"Stop him!" A white tiger yelled, understanding Adrian’s plan.

A group of ghost soldiers imdiately rushed towards Adrian. While their individual strength was impressive, their combined strength was nothing to scoff at.

Unfortunately, their foolish move was going to bite them in the butt. Like before, Adrian took control over the soldiers using [Illusionary Eyes] and sent them off like bulldogs to bite the tigers.

As much as Adrian wanted to stop and enjoy the scene, he didn’t have the ti and rushed ahead. Since Adrian was focused on the fights around him, Lucina guided him to where the curse user could be.

Adrian turned right and kept running. Below a building, another group of seven white tigers was standing, waiting for him. He had to get creative since [Illusionary Eyes] was in cooldown due to continuous use.

[Skill: Rush Hour has been activated.]

[The User’s agility and Strength have increased by 80% for 5 minutes.]

Adrian gritted his teeth and rushed into the group like an NFL pro. The enemies that foolishly stood in his way were sent flying backwards. As he burst through the door, Adrian realised they were in a hotel.

Thankfully, there weren’t many people inside. Unfortunately, it ant the White Tigers had probably taken over the building.

’No wonder they chose this place to hide the curse user.’

"Got it."

Adrian glanced at the stairs, but his heart sank. A swarm of White Tiger Clan mbers blocked the way. It didn’t seem like they would step away if he asked them nicely, and fighting his way through them would take too long—precious ti he didn’t have.

"These roaches have started to annoy now!" Adrian snarled, but then a reckless idea ford in his mind.

While looking at the receptionist, he continued, "I’ll pay for the damages later."

The receptionist stared at him, shivering in fear, but even then, she wondered what damage Adrian was talking about. A mont later, she had her answer.

As the White Tigers rushed towards Adrian, he launched himself upwards with a mighty leap, his fist punching through the ceiling. Plaster and debris rained down as he broke through to the floor above.

The whiter tigers looked stunned for a mont before rushing ahead. They wanted to trap Adrian from accessing other floors, but now, due to overcrowding, they were the ones who got trapped.

anwhile, Adrian landed in a crouch in the room above, dust and fragnts of the ceiling floating around him. He didn’t have ti to catch his breath.

Pushing forward, he sprinted down the hallway following Lucina’s direction. The White Tigers weren’t far behind. Adrian could hear their footsteps pounding up the stairs, their angry shouts echoing through the building.

’Where now!?’

’The terrace?’

Adrian sighed and rushed towards the stairs. For hunters like him, stairs were always faster than lifts. It took him a minute, but he eventually reached the terrace and could feel the overwhelming amount of mana behind the door.

’This has to be it.’

He reached the door and kicked it open. Surely enough, there was a man behind the door, standing in the middle of a magic circle—which was made of blood, and countless corpses were scattered around.

’No wonder there weren’t many people in the hotel...’

The man seed to notice Adrian and turned around. However, without the presence of his guards, the mage was defenceless, as all his focus was on controlling the magic circle.

"This ends now!"

Adrian rushed towards the man, but before he could reach him, one of the corpses got up and swung a blade at Adrian.

Thanks to his boosted agility, Adrian jumped back, narrowly avoiding the blade and countered with a roundhouse kick. However, the man stopped his kick with a finger.

It was then that Adrian got a good look at his new opponent, a man of similar build as he stood before him, wearing a tiger’s mask.

However, Adrian knew the man was no joke when he used [Analysis] on him, only for it to fail. It wasn’t the first ti this had happened, but every ti it did, it was a sure sign the person he faced was far from ordinary.

While Adrian was surprised at his skill’s failure, a massive pillar of fla surrounded him, trapping him and the man inside the fiery barrier.

"It’s good to finally et the one causing so much trouble for my clan," the man said, still hiding behind his mask.

"So, you’re the one in charge," Adrian scoffed. "Glad we finally crossed paths. I’ve got plenty of grievances to air out with you regarding your goons.

But I suppose you’ll have ample ti to hear them once you’re locked up in your prison cell."

"I’m sure you do," the man replied, rolling his sleeves. "But unfortunately for you, your fantasies will stay just that—fantasies."

The two locked eyes and lunged at each other. Their fists collided with a thunderous crack, sending Adrian sprawling backwards.

Desperate to stop his montum, he dug his claws into the ground, but it wasn’t enough—he crashed into the fiery barrier and felt the searing heat burn his back. Thankfully, the troll’s blood quickly patched him up.

Adrian’s eyes widened in surprise. He had assud the man was rely a mage since he erected a barrier around them, but his strength was unparalleled, even though Adrian had enhanced his strength using his skills.

"I can see why my disciples had a tough ti handling you," the man remarked casually. "Unfortunately, your strength ans nothing to ."

Before Adrian could grasp the situation, the man extinguished the barrier and rushed at him before punching him in the chest. The attack sent him flying off the terrace, and he fell fifteen floors below, landing in a swimming pool.

Although he wasn’t fatally injured, a couple of his ribs, along with his left hand, shattered while he struggled to stay afloat. After what felt like an eternity, Adrian got back up while grunting in pain. His bones were broken, but he could still move.

Unfortunately for him, the White Tiger clan leader took it as a challenge.

"You’re not my brother for nothing..." Vernian scoffed, wondering if it was ti to reveal his face to his dear twin.

Ultimately, he decided against it as he jumped from the terrace and landed a few feet away from Adrian.

’Let’s play with him a bit more.’
