This is the Douluo Divine Realm.

A thick aura of heaven and earth filled the area, with rolling golden-white clouds and mist shrouding the surroundings.

Amidst the clouds, magnificent temples towered majestically, exuding an extraordinary presence.

A figure enveloped in golden light, holding a Divine Halberd, had an indistinct appearance.

He guarded in front of an intricately golden-patterned Observation Array, transmitting a voice filled with shock and uncertainty.

"This is——"

"The aura of the Water-Fire Dragon King?"

"Weren’t they already slain by Lord Shura God?"

"They should be thoroughly dead."

"Judging by the direction from which this aura is coming, it seems to be from the Soul Land side."

"Is this the Water-Fire Dragon King reborn, or is there so damned remnant of the Dragon Clan causing trouble? It seems necessary to report this to Lord Shura God for handling."

The golden silhouette soared into the air, speeding toward the Shura Temple.

Upon reaching the Shura Temple, he found the temple doors tightly shut.

"Alas, the lord is in seclusion. It seems I can only wait for his ergence to report this."

"Though I don’t seem to have much to be nervous about."

"At most, Soul Land is hiding a few little mice, with limited strength; they can’t stir up any waves and pose no threat to the Divine Realm."

...

"Ah-choo!"

In the Sunset Forest of Soul Land, near the Icefire Polarized Eyes, Luo Yu had just sneezed and was rubbing his nose.

Who is sending their concerns now?

By now, he had decimated the Immortal Herbs surrounding the pond, all of them pocketed.

Poison Douluo had remained stoic at first, but now he couldn’t help his old face twitching.

He felt sowhat heartbroken.

Muttering to himself, he thought, Yan Yan, you better stand up for your grandpa; otherwise, I’ve taken a big loss today.

He approached Luo Yu, devoid of any Titled Douluo dignity, and said with a flattering smile, "Young friend, all these Immortal Herbs are yours now, so about the poison in our bodies..."

"I rember, haven’t forgotten," said Luo Yu with a roll of his eyes, speaking seriously:

"The poison in both of you is because your Martial Souls are beast spirits, not weapon spirits. Each ti your Martial Spirits possesses you, the poison they carry transfers into your bodies."

"Over ti, the more potent your Poison Skill, the more toxins build up in your bodies, and the bigger the threat becos."

"Exactly so," nodded Poison Douluo. "Then how can this problem be resolved?"

"I have a way to purge all the toxins from your bodies, but if I do that, even though you won’t beco ordinary people, losing the power of your poison will certainly cause your combat strength to decrease significantly."

"No, that certainly won’t do," shook Poison Douluo, shaking his head repeatedly.

He had used Poison Technique all his life; suddenly becoming a non-poison master might be harder for him than death itself.

"Then there’s only one other thod," said Luo Yu.

"What thod?"

Poison Douluo and Dugu Yan both looked at Luo Yu with hope.

"As a Titled Douluo, you should possess a soul bone, right?"

"I do."

"If you trust what I say, you could try pushing all the extre toxins in your body into the soul bone for storage. As for those toxins deeply embedded in your marrow, I’ll remove them with another thod."

Poison Douluo furrowed his brows deeply, contemplating the feasibility of this thod.

"Your thod is indeed viable, but I suppose the operation itself must involve considerable danger?"

Luo Yu waved his hand, "I’ve already told you the thod, believe it or not, that’s up to you."

Dugu Yan crisply said, "I’m willing to try, I believe in you."

Luo Yu looked at Poison Douluo and curled his lips, "See, your granddaughter has even more courage than you."

"I do believe, of course," the old man said.

Luo Yu neither agreed nor disagreed, but instructed,

"The two of you, step back."

The pair was puzzled, not understanding what Luo Yu was about to do, and moved back subconsciously.

A flash of brilliance appeared in Luo Yu’s hand.

In his left hand was a white octagonal flower with a stan like clear crystal, emitting an astonishing coldness.

His right hand held a plant resembling cabbage, but thoroughly red and emanating a scorching aura.

Poison Douluo’s eyelids twitched; he recognized these two plants.

They grew within the Icefire Polarized Eyes, contained the ultimate attributes’ power, and he dared not grab them with his hands.

Otherwise, for sure, there would be trouble.

Yet Luo Yu firmly grasped them without any harm befalling him; that was amazing.

Poison Douluo couldn’t help asking, "Aren’t these two Immortal Herbs both extrely poisonous plants?"

Luo Yu glanced at him and slowly said,

"You’re right, these Octagon Frozen Grass and Blazing Apricot Cabbage, taken separately, are the most potent poisons, but when combined, they produce miraculous effects."

"What kind of miraculous effects?" Poison Douluo asked, bewildered.

Luo Yu didn’t directly answer but instead took action.

He slowly brought the two Immortal Herbs with vastly different attributes together in the middle, and imdiately, a crackling sound of water and fire not mixing erupted, with wafts of white vapor rising.

Both Poison Douluo and Dugu Yan looked on with curiosity, unable to discern what he was doing.

Soul Power surged from Luo Yu’s hands, even activating the power of the Water-Fire Dragon King he had just absorbed, instantly shattering the two herbs, lding them into one for refining.

Red and blue lights flickered incessantly.

When the light dissipated, five small red and blue interspersed pills lay neatly in Luo Yu’s hand.

"This is...?" Poison Douluo said in astonishnt.

"All the essence of the two great Immortal Herbs condensed into pills, you’re getting a bargain."

Luo Yu flicked two of the pills towards him.

If it were Tang San, he probably would use these two Immortal Herbs for Fire-Ice Body Refining, and then give two drops of blood to Poison Douluo.

But Luo Yu was different; the Immaculate Divine Body he now possessed had reached a certain pinnacle, and further Fire-Ice Body Refining might yield no gains.

It would be rely a waste of two valuable Immortal Herbs.

Better to leave them for soone in need.

Poison Douluo looked at the Immortal Herb pills in his hand joyfully, feeling the vigorous vitality within.

His heart settled imdiately, certain that this ti the poison in his body would be cured.

Luo Yu kept the remaining three pills and instructed, "First, channel all the toxins in your bodies into your soul bones, then take the pills to cleanse your bones and ridians."

"Understood."

Poison Douluo was sowhat impatient, unable to contain his excitent.

The poison that had tornted him for so many years was finally going to be addressed.

"You both detoxify here; I’ll go to the secret chamber you ntioned to retreat."

"Retreat?" Poison Douluo hesitated.

Luo Yu nodded, explaining, "I’ve just broken through to Soul King, and my aura is still unstable; I need quiet cultivation to adjust and solidify my cultivation level."

With a "swoosh!"

Luo Yu leapt up, heading toward the secret chamber chiseled out of the valley cliffside.

Poison Douluo watched Luo Yu leave, then turned his head to the charming and sexy little beauty beside him

and urged, "Yan Yan, why are you still standing here like a fool, seize the chance quickly."

"After leaving this place, it will not be so easy for you to contact him again..."
