"It seems that Calila's mory is coming to an end..."

Lanci and Talia both regained control of their bodies, but at this mont, they no longer belonged to this space, and could only watch as this fragnted mory world collapsed.

Then in the next instant, the chaotic flow of ti and space surged again, Lanci and Talia were swept into dizziness and weightlessness, consciousness traveling through the endless long road, everything before them becoming rapidly blurred.

Until once more the faint and rhythmic "kandang" sound reached their ears, consciousness began to return, the light seeping through the slits of their eyes pulling them swiftly from the depths of their dreams.

"..."

Lanci's fingers trembled slightly, slowly sitting up straight, taking a deep breath, the fresh and crisp air filling his chest.

Just waking up, his vision was still slightly hazy, unable to adjust to the strong light.

The luxurious compartnt was spacious and private, warm beige and brown tones filled his view, the train's steady rhythm unchanged from before, faint noise was heard, and the soundproofing between the compartnt and corridor was excellent.

He squinted, turning to look at the glass window by the table, the mountains and fields outside Brilda were shrouded in a thin mist, the sunrise on the distant horizon rising gradually, casting a crystalline luster on the thin ice flowers adorning the train window in the golden natural light.

The last traces of slumber in his mind were entirely dispelled by the chill.

He rubbed his shoulder, stretching his muscles and bones, feeling entirely awake.

"Seeing this view, we haven't slept too long, still in the mountain area outside Brilda."

Lanci murmured to himself.

He clearly rembered when he first ca to Brilda, Botswana Province was covered with continuous mountain ranges, taking several hours to fully pass through.

The magic crystal screen embedded in the wall showed the Brilda train's progress, there was indeed ample ti, and it was still not yet nine in the morning.

"Lanci, what was that dream just now?"

Talia lowered her head, her hair still covering her eyebrows and eyes, mumbling as if not fully awake.

"Calila finished writing the letter and then sent it out, becoming the Fallen Wonderland, after which it was likely our fourth Shadow World tiline."

Lanci thought of Calila, who was no longer seen in the direction of the Inverted Corridor Mirror, sorting out the tiline of this mory.

The originally serene Lankros, ready to face death, decided after seeing an old friend's letter to retrace once more the Land of Perpetual Night in the last days of his life, visiting the Purgatory City's Corridor Academy in the Demon World.

However, once Lankros reached the Central Chamber of the Academy, he saw the [Mirror of Tiberius] used by Calila, and by using the three tis Calila had saved for him, he clearly saw the Blood Clan's conspiracies, and eventually went to et death in the Huo Ning Empire.

"But, but she knew that this letter would lead Lankros to beco the Black Sun Tyrant, receiving eternal punishnt, how could she bear to send it out with a smile?"

Talia, waking from the dreamlike state, still couldn't shake off the empathetic feeling with Calila.

She always had a strange connection with Calila's friendly magic power.

Just seeing Calila's departing figure, she felt sothing aching in her chest.

Calila bet her life four tis to the Inverted Lord Tiberius, leaving three for Lankros because, with just once, Calila saw through the [Mirror of Tiberius] the demon plot of the Huo Ning Empire, and truly to solve this world-ending disaster, only Lankros was capable.

But Calila must have also foreseen and guessed what fate awaited Lankros, and thus left Tamisha, the continuation of her life, to save Lankros one day in the future.

"Tata, if Calila and Lankros were us, if you encountered such a scenario, would you choose to send the letter? Or choose to perish with Lankros in the illusion of a peaceful dream."

Lanci asked Talia sitting across the table.

"I would, but I'm also afraid that at the end of this journey, there's only eternal regret."

Talia felt she perhaps couldn't be as resolute as Calila.

The love wounded to its core made Lankros beco the Black Sun Tyrant, living like a walking corpse.

But she believed Lanci could achieve what Lankros did.

Because she had entirely witnessed Lanci's choices in the Shadow World, each step forward devoid of hesitation.

"Actually, at life's end, it's not necessarily about accumulating more, but starting with nothing, if one has experienced beauty, completed the mission, one can let go without regret if one understands this, perhaps they could smile at the end of their life journey."

Lanci guessed at Calila's mindset.

Understanding Lankros' mindset in the Shadow World was likewise about understanding the mindset of his friends around Lankros.

However, experiencing Calila's journey in the last Shadow World was Talia, she should understand Calila's feelings better than he.

"Why not accumulate more? Doesn't Calila, like you, desire nothing?"

Talia indeed could comprehend Calila's feelings.

But perhaps due to the age difference, or possibly the difference in tis, she couldn't fully understand Calila's mature mindset under the Blood Moon Bad World.

"Be it the hurried afternoons or the long passage of ti, they'll invariably end, Calila, possessing the Fallen Wonderland, understood this truth, it was impossible for her to wait for the day she and Lankros could live in health and joy together."
