Ling Chuxia was currently sitting in the car, rolling down the window, with nearly half of her body leaning out, staring dazedly at the vast sea of purple flowers. The sunlight sprinkled upon them, creating a purple-blue brilliance.
"Wow, it’s so beautiful~" Ling Chuxia couldn’t help but exclaim. It was the most natural and authentic aspect of nature, which easily moved people’s hearts. The delicate scent of lavender rushed to her nose, and she involuntarily closed her eyes and took a deep breath. The air was like fresh, chilled lemon water seeping into her lungs, as if a clear spring flowed through the depths of her heart.
She couldn’t help but turn her head and say to Shi Che, "Shi Che, look how beautiful it is, isn’t it?"
Shi Che followed her gaze to look outside, his lips curving into a soft smile as he responded, "Yeah, it’s very beautiful."
The flowers were beautiful, but the person was even more so.
The car drove along the sea of flowers, and gradually, one house after another appeared before they stopped their car under an apple tree. Shi Che and Ling Chuxia got out of the car, and Ling Chuxia raised her eyes to look at the little brick house in front of her, with its yellow walls and blue wooden windows, her gaze slightly dazed.
She rembered this house; it was the sa one they stayed in for their honeymoon last ti.

Hearing Shi Che’s voice, Ling Chuxia ca back to her senses a bit and quickly masked the expression in her eyes, her lips curving slightly as she softly replied, "Okay."

Even though three years had passed, the house hadn’t changed at all; it still looked the sa as it did three years ago. The two of them entered the house, Shi Che carrying the luggage into the bedroom, while Ling Chuxia’s footsteps halted in the living room. Her gaze then unconsciously landed on the sofa.
She rembered, that day three years ago, after taking a bath, she had walked out of the bathroom intending to call Shi Che to take a bath, but when she didn’t see him in the bedroom, she turned to the living room.
