Land looked at the head of the exotic beast beside him, which was like a butterfly.
Although it had an insect’s head, he could still sense a hint of mischief from its features; this creature seed to be an interesting one.
Land’s heart was moved, and he said with a smile:
"Going for a stroll? That’s indeed the leisure of the strong.
However, there’s a group of wizards ahead. It’s not easy to deal with them.
How about we work together? What’s your goal? The blood of the World Serpent? Or Divine Blood?"
"Neither." The strange butterfly replied.
It was sowhat unexpected to Land, and it made him pause, montarily distracted.
Luckily, the teors around had already been cleared by the recent True God level battle, so he avoided an embarrassing scene of crashing into a teor and getting minor injuries.
"Then what are you after?" Land asked.
"It’s very interesting, seeing you greedy guys fighting each other to the death; it’s quite amusing."
"I don’t know if the World Serpent’s blood has any effect on a creature like you, but Divine Blood is definitely effective. It’s the essence of Divine Power, virtually a Universal dicine, great for restoring stamina or enhancing one’s potential.
You’re not interested in such a thing?" Land was sowhat incredulous.
"Huh? Is it that effective? Isn’t it just blood? Don’t be fooling ; I’ve eaten the flesh and blood of many formidable creatures and didn’t find much use."
The Butterfly Monster was taken aback, asking a bit foolishly.
Then Land understood; the exotic beast in front of him was obviously a fool.
The blood and flesh of powerful creatures have miraculous effects, right? This is common knowledge any normal creature should know, right?
Moreover,
can you, an ordinary exotic beast, asure up to the King Beasts or True Gods?
He imdiately added:
"Hmph, do you know who I am? Have you heard of the na tal Dragon in Ayo World?"
"Of course I have. I heard they’re quite decent fellows. Why do you ask?"
"I am one of the tal Dragons. Our kind places great importance on honesty; do you think I would deceive you?" Land said with sincerity.
"Huh? You? A tal Dragon? Doesn’t seem quite right? I rember tal Dragons don’t look like you...
Golden Dragon? Silver Dragon? Red Copper Dragon? Brass Dragon? What else..." The Butterfly Beast was doubtful.
"I’m the offspring of a Red Copper Dragon and other dragons; isn’t it normal to be a bit different?
Even within the sa species, there are so variants. Aren’t you overreacting? Or do you think a tal Dragon would lie?"
"Oh... you have a point there...
True God’s Blood, huh? The way you put it, I’m a bit interested now."
"We work together; you go and hold off those wizards until I get there, and then we’ll take them all down together. Then we split the Divine Blood, how about it?"
"Just hold them off? Apparently, you’re quite confident."
"As long as you hold them off, when I arrive, I will annihilate that bunch of bastards." Land declared with firmness.
This seed to have influenced the Butterfly Beast, which finally agreed, rapidly flapping its wings, its speed doubling as it flew over.
Soon, it engaged so of the wizards, fighting fiercely.
This Butterfly Beast was powerful, surrounded by the Power of Ti, always managing to dodge various attacks at just the right monts, with a speed that was sotis fast and sotis slow, making it hard for enemies to gauge its true abilities.
Similarly, when so magic was used against it, the Power of Ti wore them down, significantly reducing their effectiveness.
With this beast’s entanglent, the wizards’ actions undoubtedly slowed down a lot.
Of course, the other two exotic beasts also contributed significantly, though they didn’t attack these wizards.
But their purpose was very clear, all aiming for the Divine Blood.
Because of this, they naturally also beca targets for the wizards, constantly attacked and pursued, which actually helped him quite a bit.
"Help! Help! Please save ! I can’t hold on much longer! Will soone save ? I really don’t want to fight you!"
In the starry sky, the Deer-headed Monster was protected by a spirit body resembling a green Black Tortoise.
Yet it was still being bombarded by waves of magic, causing its body to tremble violently, with blood continuously oozing from its fur, staining its entire body red.
Looking incredibly grim.
"Damn thing! If you want to beg for rcy, leave the Divine Blood and King Beast Blood for !"
"No way! If I give them to you, that bastard Land will surely devour whole! You have no idea how fierce those Giant Dragons are!
They go out hunting every week, swallowing one exotic beast after another live; it’s truly terrifying."
The Deer-headed Monster cried, still galloping wildy on all four hooves.
Being a herbivore, it had seen many carnivores, but ones that fed so frequently, this was indeed a first.
That scene of taking one small beast after another into its mouth, with blood continuously dripping from its mouth corners, had never left its mind.
She felt at this mont, she would only be one mouthful material for the other party...
"If you don’t hand over the Divine Blood, King Beast Blood, then you can just go die!"
The two pursuing wizards grew more impatient as they tangled with the Deer-headed Monster, shouting angrily, their thoughts shaking the starry sky.
In the void, beams of aurora, lightning, and teors, all smashed towards the Deer-headed Monster in a series.
The Deer-headed Monster’s ability seed to fail once more or was temporarily sealed, getting hit directly.
The green Black Tortoise protective spirit on its body shattered.
Its leg was rcilessly crushed and broken.
Yet despite this, it still frantically fled on three legs, blood continuously scattered.
Until its eye corner, once again catching a glimpse towards Doldoros’ direction.
Only then did a hint of joy surface on its face.
