The two toothbrushes had different colors, one blue and one pink, making them easy to distinguish.
Ji Wei was sowhat surprised that Mo Qian had taken the wrong toothbrush.
Mo Qian raised his eyes upon hearing this, glancing at her casually. Then, he picked up the rinsing cup that matched the color of the toothbrush and handed it to her along with the toothbrush. "Mrs. Gu, take it."
Ji Wei stared blankly at the man, her mind going blank for a few seconds.
He... he was actually helping her squeeze the toothpaste.
"Th-thank you." Ji Wei hesitated for a mont before reacting, quickly reaching out to take it. Her cheeks flushed slightly, embarrassed at misunderstanding him.
Mo Qian took her reaction in stride, grabbing a towel nearby while responding, "Why thank ? Squeezing toothpaste for my wife is just natural."
Ji Wei stared at him unblinkingly, her heartbeat inexplicably accelerating.
The two of them were busy in the bathroom at the sa ti. Although each was occupied with their own tasks, the atmosphere seed to hum with a lody of happiness in the shared space.
After finishing her routine, Ji Wei saw that Mo Qian had just applied shaving foam. The circle of white foam on his jawline made him look slightly like a Santa Claus with a bushy beard.

The razor was the manual type with embedded blades. Ji Wei stared at the narrow, sharp edge, feeling a bit overwheld.

If she left a cut on such a handso face, she would feel utterly distressed.
Noticing her lowered lashes and seeming hesitation, Mo Qian’s thin lips curled slightly. He suddenly reached out and held her wrist.
Ji Wei abruptly raised her gaze, and her eyes t his profound ones. She was montarily dazed.
Then, the man’s steady voice resonated, "Don’t be afraid. I believe you’ll do great."
A wave of warmth rose in Ji Wei’s heart, and the corners of her lips gradually curved into a smile.
She nodded firmly. "Mm!"
Taking a deep breath, Ji Wei tried to recall the shaving steps she had seen on TV and began shaving for him.
Her expression was serious and focused, afraid of making even the smallest mistake and leaving a mark on his exceptionally handso face.
Throughout the process, Mo Qian quietly observed her.
A woman shaving his beard—this was a first for him, and it felt oddly intriguing.

Mo Qian’s eyes brimd with a smile. His jaw, now clean-shaven, looked refreshed, its contour perfectly captivating. His deep, dark eyes locked onto hers, as though seeking to peer through her star-like beautiful eyes into her very soul.
The warmth of his touch on her wrist made Ji Wei’s fingers instinctively curl slightly. She gazed at him unblinkingly, feeling as though ti had paused at this very mont.
She watched as his refined and handso face gradually leaned closer. The fresh scent of aftershave filled the air, pleasant and soothing.
The mont his thin lips pressed against her soft ones, Ji Wei couldn’t help but tremble slightly.
Mo Qian’s kiss carried a faint taste of lemon mint toothpaste. Her wide-open eyes locked onto his starry, ocean-deep gaze, the laughter within them pulling her into an abyss of fascination.
