"Is it still Japan?"

Standing by the window of his room, Shirou Emiya quietly examined the scene outside. It didn't take long for him to reach a conclusion. The architectural style, the layout of the streets, and even the characters visible on signs and objects inside the room all pointed toward the sa answer.

This was Japan.

"But that's normal," he muttered. "Most ani worlds are set here anyway. Coming back to Japan is the most natural outco."

What he didn't know yet was which Japan this was.

He understood one thing clearly. This was an ani world. As for whether it was one he was familiar with, that remained uncertain. There were simply too many ani in his original world. Even the most devoted otaku couldn't confidently claim they had seen them all.

"In this world, I didn't gain any new abilities."

That realization ca quickly.

"And that ans the power system here is compatible with what I already have."

Which also ant sothing else.

"I can't get any clear, world-specific information from my abilities."

Shirou Emiya let out a quiet breath.

The mysteries of this world felt sealed. Nothing was surfacing on its own. If he wanted confirmation, he would need to act deliberately.

"That makes things a bit troubleso," he said, stroking his chin.

Then, almost imdiately, his expression relaxed.

"That's right. I just need to find the fated person of this world."

The protagonist.

"Under the guidance of Super Intuition, that shouldn't be difficult."

With that thought, the slight tension in his posture vanished. There was no anxiety left. Super Intuition had never failed him in matters like this.

Still, even with a plan in place, Shirou Emiya didn't leave imdiately. There were other things that needed to be handled first.

He extended his hand.

A golden, hexagonal crystal appeared in his palm.

Tempest.

This was the special item capable of carrying living beings across worlds.

"Since I've arrived in a new world," he said calmly, "I should let Shuna and little Rimuru out first."

They had both co with him.

Little Rimuru could normally transform into a weapon, but Shirou Emiya hadn't known what state Tempest would be in during inter-world travel. Would ti be frozen inside it? Or would it continue flowing?

If ti stopped, there wouldn't be a problem.

If it didn't, then things could get complicated.

Food was one issue.

Loneliness was another.

Because of that uncertainty, Shirou Emiya had intentionally left little Rimuru with Shuna inside Tempest. If ti flowed during the journey, they could at least talk to each other. That way, no matter how long the crossing took, Shuna wouldn't be left alone.

Magic surged.

Two figures appeared in front of him.

"Is this the other world?"

The mont they manifested, both Shuna and little Rimuru looked around with unconcealed curiosity. Their gazes swept across the room, taking in every detail.

Then, almost simultaneously, they paused.

"This feels... familiar," Shuna said.

Little Rimuru nodded in agreent.

Shirou Emiya smiled faintly.

"How is it? You feel it too, right?"

"Yes," Shuna replied. "A bit."

"That's normal," he said. "On the surface, this world is very similar to the one you lived in before."

In Shuna's original world, visitors from other worlds arrived frequently. Because of that, architecture and decorative styles from different worlds had long since beco common. Emiya City, in particular, had inherited much of the aesthetic of another world.

For Shuna and little Rimuru, who had lived there for a long ti, this kind of environnt naturally felt familiar.

"So that's how it is," Shuna said, quickly accepting the explanation.

Shirou Emiya led the two of them around the house. He showed them the rooms one by one, letting them get a basic sense of the layout.

To be fair, even he was seeing this house for the first ti.

After finishing a brief tour, the three of them returned to the room where they had started. They gathered there and began discussing what to do next.

"Lord Shirou," Shuna said, her tone serious but curious, "you already have a way to confirm which world this is, right? Should we leave now?"

"No rush," Shirou Emiya replied.

"This is your first ti crossing worlds. You should take so ti to integrate."

"But-"

Shuna noticed that he seed to be planning to go alone, and her dissatisfaction almost slipped out.

Before she could finish, Shirou Emiya interrupted her.

"Shuna. I know what you're going to say."

He looked at her steadily.

"Before we left the previous world, you already mastered how to hide your horns. Right now, your appearance is no different from an ordinary human."

He continued calmly.

"And you also made several outfits based on my descriptions. Clothes that can be used in many different worlds."

As he spoke, he raised his hand and gently patted her head.

The gesture was light.

"But even so," he said, "there's still a barrier between you and this world. That kind of thing doesn't disappear instantly."

"Once I confirm what world this is, things may get busy very quickly."

"And when that happens, you won't have ti to slowly adapt."

He t her eyes.

"So you need to make good use of this ti. Understood?"

"I understand, Lord Shirou," Shuna said, nodding vigorously.

Then she hesitated for a mont.

"Then... where should I start learning about this world?"

Shirou Emiya turned slightly and pointed toward the desk.

"Here."

On it sat a computer.

He smiled.

With that, Shirou Emiya began teaching Shuna and little Rimuru how to use it.

As for the language, that wasn't an issue. Shuna had already learned Japanese in the previous world. With her high comprehension as a powerful magician, she only needed a small amount of guidance to grasp the basics of operating a computer.

It didn't take long before neither of them needed his help anymore.

Seeing that, Shirou Emiya quietly left the house.

Guided by Super Intuition, he began walking toward the location of this world's protagonist.

The streets were calm.

Shirou Emiya moved forward at a steady pace, blending naturally into the flow of pedestrians. His steps carried him through the city, guided by the subtle pull of Super Intuition.

Based on what he felt, the other party was in the sa city as him.

There was no need to leave it.

Eventually, he stopped in front of a house.

On the naplate by the door, two characters were clearly engraved.

Kusanagi.

"Kusanagi..." Shirou Emiya repeated softly.

For a mont, he froze.

Then excitent surged through him before he could stop it.

"Could it be that world?"

His heartbeat quickened.

Then he took a breath.

"Calm down," he told himself. "There are plenty of protagonists nad Kusanagi."

His thoughts imdiately went to a familiar figure from another world.

Kyo Kusanagi.

Just as he was steadying himself, voices drifted out from inside the house.

"Shizuka, I'm going to the convenience store. Do you need anything?"

"Nothing in particular. But can you take out the trash by the door?"

"Alright, I'm heading out."

The conversation was faint, muffled by the walls.

But to Shirou Emiya's ears, it was perfectly clear.

Without hesitation, he adjusted his posture, shifting naturally as if he were just another passerby walking down the street.

The next mont, the door opened.

A high school student stepped out, carrying a bag of trash.

Shirou Emiya glanced at him.

And in that instant, his heart rate spiked.

The mont their paths crossed, everything beca clear.

There was no doubt.

The young man standing there was the protagonist of this world.

Godou Kusanagi.

At the sa ti, the identity of the world itself was confird.

This was the world of Campione!.
