Mythical weapons summoned can only be fully used by martial realm stage cultivators and above. For a person like Xuan, if he released the arrow, it would cause nearly no damage.
Because it was nothing less than an ordinary bow and endless arrow.
Which was why the computer people on the first floor didn’t say anything. Unlike Tae Lei, they weren’t getting any absurd reading.
Tai Lei let go of i Long, where she fell, gradually standing up and leaving the aim, which was now facing i Long—her beautiful, watery eyes staring at Xuan.
Looking at her pitiful face, Xuan smiled. He said one word before releasing the arrow: "Coward."
Woosh.
The arrow left the bow at an incredible speed. i Long closed her eyes. She thought it would hurt her, but it had been several seconds now, and the only thing she heard was Xuan’s excitent.
"Yes, I made it to the red bar," said Xuan.
When i Long opened her eyes, she saw blood dripping beside her. Tae Lei was just standing still. A clean cut could be seen on his cheek. Now having veins bulging, he couldn’t believe what had just happened.
Xuan ignored him after hearing the computer people telling him he passed the duel test. He walked towards i Long and stretched out his hand.
"Is that your man? A coward that leaves you on the floor? He couldn’t even take a shot for you. You don’t need cowards, do you, i Long?" said Xuan.
Tae Lei couldn’t actually say anything where he stood, staring at one place with disbelief, blood still rolling down his cheek.
’Did this guy do all that to prove I’m a coward? Was that why he changed when he heard i Long is my woman?’ Tae Lei could only imagine if Xuan had planned it all or was just going with the flow.
But that wasn’t the case for i Long. She took Xuan’s hand and hugged him. "I knew you wouldn’t hurt ," said i Long, getting a pat on the head from Xuan.
Where Tae Lei stood, he saw Xuan give off an evil grin. He was about to act, but i Long quickly stopped him.
"Stay away from , Tae Lei. You’re not even man enough to stand for , and Xuan just proved it," said i Long.
"What? Youuuuu little—" Tae Lei yelled and broke every shitty rule the mont he dashed towards Xuan with his godlike fist concealed with red aura.
As he reached, he was about to punch Xuan, but i Long stepped in again. However, Xuan pushed her aside and—boom—a resounding outburst was all that accompanied Tae Lei getting slamd against the wall across the duel room.
So hard that Tae Lei was down, coughing blood where he lifelessly sat, and blood was running down his nose. Xuan had made a big ss of him.
"i Long, please don’t go. I really love you. This man—he’s bad for you, i Long," Tae Lei muttered, with tears falling down.
As of now, i Long stood looking at the bloodied man with Xuan, who stood unscathed. Did he even punch Tae Lei? Because she could have sworn she saw him just standing the entire ti. Xuan made it look easy and just began walking towards the exit.
"i Long... p-please."
Tae Lei thought he had finally gotten i Long until she spoke out and began chasing Xuan.
"Xuan, wait for ."
Tae Lei was broken and began yelling, screaming Xuan’s na and saying he would kill Xuan. The computer people just stared at him with pitiful eyes.
—————————
Everyone was surprised to see Xuan and i Long walking out of the duel room without Tae Lei. Initially, they’d been saying Tae Lei had seen a chance to kill Xuan.
But what was happening?
"Xuan, why haven’t you spoken to ? Did I do anything wrong?" asked i Long.
"Oh, not at all," he replied with a smile.
"Then why didn’t you speak to until now?"
Xuan felt the question was strange. "Nothing. If you speak, I’ll reply. By the way, we should take you to a nurse."
"Oh, no need, Xuan. I’ve reached Martial Stage 2, so my body can heal minor injuries like those ones. You knew, right? That’s why you hit ."
"No, I hit you to complete my objectives," said Xuan, making it clear he would do anything if it ant achieving what he wants. "Tell , what’s next after the duel test?"
"Well, we were going to hunt a beast before, but aren’t you tired?"
"So considerate," Xuan smiled and patted her on the head again. "Let quickly go sowhere. I’ll be back," said Xuan. The cube appeared, floating on his palm, and woosh, he vanished after a blinding light.
"Xuan, I’ll miss you."
————————
Eager to check his stats, Xuan had quickly arrived at the dinsional library and left to his room unnoticed. It was midnight, but before he left, the system welcod him on gaining an achievent.
Xuan stopped when he heard it. "Ti Freeze skill? You an I can stop things or go back in ti?"
"Yes, Master Xuan Chen. The technique you used, Charging Bull Technique, has a hidden skill which you unlocked."
Xuan went wild. To think the taboo techniques could co with hidden skills he didn’t know about. "Okay, when I co back, you’ll show how to do it."
"As you wish, Master Xuan Chen," said the system.
That’s how Xuan left the dinsional library with excitent and entered his room, where he brought out the cultivator’s bookmark.
Na: Xuan Chen
Strength: 1.1
ridian Yins Released: 45
ridian Points: 25
Stage: ridian Stage
Age: 20
Xuan glanced through the bookmark. He noticed his strength had taken a leap. Was it because he gained a skill? He didn’t know.
What he focused more on was his ridian points.
"Fifteen more ridian points and I could repair my ridians. This is better than I expected."
He dropped his loyal walking sticks at the head of his bed and lay on his bed. He brought out the image of Princess Xue Ming.
Sigh.
"Xuan Chen, emperor of the Harem Empire... that doesn’t sound bad at all," Xuan teased himself and kept the portrait before falling asleep happy, eager to wake up and learn what this ti freeze skill ant.
