Everything was normal, still the usual for the entire week. Although Jinn saw Evelyn retaking the test several tis in the week, he did not find it odd after their talk.

But then, as if out of competition or loneliness, Lloyd joined them as well.

Besides the first day, Prof. Skinner did not attend a second class. Soone else took their place and watched over the students to record their results.

The most unexpected and unusual thing happened on the last day.

Like any other day, Jinn was leaving the class after practice with the first ten levels. He had significantly improved the ti within which he clears the level.

As soon as he stepped out of the class, he saw a familiar face waiting for him.

"Professor Olivia, good afternoon." Jinn greeted the woman leaning against the wall opposite to him with a slightly puzzled look on his face.

"No ti to waste, follow . I have to talk to others as well." She spoke in a commanding tone and then led Jinn down the hallway to the next floor.

Stopping in front of a closed room, she opened the door and moved to the side for Jinn to enter.

’What is this sketchy atmosphere?’ Jinn could not help but feel sothing was wrong, but he did not allow it to show on his face and walked inside the room without hesitation.

And then... he imdiately regretted it.

The whole room was a ss; books were lying everywhere, used utensils were still lying around, and the rug was lying unevenly on the floor.

Almost everything about the room made him want to run away from it.

But sadly it was too late; Olivia closed the door shut and walked past him. "Sorry..."

Jinn thought she was apologizing for the ss.

"But this conversation cannot leave this room."

Sadly, he was thinking too much.

"Take a seat."

"I would rather stand." Jinn instantly replied without thinking, seeing so unknown stains on the seat, but he still composed himself enough to keep a poker face.

"Suit yourself." Fortunately, the woman seed used to it and shrugged it off without thinking. She took a seat on the chair behind the table. "I would offer coffee or tea, but there are no clean cups around here."

After shifting in the seat several tis, she finally went straight to the point.

"Do you know why you were separated into groups before making them attend the classes for the control exercise?"

As if not expecting Jinn to have an answer, she went ahead and revealed it herself.

"It was because of the special class." She looked Jinn in the eyes and said, "We had already decided who to choose for it on the very first day."

"Those who show exceptional talent in control?" Jinn asked, still curious about the requirents of the class. He always felt there was more to it than the results.

Olivia shook her head and replied, "It’s not just about the results." We also assess how great of a future a student can have based on their awakening results, past experiences, and the blessings they have received."

"Since I am telling you this, it should be obvious by now that you are in one of the special classes."

’One of the? There is more?’ Jinn thought to himself, silently listening to her words.

"The reason we go through all this trouble is because we want to keep their identities and results secret from the public. Those in special class are destined to be pillars of the kingdom or maybe beco special individuals with very sensitive identities no one but them should know about."

Jinn slowly understood the reason why he was here. Thinking about it, everything was starting to make sense, but there was still sothing bugging him.

"I am sure, beside your own class, you are not aware of the identities of the students with exceptional records who were in other sessions."

Jinn nodded blankly, even though he may or may not be telling the truth.

"This is because the mories of their identities are wiped from the students who attended the class with them."

"What?" The words escaped Jinn’s lips a second later as his thoughts finally beca focused. ’There are people with the powers to manipulate mories?’

The thought itself was shocking and scary for Jinn. What if they also had a way to look through his mories?

Olivia found his shock reasonable and explained, "There is always a person present in the room behind hidden gates, and they erase all the mories related to the test and the exceptional talents from the minds of those who do not need to know about it."

"Everything is done under the supervision of soone very high up in the church, and we try to keep these deletions to the minimum."

She leaned back in the chair and placed her hands on the side arms, placing the palms before her.

"Now, the event that happened a week ago brought you and Dean Black to the lilight, but we managed to handle it as much as we could." She saw the wry smile on Jinn’s face and smirked as well. "So in the future please refrain from making such moves."

"Your titable and class details are here." She passed a sheet of paper to Jinn and added, "It is fortunate you and Mr. Black are in the sa dorm room, or we might have to make different arrangents."

She waited until Jinn looked through the sheet of paper she gave to him and then asked, "Do you have any questions, or do you not understand anything?"

"Yes." From the sour look on her face, Jinn could tell how much she wanted him to say no. "What is the prize for reaching level 10 on the first try?"

"This again?" With a long sigh, Prof. Skinner held her head and said, "Might as well tell you now. You will receive 100 extra points from the academy besides the hundred you get for joining the special class."

"What are these points?" he still recalled hearing those words from Jeremy and other students, but he was too focused on his study to find out anything.

When he asked Dean, the boy refused to answer him, as he had found out what Jinn had done to him, and it was not the incident with Jeremy.

"You will know tomorrow, once the class starts." Sadly, even Olivia refused to tell him and waved her hand. "Now if there is nothing else, you can leave."
