"Tom, Jerry!!!"

Shen An pretended to be furious. These two little troublemakers had to be disciplined, or they might cause even bigger chaos in the future.

Jerry was stunned, and Tom was also startled awake by Shen An's voice. The cat and mouse looked around, only to find the teahouse they had turned into a pile of ruins.

Tom looked at Shen An fearfully, biting his cat paw, imagining the scene of being kicked out of the house by Shen An.

Tom imdiately darted out from the ruins and knelt in front of Shen An, clasping his paws together, tears welling up in his eyes as if begging for forgiveness.

Jerry also knew he had done wrong, standing awkwardly beside Tom, not daring to look at Shen An. It was indeed impolite to have destroyed soone's ho right after arriving.

Shen An took a deep breath. Well, it couldn't be helped. He had to take care of his own cat. Besides, with the teahouse gone, he had no more attachnts. It was ti to move to a bigger city.

To make life better, one had to learn to comfort themselves.

Shen An patted Tom's head and said, "It's okay, it's okay. This actually makes things easier. Let's stay in a hotel tonight and leave Suotuo City tomorrow."

Tom looked touched. Oh, Shen An was the best owner he had ever t. Tom imdiately took out a blackboard and wrote as if pledging his loyalty:

"General Tom is willing to guard the Shen family for generations and catch mice."

Shen An imdiately felt a headache coming on. This cat was really getting into character. Generations? Well, it might actually be true. Tom was immortal. Even if Shen An died, Tom would still be around. So, the "generations" part wasn't wrong.

Seeing what Tom had written, Jerry, leaning on a rock with his elbow, looked displeased. What did he an by "catching mice for generations"? But considering he had destroyed Tom's ho, Jerry decided not to argue.

"Let's go. We'll stay in a nearby hotel for now."

Tom obediently nodded, then looked back at the ruined teahouse, his eyes filled with reluctance and sadness. This was his first ho, and now it was gone.

Seeing the emotions in Tom's eyes, Jerry was moved. He lowered his head and thought for a mont, then quickly caught up to the downcast Tom.

Seeing Jerry following him, Tom imdiately turned his cat face away in pride. Jerry, with a grin, jumped onto Tom's shoulder and whispered sothing into his ear.

Tom's gloomy expression imdiately turned slightly joyful. He then nodded reservedly and extended his white-gloved paw to bump fists with Jerry, as if they had reached so kind of agreent.

Just as Shen An was leading them to the hotel, in the shadow of a building, a middle-aged man in his forties was staring at Zhu Zhuqing and Ning Rongrong, a lecherous smile on his face.

'What a pair of beauties,' Bu Le thought, his eyes gleaming with lust. He followed them as they entered a high-end hotel with Shen An.

Bu Le was so focused on the won that he didn't even glance at Shen An. Otherwise, with Shen An's sensitivity to gazes, Bu Le would have been discovered long ago.

Bu Le wiped his drool and pondered whether to call Lao E and Tianya. But then he thought, such top-tier beauties should be savored by him alone first.

So Bu Le patiently waited outside the hotel. As an experienced pervert, he had remarkable patience.

From high noon to sunset.

Bu Le didn't see Zhu Zhuqing or Ning Rongrong. Instead, he saw a cat and a mouse sneaking out with a bunch of strange items.

Bu Le couldn't believe his eyes. As a seasoned pervert, he rarely paid attention to anything other than young girls. But seeing such an intelligent cat and mouse duo, he was stunned.

Bu Le thought, if he could capture them and train them, luring girls would be even easier in the future.

Without hesitation, Bu Le stepped out from the shade and said with a fake friendly tone, "Little cat, little mouse, co to uncle. Uncle has delicious food for you."

Tom and Jerry were montarily stunned. Who was this creep? He didn't look like a good person at all. So they ignored him and continued walking.

Bu Le's face twitched. He was about to release his martial soul to teach these two ignorant little creatures a lesson when Zhu Zhuqing suddenly walked out of the hotel.

She had noticed Tom and Jerry sneaking out with a bunch of items and, rembering how capable they were, quickly followed them.

Seeing this, Bu Le imdiately hid behind a tree. It was too conspicuous to act at the hotel entrance, so he decided to wait.

Tom and Jerry, seeing Zhu Zhuqing, felt a bit guilty. They quickly hid the wrenches, wood, and other repair tools behind their backs, then started whistling innocently, their eyes darting around.

Zhu Zhuqing's mouth twitched. The cat and mouse's hiding skills were too amateurish. The pile of items was taller than both of them combined.

"Tom, what are you and Jerry planning to do? If you don't explain, I'll tell Shen An," Zhu Zhuqing threatened.

Tom imdiately wilted. He picked up a hamr and a wooden board, quickly assembling a small house.

Zhu Zhuqing understood. "You're trying to repair the house?"

Tom nodded earnestly.

Zhu Zhuqing found it amusing. Although Tom was capable, the teahouse was in ruins. It was obvious it couldn't be repaired. And with the tools Tom and Jerry had brought, it was a stretch.

But seeing the determination in Tom's eyes, Zhu Zhuqing knew how much the teahouse ant to him. "Alright, alright. I'll go with you. If it can't be fixed, we'll co back imdiately."

Tom perked up. With Tom the Heavenly Emperor here, how could it not be fixed? Even a rocket could be repaired if needed.

Zhu Zhuqing, Tom, and Jerry headed to the ruined teahouse.

Bu Le followed closely, his eyes filled with lust and greed. A stunning beauty and two incredibly intelligent spirit beasts—this was a jackpot.

Tom put on a large safety helt and gave Jerry a smaller one, rolling up his sleeves, ready to work.

"Hehehehe~"

"Little beauty, it's dark out. Being alone here is dangerous. Co with uncle, and I'll make you feel amazing."

Bu Le stepped out without hesitation. The street was deserted, and he could act freely.

Zhu Zhuqing's expression changed. Two yellow soul rings rose around her as she stared warily at Bu Le. The man looked like a villain straight out of a story.

Bu Le wasn't intimidated. Instead, he looked delighted. "Oh ho, a female soul master. This will be even more fun." Four soul rings appeared beneath his feet.

Zhu Zhuqing's heart sank.

A Soul Elder!

She glanced at Tom and Jerry. She might be able to escape alone—but what about them?

Tom was far too important to Shen An. She couldn't just abandon them.

Gritting her teeth, she reached for the acceleration potion Shen An had given her.

If she had to fight to the death, so be it.
