The whale was the missionary, but all of this ca from Ruri’s power. How could this woman have beco so terrifying? Kaiyka could feel that Ruri was just an ordinary cultivator in this universe.
While reflecting, she felt sothing lock onto her, and imdiately, a cold sweat ran down her back. The violet skies seed to darken almost completely. Kaiyka looked ahead; everything was shrouded in a darkness that she couldn’t see through, even using Qi and cultivation. Then she saw two pairs of eyes staring at her from the shadows, making her feel death so close that the taste of blood rose in her throat.
"You have ten seconds to get us out of here. Or these will be your last ten seconds of life."
A dry voice sounded like a diabolic on in her ears. All of Kaiyka’s instincts scread in desperation, and a premonitory feeling took over her; if she tried anything other than the order, her head would roll, and not even her divine soul would survive that demonic and villainous gaze.
