"Esteed mbers of the Sage Council, Reinhardt van Astrea reports mission complete. The Dragon Priestess, the final fifth candidate, has been found."

As his words fell, the palace gates opened, revealing a girl in a clean, elegant dress, with light blonde hair and red eyes. She slowly walked in, led by two maids.

Reinhardt's red eyes held an unprecedented seriousness. "I nominate her as King. Her na is Felt."

"Felt, thank you for coming."

Felt smiled slightly and walked to him. "Reinhardt."

However, in the next second, the scene changed drastically. She lifted her skirt, gritting her teeth as she kicked him with her right foot. Her gentle voice turned into a frustrated stream of curses. "Bastard! You brought here without even an explanation! What are you plotting?"

Her foot was caught by his white-gloved hand. "You startled . What are you trying to do?"

Felt was very annoyed. "Don't casually block my attack and then respond so calmly! I can't take it anymore!"

Reinhardt squatted and gently put her foot down. "Don't you like this dress? It suits you."

"I wasn't talking about the dress, and I'm not shy!" she retorted, but Marcos interrupted. "Felt-sama, allow to interrupt. Please co this way."

"So, what do you want to do?"

"Although I would like you to act a bit more like a lady, please accept this," Reinhardt said, placing a badge in her hand. The small badge glowed red. Based on this, he said, "As you can see, the Dragon Insignia has indeed chosen Felt-sama as a Priestess."

"Only by acknowledging her candidacy can this Royal Selection truly begin."

The knights present showed respect. But a certain harsh-looking noble raised an objection. "Although she has been acknowledged, there seems to be a problem with the candidate herself." To them, Felt was soone without status. How could such a person beco King?

Marcos's gaze was serious. "Are you implying our Knights have misjudged?" Suddenly, all the knights stared at that noble. Other nobles also voiced their opinions.

"She doesn't have enough self-awareness."

"No matter how much you embellish her, she's still undignified."

"Her education isn't sufficient."

"Eh, what's going on now?" March 7th felt a headache.

Ren explained, "Clearly, these people are questioning her identity, status, and qualifications."

Rory Takakura tilted her head. "But didn't they say she was chosen by prophecy?"

"Perhaps it's a matter of lineage," Vivi, as a princess, was touched. "Many nobles value bloodline."

"So if Felt-sama is a commoner, she'll be targeted?" Exusiai asked.

"Even if she had status, she would still be," Ren said. He knew Felt's identity, but her personality and behavior destined her to be overlooked. He also knew this Royal Selection was like a child's ga.

Felt, due to the free environnt she grew up in, always showed an unyielding attitude. She hated nobles, hated knights, and hated the kingdom. So she was evaluated by the Sage Council as "Reinhardt's cruel master."

Anastasia was born in the slums but beca president of a rchant guild. However, her arrogance and greed as a rchant were unconcealed. Becoming King was rely to satisfy her selfish desires.

Crusch, as a candidate, possessed strength. If elected, the country might not be great, but it wouldn't be as bad as with the others. Due to her own strength, her personality was also full of arrogance.
