Chapter 155: Sounds Like a Plan
"Rest here, okay?" Aziel left the room after that and the young girl that was with us entered after him.
"Hello, big sister." The young girl said. "Want Emi to help you?" She asked.
I didn’t know how or what to respond to her since I don’t even know who she is. "Do you know ?" I asked, awkwardly. My head’s all fuzzy and I can’t even sit straight anymore.
"Yes! Big sister is big brother’s girlfriend."
Huh? Who is he referring to with the ’big brother’ term of her? "What’s your na?"
The little girl climbed the bed and covered
with the blanket. "My na is Emilia. I am big brother’s younger sister." She introduced herself proudly.
"Big brother? Do you an, Aziel?"
She nodded lots of tis. "It’s been so long since big brother and Emi t. Big brother said that he’ll be taking care of Emi for now because papa and mama are fighting." Emilia added with a smile.
"Why are they fighting?"
Emilia shrugged. "Mama said that I should stay with big brother. Sister Mari is with mama." She said. "But it’s more fun being with big brother after all."
I couldn’t say anything else because of the dizziness I felt.
"Does big sister want to drink apple juice? Emi loves apple juice." The young girl keeps talking to , making
hear sothing ringing inside my ear.
"Big sister wants to sleep." I heard soone enter the room and said that. "Big sister is sick so Emi should stay sowhere else."
With that, Emilia left the room and Aziel went near the bed. "Here, you have to take this dicine before going to sleep." He pulled
up from the bed. "Drink."
Aziel was smiling but it wasn’t that gentle smile, so I thought it’ll be useless to defy him.
"Good girl." Aziel patted my head after I drank the dicine. "Now, you should rest while I talk to everyone. Everything will be alright."
I lay on the bed with my eyes slowly closing due to tiredness. ’I’ll co to save you, Night.’
The whole day I slept like a log. Even though I could hear people’s voices around , my eyes wouldn’t open and I continued sleeping until I could hear nothing anymore.
When I woke up, Kaoru was already sitting on the chair beside the bed saying, "Young miss!" With tearful eyes. His hair was ssy but his clothes looked brand new. My vision got a lot clearer than before and I could see the whole room now.
With the huge chandelier on the ceiling, this room is a lot more than luxurious. A canopy bed with pink curtains all over it, a pendulum clock hanging on the wall near the door towards the closet. The floor was covered with soft and fluffy pink carpet.
I felt refreshed as I get up from the bed. Although I am still confused, where am I?
"Kaoru," I called for Kaoru’s na and he imdiately wiped his tears as he looked at . "Where are we?"
I saw how he swallowed before started talking. "Apparently, this is your kidnapper’s ho." He said. ’Kidnapper? Ah— he ant Aziel.’ Kaoru pouted as I saw him ball his fist. "He kidnapped the lady again, but this ti he told us your location."
Kidnapped? I rember Aziel saying that he helped
after Night pushed
off the cliff, but there’s no way I could tell that to Kaoru.
"Are you the only one here?"
Kaoru shook his head. "Kenji-san’s with ." He said. "We got news from Asahi-san about the lady’s parents. They’re both doing good and they’re already on their way to the Yamaguchi household." I let out a sigh of relief after hearing that. Mom and dad are safe, just hearing that makes my heart lighter.
"What about Night? Did you guys find his whereabouts?"
Kaoru looked down. "Kenji-san and your kidnapper— I an Aziel-san still hasn’t found the young master."
I balled my fists as I looked at them. "What about Rika and Tomoe? What happened to them?"
"If it’s lady Tomoe, she was forced to go back to Japan to deal with so of the problems that are going on. While Rika’s helping maintain the Yamaguchi household’s peace with everyone else."
Rika might be worrying about
too much, but I don’t want to disturb her focus right now. They need all the personnel they could get to fix the ss that happened in that household.
"I’m glad they’re hanging in there." I sighed.
Kaoru stood up from his seat. "Does the lady wants to eat breakfast?"
The timing was more than great when my stomach grumbled after being asked that. Because of that, Kaoru couldn’t hold his laughter, and I just watched him laugh at . I rember hearing how he had negative thoughts about himself and seeing him laugh like this actually comforts .
"I’ll get the lady so food, please wait for ." He said with that bright and wide smile.
Kaoru went out of the room as I looked around, finding the bathroom so that I could at least wash my face before breakfast. ’How many days has it been anyway?’ I sighed. I placed my feet on the floor, and the soft carpet made my eyes go wide.
"It’s really soft." I stood up and looked for the bathroom. It was right beside the closet and when I entered, the luxurious things blinded my eyes. ’It’s been so long since I last saw a sparkling bathroom with a shade of gold like this.’ I thought.
The bathroom in the Yamaguchi-gumi are Japanese-like so I don’t want to compare them. When I saw a new set of clothes on one of the racks, I decided to just take a bath since I don’t know how long I was out of it.
When I got out, Kaoru already prepared a table and Emi was sitting on one of the chairs. ’I don’t know why but I feel uncomfortable with that child. Why is that?’ I shook my head as I plastered a smile on my face.
"Hi there, Emi." I greeted her.
Emi smiled so wide that her eyes almost disappeared. "It’s the first ti big sister called Emi’s na. Emi is so happy." She said while doing this weird dance, but it was cute so I didn’t make a big deal out of it.
We ate our breakfast, and it was bacon with egg. I miss the omurice Rika used to always make for breakfast. ’I wish she’s not worrying too much.’
Before I could even finish my breakfast, the door opened, and Aziel and Kenji went inside.
"Big brother! Don’t you know how to knock?" Emilia lashed out at Aziel cutely making that jerk giggle as he rushed towards Emilia and hugged her.
"Why are you so adorable, huh?"
Emilia kept pushing him away but she was also laughing while doing it. They look like they’re really close.
"Milady." I heard Kenji saying which made
turn to him. "Do you feel well now?" He asked and I smiled with a nod as an answer.
"We’ve found Junichiro’s hideout," Aziel said as he sat beside Emi, making her finish her food. "Since you’re fine now, we can all talk about the plan."
Kenji raised his hand. "I am still cautious of you, Aziel." He said in a serious tone. "What will you gain for helping us? You still haven’t answered."
Kaoru then suggested that he take Emilia out of the room so that Kenji, Aziel, and I could talk freely. When Emilia was gone, Aziel crossed his leg.
"You don’t understand, Kenji." Aziel smiled. "I’m not doing this because I wanted to help you. We’re just facing the sa enemy, and it would be wiser to have more troops than them."
Kenji and I looked at each other in doubt about what Aziel said. Even though he was all sinister before while talking about Junichiro, now he’s being cheerful and bubbly. ’He’s really weird.’ I thought.
"Where is the hideout anyway?" I asked. There’s no ti to check if Aziel’s doing this to help us or help himself. I don’t care about that, as long as I can save Night.
Aziel smiled. That’s when his butler, Lorenzo entered and so maids cleared the table. "We should talk now." He explained where the hideout was, and surprisingly, it wasn’t that far from Night’s sumr villa. Well, based on what Kenji said.
"Since I want a complete win with this, we’ll be sneaking in to get Night, and after we get him, we’ll raid Junichiro and his n. Sounds like a plan, right?" Aziel said making
sigh. The way he talks makes everything appear like a joke.
"I shall contact the Yamaguchi-gumi. They’re already cleaning up with the gangs that fought with the Kyoto branch." Kenji said as he tapped my shoulder. "I shall also bring the lady back ho in the anti."
"What do you an bring
back ho? I’m going to save Night."
