The air inside Vick's office was heavy thicker than silence, almost ceremonial.

Two mothers sat upright, fingers still curled from signing the NDA. Their faces pale with uncertainty, nerves caught between rage and revelation.

Agent Vick leaned forward slowly, resting his arms on the desk. His usual casual deanor was gone. In its place: gravity.

"Well, ladies," he began, voice calm but loaded with weight, "now that you've signed those papers… I can disclose who we are and what your sons have beco."

He let the silence hang for half a breath. Then:

"But first, a warning. This isn't a school club. This is the National Covert Operations Division a classified intelligence arm under the Walaysia Ministry of Defense."

He watched their reactions. No one moved.

"We don't usually do this. Civilian parents are kept out of the loop. But your boys are a unique case. And we had no choice."

Samuel's mother leaned forward, panic edging her voice.

"Wait are they in trouble? Did they do sothing illegal? You called them agents earlier is that even true?"

She was unraveling her voice quick, breaths shallow.

Danny's mom gripped her purse tighter. Her palms damp. Her pulse visible in her wrist.

Vick raised a hand gently. "Relax, ladies. No they're not in trouble."

Then, inwardly, he sighed: We're the ones in trouble because of them...

He cleared his throat.

"While working on their docuntary project, the boys stumbled upon a cluster of fragnted classified records national-level secrets buried under layers of digital corruption. Normally, that wouldn't be possible."

"But they decrypted it?" Danny's mom asked.

Vick nodded. "Yes. Without even realizing what they'd found."

He leaned back slightly.

"That's when we got involved. We intercepted the trace, tracked it to their device, and after observation realized they weren't just curious kids. They were gifted. Reckless, yes. But gifted."

"And then?"

"We recruited them. They're now undergoing clearance and training to beco full Operative Agents under our defense unit. Their roles are restricted. Their work—covert."

He paused deliberately before continuing.

"The cleaner work you saw in the store that's part of an imrsion protocol. A simulation. A test."

Danny's mom blinked hard. "Secret agents? Like the CIA?"

Vick half-smiled. "Sothing like that. But we serve the Walaysia governnt exclusively."

He leaned in, voice lower.

"Because they accessed classified intel, we couldn't release them back into the world without containnt. We had two options: lockdown in prison, or enlistnt."

He gestured at the boys.

"They chose duty."

Samuel's mom was quiet now. Her voice, when it returned, trembled.

"Duty? They're still… kids. Are you sure they're cut out for this?"

Vick didn't flinch.

"We don't recruit based on age. We recruit based on capacity. Your sons proved themselves again and again."

Danny's mom hesitated. "Was it the video production? The editing skills? Is that what got them here?"

"That was the beginning," Vick nodded. "Their multidia work showed advanced cognitive mapping, narrative strategy, emotional patterning. They understood how to bend ssage systems. That's how they found us."

Then Samuel's mom, still shaken, muttered under her breath:

"Sorry… but this son of mine is the number one lazy bum. Are you sure he's really fit for this?"

"Mom!" Samuel snapped.

Vick smiled gently.

"Training is strict. They wake at 4:30 AM. Physical regins. Combat preparation. Tactical assignnts. Strategic analysis. They've been here over a week and so far, they're doing everything exceptionally. Even the store cleaning is part of behavioral discipline."

Samuel's mom exhaled. "No wonder they were wiping those shelves like soldiers…"

Then the floodgates opened.

Danny's mom sat upright. "Do they get holidays?"

"Can they co ho for festivals?"

"Are they paid?"

"Can they—" she hesitated, smiling, "get married soday?"

Vick chuckled.

"Holidays are limited, but possible. Governnt pay scale fairly compensated. And yes, marriage is permitted…i think it's to early to speak about that right?"

After answering every question with careful precision, the mothers finally stood.

No longer tense.

No longer furious.

Just proud.

They walked their mothers to the car, the sun casting golden streaks across the pavent.

And then ca the real interrogation.

The lightning round.

Do you wash your clothes every day?

Do you wear clean underwear?

What's the food like in the cafeteria?

Festival leave?

Health coverage?

Snacks?

The boys responded like seasoned diplomats—part amused, part exhausted.

Finally, the moms climbed into their cars.

Hesitant.

Proud.

They looked back—at sons who, just days ago, were lost in a dia dream.

Now? Sothing closer to n.

Samuel's mom touched his cheek one last ti.

"You're doing sothing big now. I get it. But your real mission is staying safe."

Danny's mom blew him a kiss.

"Agent or not...don't make co rescue you."

Then, with lingering stares, they pulled away.

The boys were back inside the X store after family drama.

But this ti, it wasn't mop duty.

It was counter duty.

Sales desk.

Stock managent.

Re-shelving insect repellents.

What should've lasted two days stretched into two full weeks of gri, shelf lifting, and pest control.

Samuel leaned against the counter, groaning.

"How are we C-Class Enforcers… and still stuck mopping cockroach central?"

Danny wiped his forehead. "Hell Order's gonna short-circuit if we don't fight sothing soon."

"Recomndation: Initiate demon hunting. Upgrade risk detected. Dormancy may reduce capabilities. Maya needs to be awaken"

Hell Order had spoken.

It was ti.

anwhile East Walaysia is going thru Operation Purge

Vick was overwheld.

Departnt Zero operatives deployed across East Walaysia and West Walaysia borders.

A full-scale purge launched against organized cri syndicates.

Gang leaders.

Drug rings.

Weapons smuggling.

A war was brewing in the streets.

Even Agent Nick had been pulled into the field.

Division X?

Understaffed.

Silent.

Vulnerable.

Division X — Restricted Wing

In the shadows, Demon Agent Rex paced in his room.

Vick was distracted.

The veterans were gone.

And the rookies?

Still working on store duties!

He dragged a claw across the concrete wall, voice like smoke soaked in venom.

"Just you wait…" he whispered.

"The day I drink your blood dry is coming. And I won't leave a single drop behind."

A secret plot had begun to take shape.

One the boys wouldn't see coming.
