"Sister!"

Little Jordan, nestled in Grandma Rivers’s arms, heard Natalie’s words and his small face showed panic as tears fell like beads from a broken string, "drip, drip," down his face.

He wriggled free from Grandma Rivers’s embrace and lunged towards Natalie, clinging to her leg, "Please, sister! Did I do sothing wrong? Are you mad at ? I promise I’ll be good, I’ll always be good!"

Grandma Rivers turned her back to wipe her tears.

Natalie looked down at Jordan and said calmly, "Listen to your grandma from now on, and don’t run around."

With that, she reached out and gently pushed Jordan away.

Jordan stood there, with big eyes silently crying, looking extrely pitiful.

Grandma Rivers felt sorry for her grandson and pulled him back, using her rough and withered hand to wipe his tears: "There, there, dear grandson, don’t cry, don’t cry."

Natalie stepped forward again to hand over the card.

Grandma Rivers didn’t take it.

On the side, Lily Rivers quickly took it and, unable to hide her excitent, said, "Hey Jordan, hurry and thank your sister. Look how much she cares about you."

Natalie gave Lily an indifferent look, then turned to get into the car.

"Jordan, your sister is leaving, quickly say goodbye to her."

Jordan sniffled in Grandma Rivers’s arms, "Sister said, said we shouldn’t et again."

"You stubborn child." Lily angered, pinching Jordan’s arm and poking his head, thinking how infuriatingly dense he was, "So rude!"

Jordan’s arm hurt a lot, but he held back, not making a sound.

Seeing Lily’s actions, Natalie’s face turned cold, wanting to say sothing, but in the end, she didn’t speak.

If she’s not planning to take responsibility for Jordan, then she should pretend she didn’t see anything.

Once in the car, she instructed the driver to leave.

The sound of the car starting startled Jordan, who had been burying his head in Grandma Rivers’s lap. He looked up abruptly, eyes wide and fixed on the car.

His little mouth moved, it seed he was silently calling the word sister.

As the car drove, Natalie took out her laptop, continuing to look at the information.

But as it returned to Beckett Group, the screen still displayed the sa page, not even a single page turned.

"Miss Kendall, we’ve arrived."

It was only after the driver reminded her that Natalie regained focus and opened the car door to get out.

Just as she entered Beckett Group, Isaac Vaughn called.

She didn’t answer, putting away her phone, only to look up and see Isaac walking towards her with his phone.

"Little Ear." He was serious, grasping Natalie’s hand as soon as he saw her, "Co with . Franklin Finch said Helen Cross has regained consciousness."

Originally planning to pull her hand away, Natalie stopped upon hearing this and let Isaac lead her out of Beckett Group and into the car.

Soon, they arrived at Franklin Finch’s villa and saw Helen Cross.

"Lana." Natalie asked Helen, "Do you know who I am?"

Helen’s spirits seed noticeably better than last ti.

She looked at Natalie and nodded, her voice hoarse, "Miss."

Natalie breathed a sigh of relief and held Helen’s hand, "Lana, do you rember telling before that there was sothing suspicious about my grandfather’s death?"

Helen’s eyes flickered, clearly a bit flustered.

Her body trembled, as if very frightened by sothing, yet she still suppressed her fear and nodded.

"What exactly happened? Lana, my grandfather didn’t die from a heart attack, but..."

Natalie paused, gritting her teeth, "Was soone responsible for it?"

A long while passed.

Helen nodded.

Natalie’s heart felt as though it was being gripped by an invisible hand, having her suspicion confird.

She looked at Helen and asked, "Who was it?"
