Capítulo 1081: Chapter 1081: Find Him (Part 1)
In the silent night, the moonlight is dim, and the stars seem to hide.
Countless convoys and Royal Guard squads holding firearms are searching the streets near the kindergarten.
Chenchen arrived with Mumu.
He stopped the car, carried the little girl with red eyes out of the car, and inquired with the Guard Commander who was checking the road surveillance video.
“Any news?”
The Guard Commander replied respectfully, “Your Majesty, we just adjusted the surveillance and found that the Little Duke headed north, but when he reached the intersection, he mistakenly turned east. We initially wanted to see where he went, but the surveillance malfunctioned.”
So, there is no more information.
Chenchen’s brow imdiately furrowed.
“Please rest assured, Your Majesty, we will definitely find the Little Duke.” The Guard Commander assured once more.
But how could Chenchen be at ease? Holding the little girl, he headed in the direction Bei Mo went, “Mumu, let’s go look by ourselves.”
Li Mumu, with eyes red, nodded her little head, sobbing and shrugging her shoulders, “Okay.”
It’s already almost nine o’clock, and there’s not much traffic on the road. Warm street lamps cast long shadows of the father and daughter.
As they walked, the little girl shouted heartbreakingly, “Bei Heigou, Bei Mo, where are you!”
“Please co out, I shouldn’t have been mischievous.”
She called out, voice after voice, into the thick night.
“Bei Heigou, I’m sorry, wuwuwuwu…”
“Mumu, stop shouting, your voice is going to be hoarse.” Though Chenchen blad her a bit for being irresponsible, he felt more heartache. He picked up the little girl from the ground, wrapping her in his arms, and used his broad palm to wipe her tears away.
Li Mumu sniffed and shook her head, “It’s too dark; nothing’s clear. If I’m quiet, I’m afraid we’ll miss them if we encounter them.”
“Let Daddy shout.”
Chenchen wiped Mumu’s tears.
Then he called out Bei Mo’s na loudly.
The street echoed continuously.
Yet there was no response.
It seed like Bei Mo had already vanished from this world.
After another hour of walking, they had moved far from the downtown area, but there was still no sign of Bei Mo.
At an intersection, Chenchen paused, looking down at Li Mumu who was eagerly scanning the surroundings, “Mumu, Xiaomo might not be here, let’s go.”
“Daddy, let’s search a bit more up ahead, please?” Li Mumu pleaded tearfully.
She vaguely felt that Bei Mo was not far from her.
Chenchen originally wanted to refuse, but seeing the last trace of hope in her eyes, he sighed and continued carrying her forward.

anwhile, Bei Mo was in a small alley not far from them.
He initially intended to walk ho but apparently overestimated his ability to navigate alone.

Bei Mo sighed slightly, wiping sweat from his forehead. Just as he prepared to head to the street to see if he could hail a cab, a shadow fell before him.
Looking up, he saw a gentle-smiling aunty watching him.
“Little one, did you lose your way ho? How about letting aunty help you?” She crouched in front of him with a smile, reaching out her hand to touch his head.
