Chapter 237: Chapter 237 Are You Jealous? Chapter 237: Chapter 237 Are You Jealous? “Okay, thank you, Jiang…” classmate.

Before she could finish her sentence, Luo ngng felt a coldness above her head.

Gu Zhihan, not knowing when he started staring at her, had his long fingers turning her face toward him. Despite the anger clearly visible in his eyes, the voice he emitted was indifferent, “I am your deskmate, and it’s my duty to help you study well. From now on, you can just ask for help; don’t bother others. It might disrupt their studies.”

He spoke with an air of righteousness as if void of any other emotions.

“Oh… Oh…” ngng was just about to respond when she heard Jiang Yibai say,

“Teaching others also teaches oneself; it won’t be a distraction.”

His face bead with honor, seemingly treating it as a good thing.

Gu Zhihan, keeping his composure on the surface but internally running calculations, said, “Since you have this understanding, I will go to the horoom teacher later and ask him to send a few students with poor grades to you for tutoring.”

At these words, Jiang Yibai’s face instantly shifted.

Even Luo ngng could sll the deliberate provocation.

Gu Zhihan gave Jiang Yibai a glance, continuing, “It seems like classmate Jiang is not too happy about this. Could it be that what you just said about teaching others being self-improvent wasn’t sincere?”

Jiang Yibai wouldn’t admit it, having no choice but to swallow his pride, “Of course not.”

“Classmate Jiang is truly an exemplary student of our class; we should all learn from you,” Gu Zhihan said with a seemingly amused praise.

But anyone with eyes could see that wasn’t praise; he was clearly rubbing salt in the wound!

Jiang Yibai’s face paled, and he walked away with a huff.

Luo ngng couldn’t help covering her mouth, her clear-cut, bright eyes playfully looking at him, suddenly realizing why his face was so dark before, “Gu Zhihan, are you jealous?”

Was it because he saw Jiang Yibai teaching her howork?

Gu Zhihan remained silent for a mont, then abruptly changed the subject, his gaze turning to the exercise book in front of her, “Are you that free? Have you finished your math problems?”

“All done. Here, check it for ,” ngng pushed her howork toward him, batting her eyes to signal him to hurry up.

Those math problems were very hard for Luo ngng, but they were very easy for Gu Zhihan, so a single glance was enough for him to identify what was right and what was wrong.

“So, are they all correct?” Luo ngng couldn’t stand his silence and urged him on.

These were the problems Jiang Yibai had taught her to solve, and since he always had the sa grades as him, she assud they wouldn’t be incorrect.

Gu Zhihan did nod in affirmation, “Correct.”

“Then can we go to the snack shop now?” Hearing his confirmation, Luo ngng grabbed his hand, ready to head out.

She hadn’t forgotten what he had just said.

He said if she could correctly solve these math problems, he would take her to the snack shop.

Unexpectedly, Gu Zhihan remained motionless, while casually flipping through a book, saying, “This doesn’t count because soone else taught it to you.”

“You!” Luo ng looked at Gu Zhihan for a good while with wide eyes. When she saw that he still refused to budge, she sighed in resignation and sat down again.

No sooner had she sat down than Gu Zhihan presented her with a few more problems to solve, “If you can also write these out correctly, you’re allowed to visit the snack shop, and I’ll pay.”

The previously discouraged Luo ngng, after hearing his words, imdiately had her clear eyes light up with an eager glow, “Any amount I want?”

Hmph!

He gave her so much howork in one day, her hands were sore from writing; she must have her revenge!

Even if it was for her own good, she was determined to take her revenge!
