Mia Sutton practiced dancing all day. After returning ho, she quickly took a shower and then flopped onto the bed.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and she lay there casually, not wanting to move. She was just too tired.
When Jensen Sterling ca in, he saw the girl sprawling lazily on the bed, almost spread-eagle.
Upon hearing the sound, Mia didn’t open her eyes right away. She spoke first, "Mr. Sterling, you’re back?" After speaking, she slowly opened her eyes, yawning, with a thin mist of tears surfacing, making her look like a soft little creature waiting for its owner to return.
A hint of a smile naturally appeared in Jensen’s eyes, and he responded, "Yes, I’m back."
He then hung his coat on the rack to the side and sat at the corner of the bed, asking, "Tired from today’s training?"
Although Mia had been staying in this room for a few days and had gotten accustod to it, allowing her to lie on the bed so unreservedly, she still sat up when Jensen sat on the bed, moving from a lying position to sitting.
She crossed her legs, rested her elbows on her knees, and propped up her chin with her hand, saying, "Not that bad, I guess. It’s just that we’re short on ti, so being a little busy is normal."
As she spoke, she yawned again, the mist in her eyes thickening, so Mia had to rub them: "Once this event is over, I’m going to sleep in and catch up on all the sleep I’ve been missing."
No one knows how she’s been relying solely on her strong willpower in the past few days.
Jensen listened to her words, chuckled, and naturally reached out to gently rub her head, "Yes, have a good rest when it’s over."
Mia: "Mr. Sterling, have you not been filming lately? You don’t seem very busy?"
It seed like she could see him often, whereas before he was almost nowhere to be found. Logically, soone as popular and talented as him should be really busy, right?
Jensen replied, "There haven’t been many events recently, but it’ll get busy soon. I’ve accepted a new acting project."
Mia gave an acknowledging "Oh." She thought, how could an award-winning actor be so free, staying at ho all the ti?
As Mia was about to end the conversation, a question suddenly crossed her mind, causing her movents to pause: "By the way, Mr. Sterling, has Auntie gone back these days? Does that an I can move back now?"
Giselle Sumrs had stayed for two days, then left saying she had sothing to do, and she hadn’t returned for these past two days. Initially, Mia was afraid that Giselle might suddenly return and discover her if she moved back, but now nearly two days had passed and it seed like Giselle had no intention of coming back, and probably went back to the main house. So shouldn’t she move back to the guest room now?
It’s not that the master bedroom was bad, it’s just that over the past few days, she had developed a new understanding of her sleeping habits.
Previously, when she slept alone, she used to hug her big long body pillow because it was soft and comfortable to hold. It was a habit of hers.
But these past few days, every ti she woke up, that body pillow was abandoned to the side, and she was hugging sothing else instead.
This... really isn’t a good habit. Every ti she woke up, she felt as if she had been overly familiar with Jensen Sterling, although he seed not to mind at all.
