A faint yellow mist drifted out from the dragon crystal and slowly entered Lan Xuanyu’s body through his seven orifices.
His bloodline vortex began spinning rapidly, quickly separating out the excess energy. That portion of energy wouldn’t go to waste—after all, soone else was waiting to absorb it.
The Treasure Seeking Beast quietly slipped out, devouring all the excess energy. This was the core energy of a Higher Dragon. Even the parts that didn’t et the purity requirents of the Dragon God bloodline were still imnse and exceptionally pure.
Lan Xuanyu’s bloodline vortex extracted the most refined essence of the bloodline power. Slowly raising his hands, he placed them on Bai Xiuxiu’s back.
Imdiately, Bai Xiuxiu felt two surging streams of bloodline power rushing into her body. The energy was pure and overwhelming. In an instant, she felt as if her soul had been lifted from her body.
Her bloodline ignited instantly, spreading through her limbs and bones, tempering every part of her body.
This was the tempering of her entire skeleton.
She didn’t need to deliberately control anything. There was no risk because every part that underwent tempering was imdiately repaired by the powerful bloodline energy flowing in from behind her. That sa power also spread throughout her limbs, strengthening and stabilizing her body.
Lan Xuanyu wasn’t the Dragon God yet, but the bloodline power he released at that mont carried the unmistakable aura of one.
Which dragon soul master could possibly have such a cultivation thod?
Even on Celestial Dragon Planet—where powerful beings were everywhere and the dragon clan ruled supre—no one possessed such a technique.
The Dragon Force within Bai Xiuxiu surged incomparably.
As Lan Xuanyu continuously infused Dragon Force into her body, he carefully observed the changes within her.
At the sa ti, he directed the portion of energy within the dragon crystal that belonged to spiritual consciousness into his own Spiritual Sea. There, he used it to temper his spiritual power while studying the mysteries of Divine Sense.
Compared to spiritual power, Divine Sense possessed a much higher level of condensation.
If spiritual power was like a vast ocean, then Divine Sense was like a beam of light.
An ocean has limited size, but the distance a beam of light can reach is almost limitless.
Lan Xuanyu couldn’t help but feel curious.
According to Huang Yuanlang, once dragons reached the god level, a dragon crystal would form inside their brains.
That ant the dragon crystal should originate from the Spiritual Sea, transforming and replacing it with Divine Sense.
Right now, Lan Xuanyu possessed dragon cores both in his chest and within his Spiritual Sea.
Could it be that once a dragon core evolved, it would beco a dragon crystal?
Would the Spiritual Sea eventually solidify and compress into a dragon crystal, with the compressed spiritual power undergoing a qualitative transformation into Divine Sense?
The possibility seed quite high—at least based on what Lan Xuanyu sensed.
Dragon crystals truly were extraordinary treasures.
Not only did they contain imnse energy, they could also trigger monts of enlightennt.
Once cultivation reached a certain level, such enlightennt beca incredibly important. A single mont of realization could allow a soul master to leap across a major bottleneck.
Half an hour later, Lan Xuanyu gradually guided Bai Xiuxiu’s bloodline power back toward the soul core in her chest.
The bloodline energy flowed into the soul core, slowly rging with it.
He had long been helping Bai Xiuxiu fuse the soul power inside her soul core with her bloodline power, allowing her soul core to gradually evolve toward the form of a dragon core.
Lan Xuanyu’s dragon core used bloodline power as its foundation, with soul power surrounding it.
Bai Xiuxiu’s situation was the opposite—her soul core had ford first, so soul power ford the center while bloodline power circled around it.
But their ultimate goal was the sa: the complete fusion of soul power and bloodline power.
With the dragon core acting as a cover, the dragons of Celestial Dragon Planet would find it much harder to detect Bai Xiuxiu’s human identity.
At the sa ti, the transformation of her soul core would allow her to maintain the Abyssal Frost Demon Dragon form of her Martial Soul Avatar for a much longer ti.
Lan Xuanyu drew the bloodline power inward, cutting off the flow of energy from the dragon crystal.
Then, in the next mont—
He quickly opened another box.
Using his index finger, he scooped up a small amount of the creamy substance and began applying it slowly along Bai Xiuxiu’s spine, starting from the back of her slender neck.
Bai Xiuxiu trembled slightly, her breathing becoming unsteady.
“Calm your mind and focus. Don’t get distracted!” Lan Xuanyu commanded in a deep voice.
After finishing the application, he quickly withdrew his right hand and placed both hands back on Bai Xiuxiu’s back.
Dragon Force surged into her body once again.
A scorching heat spread from her spine, making her tremble once more.
Bai Xiuxiu felt as if her spine had been ignited, burning fiercely.
She let out a faint groan, gritting her teeth as she endured the pain. Concentrating her consciousness on her spine, she guided the Dragon Force and the energy from the dragon marrow to temper it.
The process was far more painful than she had imagined.
It felt as though her spine had been crushed into pieces, then carefully realigned strand by strand.
The sensation went beyond simple pain.
It felt like her body was being completely reforged.
Lan Xuanyu focused his own spiritual power on Bai Xiuxiu’s spine as well.
This was her first ti refining marrow, and he had only applied a very small amount of dragon marrow. Yet even so, her reaction was far more intense than he had expected.
The energy contained within dragon marrow was very different from the Dragon Force inside the dragon crystal.
Although the dragon crystal’s energy was enormous, it was still controllable.
The energy within dragon marrow, however, was incredibly domineering.
The mont it was applied, the dragon marrow seeped into Bai Xiuxiu’s body through her pores. Nothing remained visible on the surface, but inside her body, it unleashed an overwhelmingly powerful effect.
In terms of overall rank, dragon marrow was slightly inferior to dragon crystals.
However, dragon crystals could be used repeatedly, while dragon marrow was a one-ti treasure.
It was the most precious treasure second only to dragon crystals.
This experint proved its effect was extraordinary.
But only a dragon-type body could withstand it.
If any other species attempted to use dragon marrow, they would likely explode and die without even understanding what had happened.
Lan Xuanyu concentrated his Dragon Force, continuously repairing Bai Xiuxiu’s spine as it was transford by the dragon marrow. At the sa ti, he carefully observed how her spine absorbed the marrow’s energy.
If they only used such a small amount each ti, this entire box of dragon marrow could probably last three to five months.
Lan Xuanyu didn’t yet know what kind of effect dragon marrow would have when he used it himself.
But in just this short hour, Bai Xiuxiu already felt as though she had been reborn.
At this point, calling dragon crystals and dragon marrow rely “treasures” felt like an understatent.
After all, Huang Yuanlang had once dismissed even Space Origin Crystals with indifference. Only after their supply vanished did he begin to value them.
But when it ca to dragon crystals and dragon marrow, the pain Huang Yuanlang showed was absolutely genuine.
These were the truly rare treasures of Celestial Dragon Planet.
Another hour passed before the effects of the dragon marrow gradually weakened.
Bai Xiuxiu’s breathing slowly stabilized as she entered a state of complete ditation, fully absorbing the benefits of her cultivation.
Lan Xuanyu no longer injected Dragon Force into her body.
Instead, he continued cultivating using the Dragon Force provided by the dragon crystal while releasing the aura of his Dragon God bloodline to surround Bai Xiuxiu and assist her training.
By the ti both of them awakened, it was already the next morning.
Bai Xiuxiu stretched her arms.
Imdiately, a strange itchy soreness spread along her spine.
