Compared to the unofficial route Li Ang just climbed, this one is a tad less difficult, but it’s the well-known path everyone is familiar with.

Over the years, nurous people have challenged this route, including so veterans who have been imrsed in rock climbing for over a decade, yet less than a handful have ultimately succeeded.

So rock climbing enthusiasts spectating were also quite curious, why would Cecil Roland, the coach of the climbing club, specifically invite soone to tackle this route?

Although his speed just now was quick enough, others were not sure about Li Ang’s level; they only knew he was quite skilled.

Now that Coach Cecil Roland had asked, they suddenly realized, could it be that he truly possesses the strength to challenge a 5.12b route?

However, Li Ang only felt sowhat puzzled and replied, "Why?"

While he did not shy away from showcasing his abilities, he was not there to perform for others. If he climbed on command, what would that make him?

No sooner had Li Ang finished his question than he saw Javell’s expectant little eyes.

He quietly ca over to Li Ang’s ear and said:

"This is actually a challenge initiated by their climbing club. Any unregistered amateurs who successfully conquer this route can be inducted into the club’s hall of fa."

As he spoke, he even pointed at the wall.

Engraved on it were the nas, photographs, and scores of those who had succeeded in the challenge.

"Plus, if you succeed, the club will also gift a permanent honorary Honor Black Gold Card, which is sothing money can’t buy. Of course, it’s not that you absolutely can’t buy one. For instance, Aunt Gwen has one. She seems to have spent tens of thousands to buy it from soone. My aunt was green with envy."

Upon hearing that this was an ongoing challenge activity of their club, Li Ang agreed to try. After all, he had planned to climb anyway, to improve his [Rock Climbing] skills.

On the other hand, Fuleiia and Gwen were already considering giving up, as they hadn’t made progress for a long ti. Now, seeing Li Ang swiftly summit right beside them, they felt even more frustrated and decided to abandon this challenge.

"Phew, I better go practice on a 5.8 route. It seems there’s quite a gap between 5.8 and 5.9," Fuleiia said sowhat dejectedly.

Gwen, on the other hand, did not dwell on the failure; her mind was filled with the image of Li Ang she had just seen.

"The Chinese guy who ca with you, who is he? His rock climbing skills seem pretty high."

Fuleiia paused, then replied:

"He is indeed Javell’s combat coach, but he’s not just an ordinary coach. At a martial arts exchange conference we recently attended, he won the championship, and he’s also apparently the honorary chairman of the Chinese Martial Arts Association. As for the rest, I don’t know."

"That’s pretty impressive."

Gwen nodded, as she didn’t admire n who were just rich or had a family legacy, or those who held positions or managed companies with many people; to her, those achievents could be gained with familial support and didn’t necessarily represent one’s true abilities.

On the contrary, ever since she started engaging in outdoor sports, she admired those who excelled in a particular sport because such success couldn’t rely on others. Even with the best coaches, one needs talent and must spend lots of sweat in training to achieve certain results.

So upon learning that Li Ang had won a martial arts championship, her opinion of him improved, whereas the title of honorary chairman of the Chinese Martial Arts Association mattered less to her.

As she mused, if she wanted, she could beco the honorary chairman of several associations at any ti; these titles didn’t prove much.

"Eh? Why is he going over there? Is he thinking of challenging that 5.12b route?"

Fuleiia curiously watched in the direction Li Ang was heading.

Pretty much everyone who frequents here has heard of that route. Over the years, hundreds, if not thousands, have attempted it, but only a few have succeeded, attesting to its difficulty.

"It seems like he really is. He’s already getting ready," Gwen responded with so surprise.

Then, with a mischievous look, she turned to Fuleiia and asked:

"Do you think he’s doing this for you? He must have taken a fancy to you. Perhaps Javell told him that you also want that black card, ah, what a touching love story."

With a slight blush on her cheeks, Fuleiia gave Gwen’s pert buttocks a smack.

"What nonsense are you talking about?"

"I’m not talking nonsense. There are plenty of guys pursuing you. It’s perfectly normal," Gwen dodged playfully, continuing her teasing.

"Alright, alright, stop it. He’s about to start. I want to see how high he can climb," Fuleiia implored, holding back Gwen’s mischievous hand, gesturing her to look upwards.

Clearly, Gwen didn’t believe Li Ang could succeed; if it were that easy, she wouldn’t have had to spend tens of thousands of US dollars on an Honor Black Gold Card.

Li Ang, whose [Rock Climbing] skills had progressed to the mastery level, was no longer helpless when tackling such difficulties. In the preparation phase alone, he had already roughly planned his advance and movents.
