The so-called Abyss Swamp is said to be a call of the Doomsday Desert.

Any creature that finds itself in the Abyss Swamp, once it encounters the treacherous vortex within, signifies the birth of the Abyss Swamp.

And under such circumstances, there are only two possible outcos for the creatures caught in the Abyss Swamp.

One is to be directly swept into the Doomsday Desert, while the other is to be completely disintegrated by the distorting power of the treacherous vortex, ultimately becoming part of this mysterious force!

Zhu Fei clearly rembered this legend at this mont.

While he was relieved at his quick response, he also felt sowhat anxious.

Because he did not know where he would be transported to this ti, if he really ended up in the Doomsday Desert, how would he, with his current strength, navigate through that region known for death?

All of these uncertainties, Zhu Fei now had no clue or confidence.

...

Roughly a day later, when Zhu Fei tried to erge from the Divine Tripod Space, he was shocked to find that he was now amidst a sky filled with black sand.

Indeed, everything he saw, both sky and ground, was composed of black sand.

It imdiately made him realize that he was probably in the so-called Doomsday Desert.

There was nothing around but the limitless black sand particles.

Darkness, solitude, death, such was the main the of the so-called Doomsday Desert.

Here, there was no life, no hope, no light. Being in this place could make one feel a sense of desperation from deep within.

He believed that even without any other dangers, just the sight before him could drive one to madness and lead to self-termination here.

Zhu Fei also faintly felt this.

Facing the black wind and sand, he walked forward alone, one day, two days, ten days...

For a full ten days, he did nothing but walk silently, his eyes seeing nothing but black wind and sand.

Gradually, the light in his eyes began to fade, his expression dimd, and his mind occasionally filled with so inexplicable dizziness.

He felt the gloominess of his inner emotions. He tried to dispel this gloominess, but no matter how hard he tried, no matter the attempts, not only did the darkness not diminish, but he also began to feel a faint sense of despair rising.

Could it be that all who had co here and failed to leave successfully were due to such uncontrollable emotional influence?

A bitter taste surfaced on Zhu Fei’s lips.

He seed to understand his current predicant but was unable to escape the disturbance it caused.

Eventually, when another ten days passed, a rush of desperation suddenly surged in Zhu Fei’s heart.

He felt he had been too naive.

The so-called Four Forbidden Zones, the Doomsday Desert, known for death—how could he, a re Foundation Establishnt Cultivator, have set foot here?

It was nothing but overestimating oneself!

"Boom!"

Zhu Fei fiercely punched his own chest, and with a "crack crack" sound, several ribs were abruptly broken by his own blow!

"Spurt," he suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood.

The blood fell into the black sand and was quickly absorbed by it.

But what he didn’t notice was that, the mont his blood was absorbed by the black sand, the storm between heaven and earth suddenly intensified.

"Roar!"

Zhu Fei suddenly spread his arms wide and let out a long howl to the sky.

Waves of sound, rich with Spiritual Power, swirled up the black sand in front of him, carrying it aloft into the high skies.

"Crack—"

Just as he was on the verge of succumbing to the smothering feelings within his heart, wanting to inflict harm upon himself once more, a light sound unexpectedly erged beside his ear.

The next mont, a vibrant life force akin to that of an infant surged up from the depths of his soul.

This life force, filled with the freshness of birth and vitality, also carried an innate fondness for Zhu Fei that seed to emanate from the soul.

In an instant, there was a thunderous sound within Zhu Fei’s mind.

The oppressive, stifling, bleakness, and despair, among other negative emotions that had long weighed on him, actually vanished in the blink of an eye under the influence of that breath!

A shock suddenly struck his heart.

It was also at this ti that his once near-shattered state of mind gradually began to nd.

Without a mont’s delay, he quickly took out a Beast Taming Bag from his body.

The next second, a Devouring God Ant hatchling, plump and white, about the size of a squirrel, appeared in Zhu Fei’s hands!

The Devouring God Ant hatchling had actually chosen this mont to hatch!

Ecstasy exploded within Zhu Fei’s heart.

He had never expected that the Devouring God Ant Egg, which no amount of effort could hatch before, would choose to hatch now.

Not only that, but the birth of the Devouring God Ant hatchling had pulled him out of his previous state of chaos, and that was its greatest contribution!

"Squeak—"

The Devouring God Ant hatchling seed unaffected by the environnt, chirping cheerfully twice, its plump head affectionately nuzzling Zhu Fei’s palm, sending waves of tickles.

"Heh, I really have to thank you, little guy, for helping this ti."

As he watched the Devouring God Ant hatchling crawl in his palm, Zhu Fei couldn’t help but smile.

With this smile, Zhu Fei suddenly felt an inexplicable sense of clarity, and it seed that his state of mind had slightly ascended once again.

"Seeing as you’re so white and plump, how about I call you Little White from now on?"

Zhu Fei touched the hatchling’s head with his finger, and said with a smile.

"Squeak—"

Little White seed to understand Zhu Fei’s words, as its tender front limbs lifted slightly, and it imdiately began to call out happily to Zhu Fei.

Then, as if it rembered sothing, it couldn’t help but eagerly crawl toward the Beast Taming Bag by Zhu Fei’s hand.

Caught off guard by Little White’s actions, Zhu Fei was montarily baffled.

He did not understand Little White’s intention, but upon seeing the half-remaining Devouring God Ant eggshell in the Beast Taming Bag, he suddenly ca to his senses.

He laughed and took out the golden eggshell from the Beast Taming Bag, placing it in front of Little White.

"Squeak—"

Little White clearly approved of Zhu Fei’s action, chirping joyfully again, and then imdiately opened its small mouth and "Crunch, crunch," ate all the remaining eggshells.

It didn’t take long before Zhu Fei was amazed to see.

After eating those golden eggshells, three golden stripes grew on Little White’s back, and atop its head, a faint crown pattern also began to erge.

Could it be...? Was Little White truly destined to be one of the monarchs of the Devouring God Ants?

Zhu Fei’s heart suddenly surged with excitent.

He was looking forward to what kind of surprises Little White would bring him once it reached adulthood.

"Squeak—"

At that mont, Little White suddenly raised its head sharply, lifting its front limbs slightly, and the direction it pointed to was precisely in front of where Zhu Fei stood!
