Chapter 496: Yato Tribe! Kagura! Kamui!
Shinpachi turned his head and saw the speaker, Ren. But Kagura seed to have lost her reason and was still trying to charge forward.
Ren grabbed her by the nape of her neck. "Tsk, going berserk is quite sothing. Sleep."
With a word, Kagura fell limp, and Ren conveniently supported her.
"Who are you, sir...?" Even Abuto, who had fought and killed countless tis, felt his own insignificance the mont he saw Ren. It was a power on a completely different level.
"Gintoki’s friend. By the way, is your friend here too?"
"Huh?" Abuto was stunned. Then he saw a red-haired man with narrowed eyes appear before him. Kamui, who had been suddenly teleported, rarely opened his eyes.
"Abuto, why am I here?"

"Of course I know." Kamui struggled to clench his trembling hand into a fist, every movent under imnse pressure. "But this is how a battle should be."
As Abuto was about to stop him, Kamui had already shot out like a cannonball. "Crack! Boom!" His fist went straight for Ren’s face.
Ren was rely calm. "I hope you can recognize your own strength."
Kamui’s eyes widened. His fist twisted and broke several ters in front of Ren. Not only that, but a massive force also slamd into his body, sending him flying backward.
"Kamui!" Abuto quickly jumped up to catch him. The violent impact made him spit out a mouthful of blood. Looking at Kamui, he was already unconscious, his entire right arm crushed.
Ren said, "He’s Kagura’s older brother, so I didn’t kill him; I just taught him a lesson. Don’t cause trouble at the drop of a hat. Get lost."
"Thank you." Abuto bowed deeply, then without another word, he took Kamui and fled. It wasn’t until he had left Yoshiwara that he dared to look back. Yoshiwara has a monster.

Shinpachi ran off. "He’s gone. How much longer are you going to pretend to be asleep?" Ren poked Kagura’s face.
She cooperated by opening her eyes, only relaxing after confirming Shinpachi wasn’t there. "I wasn’t pretending, aru!"
"Heh heh." It was simply because she had gone berserk and was afraid of scaring Shinpachi.
"Since you’re fine, I’m leaving," Ren turned.
Kagura followed. "Where are you going?"
"I haven’t finished what I promised Gintoki. There’s still a courtesan to rescue."
"You an Hinowa? I’m coming with you!" Although Kagura was erratic, she was clear about what needed to be done. Helping Seita rescue his mother.
"Co if you want."
Following behind him, she fidgeted for a mont before finally blurting out, "Thank you just now, aru."
Ren said, "I’ll accept your thanks."
Kagura was still afraid of her Yato bloodline. Noticing her concerns, Ren kindly reminded her, "Evasion is aningless. It’s better to learn to control your power and use it to protect your friends."
Kagura didn’t reply. She knew it herself, but the Yato’s belligerence was innate. Seeing her silent, Ren said no more.
