I and Dang So lie on the rock looking into the night sky when the two water based Spirit Beasts erged from the water by our sides.
One to the west and another to the east.
We imdiately got up looking up at the beasts.
Dang So who was still wearing a robe tightened her waist belt.
I imdiately got into stance facing one when Dang So placed her hand before blocking .
"Just chill and watch." She says with smile.
And that was when I realized, she had entered the Late Peak Realm.
But how?
All she did was fall unconscious and boom, she wakes up in the Early Peak Realm?
"Damn! Life is so unfair." I say to myself with a smile.
But still, a Late Peak facing a Level Ten Spirit Beast?
That’s still suicide.
"Dont worry, I’m not trying to commit suicide or anything, just trust ." She says to smiling as if she read my thoughts.
"Did she read my thoughts?" I ask myself.
She stood below the Spirit Beast and her white hair suddenly began Flairing Red.
"Its that look again." I say to myself.
Suddenly she lands a heavy blow on the belly of the monster which causes heavy ripples in the water.
Bruh, even I felt that.
The Beast bends over with its mouth open and she leaps right into its mouth.
I just stood there shocked as I see the Beast Close its mouth.
"What the fuck just happened?" I thought to myself as I stood there shocked.
The Beast rises upright looking down at .
It and the other Beast were about to attack when it suddenly started shaking.
It started slow but it then beca violent.
It shook violently around splashing water everywhere.
After about three minutes of shaking it suddenly stop and drops heavily unto the water.
Gradually it sank in towards the bottom.
After about thirteen seconds of I and the other Beast just staring and wondering what the fuck just happened.
We see the body of the beast erge from the water and who was carrying it?... Dang So.
She lifts out the water while carrying it and drops the caudal part of it off her body on to the land.
After dropping it she began pulling the remaining part from the water unto the land.
"How did she kill it?" I wondered.
She looks at and smiles.
The other Beast sees this and imdiately subrges itself running away.
I leap off the rock in the middle over six hundred ters from the river bank and land on the land.
"How did you kill it?" I imdiately ask as I walk up to her.
"Well, it was basically still the original plan, but I decided to fully go in and realease poison from my body, that is what killed it." She explains.
"Hmmm, but that was still quite risky though." I say to her.
"Ughhh, really dude? can’t we just enjoy our victory?" She says as she looks at like I’m so kinda old man.
Her robe dripping and sticking to her body.
"Fine, I guess we can." I reply her.
She opens up its flesh a little below the mid-point of its abdon.
She deeps her hand in and brings out the core of the Beast.
"Hmmmm, I thought it would be in its head." I say.
"Yes, most Spirit Beast do have theirs in their head but most water based Spirit Beast have theirs in their abdon." She says.
"Ohhh, that’s nice." I say.
"So? How do we go about sharing this?" She asks .
"Well, I think you should just have it since you dealt with it alone." I say.
"Hmmmm, and we can’t split it in two, how about this, I’ll owe you one." She says with a smile.
"Hmmm, that’s fine" I say with a smile.
"Now, I have a simple question, do you mind answering it for ?" She says as she gives a weird smile and slowly began walking towards .
Hmmm, what could she possibly want to ask.
"I rember that this wasn’t what I was wearing before I passed out Namgoong Yeong." She says.
Oh shit!
"So? how did this happen?" She ask as she touches the robe.
I began sweating as she walked towards .
"Wa...wait wait wait, look I had to change your clothing cause they were wet and I promise I didn’t look, I swear I didn’t look." I imdiately began to try and explain.
"Ohh really?" she asks still with that smile.
"Yes, really." I reply.
"Ok" She says as she turns around.
I heave a sigh of relief.
"I survived" I said.
But of course I didn’t, cause as I raise my head all I saw was a nice thigh right to my face.
P.O.V - Diana.
I sit in the woods with a little fire lit and Namgoong Yeong laying passed out beside .
"Maybe I hit him too hard?" I thought to myself as I looked over at him.
I had changed from the robe into a dress from my storage ring.
I know he probably changed my clothes without any mischievous intentions and he said he didn’t look but I just couldn’t bear the thought that he could have possibly looked.
I an, he is still a guy after all.
It’s been an hour since he was knocked out and I’ve been trying to find out what happened to while I ditated.
After about twenty minutes of ditation I realized what had happened.
There were two occurrences that caused this.
Earlier I had tried to rge the Three techniques; the Heavenly Demon Technique, The Phantom Technique and the breathing Technique of the Tang Clan.
I thought I had succeeded but I had only succeeded in properly aligning them with each other for a while.
Due to the fact that they had not completely fused, The Heavenly Demon Technique and The Breathing Technique of the Tang Clan began to Clash.
That was the first problem.
The second was that, apparently, my body really had beco too similar to the Poison Unity Body due to trying to rge this three techniques.
And one of the features of this constitution was that as the Constitution grew there would be gradual morphological adjustnts to the body.
Though it always ca with a little discomfort, this adjustnts could be beared by the Founding Patriarch of the Tang Clan due to the Breathing Technique of the Tang Clan.
But since this Breathing Technique was clashing with the Heavenly Demon Technique, it caused complications for .
This caused my body to pull my subconscious in so I could solve the issue.
But I do not know why solving the issue had to be fighting David.
Well after that, the three techniques were now able to fully fuse, causing my power to skyrocket and now I sit at the Late Peak Realm.
"Ughhh, my head." Namgoong Yeong groans in pain as he slowly sits up.
"Are you awake?" I ask him.
He looks at , no smile, a little frown and looks away.
He says nothing at all.
Is he angry at ?
"Hey, I asked you a question." I say to him.
Still, he doesn’t reply.
He just gets up,m and after picking up his clothes which he took off earlier he began to walk away.
"Huh? wait, Namgoong Yeong?" I try to call out to him.
Wait, why am I even bothered.
I didn’t do anything wrong.
Right?
Isn’t it normal I react like that with what he did?
I an he did say he did it with good intentions but still.
I put out the little fire and began following behind him.
We walk quite the distance and he still didn’t say anything.
After about forty minutes we arrive back at the main town and this dude still hadn’t said a word.
"Hey, are you really going to ignore all through?" I ask breaking the awkward silence between us.
"What is it you want to say?" He asks calmly, his voice deep and clear.
He didn’t look at , he just kept walking forward with his head down.
At the question I had no answer as I stood there with my mouth opened trying to find an answer.
"W...well are you angry at ? or why didn’t you answer when I spoke to you?" I ask him.
"Its nothing, and I’m not angry, this is how I usually am." He says.
He sounds so much like David right now when he is angry.
Maybe I shouldn’t have hit him?
But I didn’t hit him hard.
But he did get knocked out.
I cover my face with my left hand confused on what to do as my hand goes through my hair.
I don’t even know why I am so bothered right now.
"Look, I didn’t..." I tried to say but before I finished soeaking, both our head looked towards a certain direction.
We sensed very strong killing intent.
It was towards the inn we stay.
Without saying a word we both began running towards the inn.
