This is so because this tournant decides which academy will be ranked higher and get more resources from the alliance for the next term.
The better the rank, the better the resources that are allocated towards the academy, which ans they would have a better chance at recruiting good talents next year.
The better the talents that they would be able to recruit, the better their ranks would be in the Inter-academy tournant that would take place that year.
The academy can improve its rank with students who have better talents, which ans more resources.
It would be a cycle of benefits.
So, as long as the agents sent to recruit new awakeners can fleece and recruit Good talents, then the academy would be happy, as these talents can help them gain good benefits.
So while selecting the five-mber team, it’s best to make sure that they are chosen right.
Instead of continuing the matches with tired students, which wouldn’t give the best results, it’s best to continue the next day.
