Due to his own infinite Myriad Worlds concept, within the multiverse, he could achieve true infinity. With it, he could easily influence everything. The past, present, and even future were within his range.
Like the current universe, which exists as the Imaginary Tree. In his eyes, it was just a single universe. Even if it had countless branches, it was still an infinite expansion within a single plane.
