The next day, an overnight snowfall turned the entire Desrozin City into a silvery wonderland.

Pedestrians on the street were wearing thick down jackets and snow boots.

However, the Marsden Family’s proclamation of a wedding that the world would never forget still drew quite a crowd at Century Plaza.

Among them were quite a few dia reporters wielding caras of all sizes.

Even the giant screen at Century Plaza was broadcasting the wedding live.

Yes, Jennings wanted to use this way to show the world that the Marsden Family hadn’t fallen.

He also wanted, through this ans, to legitimately transfer the assets currently owned by July Quinn to his na.

With a quarter of an hour left until the wedding, Jennings appeared in a black tailcoat, his hair slicked back in a mature and steady style.

The mature tones indeed made him appear much more composed than before.

The mont he appeared, all the reporters pointed their caras at him.

His enlarged, deep-set face also appeared on the giant screen at the top of Century Plaza.

"Ladies and gentlen, I am delighted to welco you all to the venue of my and July’s wedding today. I am Jennings Mason, and I represent the entire Marsden Family in welcoming you here."

After solemnly delivering his welco speech, Jennings continued, "Next, please witness the happiest mont of my life."

As he finished speaking, a stunning woman in a white gown with white fur draped over her shoulders appeared amidst the snowy Century Plaza, walking along the freshly laid red carpet toward the wedding venue.

Simultaneously, the wedding march played live throughout Century Plaza.

When the giant screen displayed the breathtaking image of July Quinn in her wedding dress, the entire Century Plaza practically erupted.

"So beautiful. Stunningly beautiful, truly a rare beauty."

"Is she a princess who escaped from Disney? She’s a visual feast all by herself."

"What is carved from jade, what is a natural beauty, what is as if a goddess descended—this bride embodies them all so perfectly."

Laura Quinn and Richard Donovan were also in the audience watching.

Even though they knew today was just a performance by July Quinn to toy with Jennings, seeing her in a wedding gown, Laura Quinn couldn’t help but tear up.

"Laura, don’t be sad."

Richard Donovan, with his arm around Laura’s shoulder, was consoling her, but his own eyes were also red.

"I’m not sad; I just feel like my baby is getting married in the blink of an eye, yet I know so little about her. I’ve never fulfilled the responsibilities a mother should have..."

"Am I not the sa?"

Richard Donovan wanted to offer more comfort to Laura, but his hand was pushed away by her.

"Speak if you must, but keep your hands to yourself. We’re not in a handsy relation, are we? We’re already so old yet still so improper!"

Richard Donovan, with his silver hair and old yet improper deanor, was left speechless: "..."

Perhaps he should find so ti to dye his hair back to black before getting handsy again?

Elsewhere, Victor Hawthorne and his crew also arrived at Century Plaza to attend the wedding.

Watching July Quinn in her white wedding dress walking step by step on the red carpet, Victor Hawthorne felt his nascent affection for her being uprooted.

A myriad of feelings condensed into one sentence: "My God, she’s stunning!"

Beside him, his companions quickly reminded him.

"Captain Hawthorne, watch your language. Have you forgotten that we’re live-streaming this to our friends back ho?"
