"This is inhuman" Leo repeated.
The ceiling was covered with flesh and transparent cocoons with humans in them, each of the cocoons slowly increase in size and then decrease, like it was breathing.
"Look, there sothing inside!" Kakashi pointed at a cocoon. "Looks like... they are people in there!"
Leo shifted his gaze to the cocoon that Kakashi pointed, a supernatural was inside, his skin was slowly being disintegrated by the liquid that was in the cocoon.
Kakashi quickly unsheathed the short sword that Ayaka gave to him and was about to charge in but Leo held him back.
"What are you trying to do?!"
"We have to get them out of there!" Kakashi yelled as he struggled to escape Leo’s grip.
"We were sent here to investigate, not to fight the demon. We already know what happened to them, we should just get out of here!"
"We can’t just leave them like that!. They’ll die!, If we don’t do anything, they are sure to die!"
"I can’t let you do anything reckless"
"Please!. Please, let save them!" Kakashi cried. "If I don’t do anything now, I won’t be able to live with myself!"
_What should I do?!, What should I do?!_ Leo thought. "Okay, do it. You’re right, we can’t leave them like this"
Kakashi nodded before jumping up and using his short sword to cut open the cocoon and tried to pull out the boy.
"Ouch!!" Kakashi scread and fell to the ground.
The liquid rushed out of the cocoon and almost landed on Kakashi but suddenly stopped mid-air.
"That liquid. It’s acid!, Don’t let it touch you!" Leo yelled.
Suddenly, the boy who Kakashi had attempted to save started transforming into a monster. It opened it maw and spat out a large amount of acid at Leo, before he could realize what was happening, Kakashi jumped in-between Leo and the acid and used his body as a shield.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh!" Kakashi scread in pain as the acid peeled his skin.
"What are you doing?!, I can take care of myself!" Leo yelled.
The demon quickly rushed towards Kakashi and it suddenly paused and Kakashi used his sword and cut off it’s head.
Kakashi fell on the ground trying to ease his pain.
"Why did you do that?" Leo asked.
"Do what?"
"You know what I an!, Why would you sacrifice yourself like that?" Leo yelled.
"I just want to repay the favor. Beside, I made a promise to myself that I won’t let anyone die in my presence" Kakashi said, Leo was stunned by his reply. "The holy eyes can only be wielded by a human with a pure heart, the eyes has the ability to see things of what they truly are, It ans illusion techniques won’t work on you. Apart from that, it has the ability to control ti, that’s why the acid paused mid-air, right?"
"Don’t call them holy!, A what does that have to do with this?!"
"As a normal human, you can’t sense Karma. That’s why you didn’t realize the demon was behind you, and your eyes only work on what they can see" Leo eyes widened with shock. "That’s why, no matter what you’re just a human. Supernaturals are t to protect humans. Don’t worry about , I’ll be fine"
Kakashi jumped up and smiled.
A drop of liquid suddenly fell on Leo’s shoulder.
"Argh... Ah" Leo looked up to check what it was as another almost fell right on his face before Kakashi used his hand to block it.
The whole building started to rain with acid, drop by drop, they fell from the ceiling, slowly lting anything it touches. Kakashi quickly pushed Leo under a shelf and used his body to shield him from the top.
Leo blushed for a mont before pushing Kakashi off his body as the acid rain stopped midair and went upwards, surprisingly lting the cocoons and more monsters fell out of it.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Kakashi yelled.

Elizabeth and Charlotte was at an ice cream store.
"I want a triple vanilla scoops with extra sprinkles"
"I’ll take one scoop of chocolate flavor, one scoop of strawberry flavor and two scoops of banana flavor"
"In one cone!?" The vendor asked, bewildered.
"Yes, please!" Elizabeth eyes sparkle with joy.

"I don’t an to be disrespectful, but sotis I feel like I’m older than you" Charlotte said.
"What do you an?, my little candy" Elizabeth said and patted Charlotte’s head.
"Stop that!, You’ll make drop my ice cream!" Charlotte yelled. "Why do you insist on walking ho?, It getting late"
"Ohh, it past your bedti, right?" Elizabeth said with a smile on her face.
"I’m not a child!. I can take care of myself!"
"Well, let’s just say I’m worried"
"About what?" Charlotte bit half of the first scoop of ice cream. "Wahh, brain freeze!"
Elizabeth laughed.
"You shouldn’t bite your ice cream"
"I know, it’s just so gooood. Are you worried about that white hair kid?" Charlotte asked. "He’ll be fine, beside he’s with Leo"
"That’s the problem, if anything happens to Kakashi, Leo will bla himself and overuse his eyes and I don’t want to imagine what will happen if that’s the case"
Charlotte expression saddens.
"I’m won’t ask you to do anything!" Elizabeth said and tried to brighten up Charlotte expression. "I’m just saying... Let’s go ho. I doubt that Kakashi is going to let himself get hurt"
Leo fell to his knees breathing heavily, the ground was covered with blood and corpses of demons which he had earlier freed from the cocoons.
"I can’t believe you took them out on your own!" Kakashi exclaid.

_When did he take my sword without noticing?_
"Are you okay, buddy?" Kakashi said as he ran to Leo. "Let help you up, let’s get out of here"
"Wait!" Leo shouted and Kakashi froze. "Didn’t you notice that?" Leo whispered.
"Notice what?" Kakashi whispered in return.
"The body are not disintegrating into ash"
