In just a few months, the capital of Latovia has transford from a barren plain into an industrial city.

Concrete buildings have sprung up, and steel-forged weapons and combat robots continually erge from the workshops, with iron riders on steel bone warhorses patrolling and training in the mountains and forests.

Those iron riders not in training use production tools on their Titan suits to hone their compatibility; the combat machines only need to be equipped with massive reclamation and construction tools to beco pioneers of developnt.

Spacious highways directly connect Latovia to the European Union and the three occupied countries to the east, where unmanned convoys speed along, each controlled and guided by a few engineers.

Lightweight transport drones fly out from the factories, circulating among the hills covered in wind and solar facilities, transporting batteries.

The operation of the Latovia National Computer Center has made all this a reality. When children look up to see all of this, they beco more interested in the courses in Virtual Space—

Just a few months ago, they had nothing.

However, Johnny had sothing to say, pointing to the east:

[Johnny: I’ve only read about conquest in historical essays; I never thought Europeans would turn a blind eye to your integration of those three countries.]

"They can only turn a blind eye, especially since the locals haven’t resisted, nor are they even aware of the initiation of war."

These three countries will be directly integrated into Latovia, temporarily positioned as resource appendages, focusing on agricultural developnt, encouraging and teaching them to farm using modern thods while building solar and wind power systems.

These countries also have so coal and mineral resources, which will subsequently be exploited, essentially fulfilling most tal resource demands.

Heading south and west, convoys build roads and railways as they travel, and soon more passages will be fully opened.

Currently, the roads aren’t just for transporting resources but also personnel: so are Latovians sent as technology experts to "assist" Europeans, and so are European experts sent in for "advanced training."

Although Europeans can be quite stingy, often looking to benefit from Lille a little, overall, they are fairly qualified allies for now.

Of course, this is also thanks to Rocksen’s bold moves, pushing these Europeans at almost every critical juncture, leaving them with no room for indecision.

[Chairman Schulz: Yesterday, President Ellis issued us an ultimatum. I think we should prepare for war.]

[Chairman Schulz: But our satellite still has no signal... I’ve never fought a war like this before...]

[Chairman Schulz: Pardon my bluntness, but I... we’re all quite uneasy, the people are uneasy too. How did you persuade the citizens?]

Although internet communications have matured only in recent years, people have grown accustod to obtaining all sorts of information online, enjoying the pleasure of receiving information and comnting without leaving their hos.

Even politicians enjoy this: news dia periodically report on news, reporting on the situation in other countries...

Maybe this can’t fully reflect the thoughts of other countries’ leaders, but if a country is at war, its citizens can’t possibly be focused on entertainnt every day.

This is a subtle "satisfaction," people love the feeling of acquiring information, especially those who easily consider themselves smart.

Once the source of information is cut off, what they face is a fog; the unknown enemy brings fear...

However, Lille is very familiar with this fear, not only familiar but adept at maneuvering through the fog of fear, steadfast until the day enough strength is accumulated to reopen the fog.

After all, compared to past circumstances, this ti he is the one at the helm.

So to Chairman Schulz’s query, his answer is:

[Lille: Not everyone can see so far or feel the fear of the unknown.]

[Lille: You only need to appear confident.]

Yes, not everyone can feel the fear of an unknown enemy; they can just focus on the leader.

From here, different leaders will lead to different outcos—

Perhaps Rocksen couldn’t bear losing Europe’s information, which led to this attack, and clearly, they now have to endure double the tornt.

[Johnny: That old guy looks a few decades older than you, but you seem more like a tiless old soul.]

[Lille: That’s called strategic composure.]

[Johnny: It’s fascinating; here, our people have beco experts entering Berlin, while over there, it’s considered sending an "expert team" into Berlin...]

[Johnny: In this life, I’ve been on battlefields, deserted as a soldier, worked as a brainless rcenary, and most of the ti indulged in won and music, often under the influence...]

[Johnny: Looking back, the clearest mont was when I blew up Arasaka Tower, feeling the most alive.]

[Johnny: In your mind, I’m as clear-headed as a saint, and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next, whether it’s over here or over there.]

[Johnny: Marching into Berlin!]

Johnny stood upright, raising his hand towards the sun.

....

European Union.

An unprecedented wave of movents is sweeping across the world’s largest economy—

Even though there are many laws in the European Union that uphold workers’ rights, these rights have never been implented like this before.

So might ask, why are there laws protecting workers’ rights in a Cyberpunk World?

This is mainly related to the developnt history of the major mber states of this organization:

Before joining the European Union, Britain overthrew the Martial Law Bureau, ended the decade-long rule of this dictatorial organization, and welcod back the British monarch. No one knows how many intrigues there were behind the scenes, but on the surface, it was indeed the result of years of effort by the Liberation Organization.

The Liberation Organization is the result of the combination of workers and other lower class people.

Although British workers made so small sacrifices to join the European Union, in order to incorporate long-established resource companies like Network Supervision and Royal tropolis Company to solve the resource shortage problem of that ti, the European Union also made legal compromises.

Overall, regardless of the actual situation, the European Union still has regulations like "Cyber Psychosis Control thod," but they have never operated according to the ideas of the protected group, which is the workers.

Until now.

The rigidity of the class system in the European Union is quietly collapsing, from the collapse of the Europe Tunnel Company, which monopolized the entire Foxstone Communication Channel, to the exit of the ADL Company, which dominated shipping in the Pacific Region...

Finally, to the decisive battle, the EBM Company took a heavy loss in Bren, and the comrcial discourse power of the entire city changed hands, allowing the liquidity of resources and power to push this movent into a fission stage.

This is an opportunity, with astute officials, company managers, workers, rcenaries... all involved.

"Cyber psychosis," long ignored by the European Union, those people are beginning to enter the public eye, becoming a huge banner...

Under this banner, people began to fight.

"...This is great! Workers should fight for their rights!"

Instructor Heinz Graham stood passionately in front of the display screen, looking at the ceiling:

"Her Majesty gave people rights, but workers lacked the awareness to act, finally, you woke them up!"

"They finally know whom to ask for help to protect their rights!"

In front of him, Elliot’s eyelids were starting to droop.

Sevens, however, was sitting upright, although it seed he wanted to roll his eyes to the heavens.

Others...

The other workers exchanged glances, not knowing what this noble was talking about.
