It was Clay who Vernoux was just talking about.

Vernoux said in a small voice, but fortunately, his voice died down before the door opened.
Still, Clay sent an icy gaze to Vernoux when he ca into the room.
“Vernoux-dono. Where on earth are you sitting?”
