The old lady’s smile froze, and she glanced at her grandson, “Is that the sa thing?”

“I can’t be bothered with you!” The old lady rolled her eyes at her grandson and then turned her gaze back to Gu Qiangwei’s face, “Qiangwei, grandma is really leaving now, I’ll co to see you again in a few days!”
“Okay,” Gu Qiangwei responded lightly.
anwhile, Qin Guozhong had already gotten into the car, his gaze peering through the car window at his wife who was lingering at the door, unable to help himself, he called out to her, “Yanyan!”

The old lady turned around and glared at him.

After bidding farewell to Gu Qiangwei, the old couple left Jueyuan.
The first day out of the hospital brought Gu Qiangwei so many surprises, too many for her to digest all at once.

From the sofa, Qin Sijue leaned in close, staring at her thoughtful expression.
She lifted her eyes to glance at the man, “Nothing. Did you tell your grandparents about
having ‘Demon’s Blood’ too?”
“Not yet!”
Sitting down, he wrapped her into his embrace!
“Then, how co your grandma’s attitude changed so much? And your grandpa, although he still seems not to like
that much, it seems… he’s not against it anymore?”
Qin Sijue leaned against the sofa, “My grandma never really rejected you, and as for my grandpa, he probably is about to accept it.”
Gu Qiangwei cocked her head, “What did you do?”
He averted his gaze, eting her dark pupils, “I did nothing.”
“That’s impossible.” She didn’t believe it.
“Tired?”
“Not really.”
“Then just find sothing to do, I’m going upstairs to handle so things.”
“Okay.”
After speaking, he couldn’t resist kissing her on the lips, let go after a few seconds, and stood up to head toward the second floor.
Gu Qiangwei leaned back in the sofa, contemplating the events of the day.
Suddenly, a golden blur darted toward her.
Before she could get a clear look, ngqi’s large body pounced on her.
Seeing it, Gu Qiangwei felt as if she saw a family mber, hugging its golden body, “ngqi…”
“Woof~” ngqi wagged its tail, rubbing incessantly against her.
“ngqi, are you okay?”
“Woof!” It seed to respond to Gu Qiangwei’s words.
Feeling its noticeably bigger body, it seed Qin Sijue had taken good care of it.
“Ah, ngqi, you touched my wound.”
Although she had been discharged from the hospital, if the wound on her chest was touched, it still caused so pain.
ngqi, as if understanding, stopped rubbing against her and simply lifted its head, looking at her.
Gu Qiangwei played with ngqi in the living room for a while, and perhaps because she was a bit sleepy, she dozed off on the sofa without realizing it.
At 3:40 PM, after dealing with paperwork, Qin Sijue ca down and saw this scene.

“Did I wake you up?” His voice was deep and magnetically rich.
Gu Qiangwei sat up, rubbing her sleepy eyes, “No, I just woke up.”
