Chapter 4585: It Can’t Be Him

The Fla of World Destruction, given by the mysterious master, is sothing even the Supres couldn’t command.

Lin Moyu has speculated about the master’s identity if he’s right, it should be the Calamity Supre.

That Supre acquired the Fla of World Destruction from sowhere, realized its extraordinary nature but couldn’t wield it, so worked it into a grand plan and entrusted it to Lin Moyu.

Now, the Calamity Supre has already taken that step forward though not wholly successful, he’s at least surpassed other Supres.

He took that step deep within Gu Huang; perhaps he is still nearby.

If soone creates his illusion under the Laws of Heaven and Earth, the Calamity Supre could sense it.

Soon, Lin Moyu feels a will descend the ancient castle seems to bear unimaginable pressure, fracturing in many places.

"So it’s true, the mysterious master is the Calamity Supre. I was right," Lin Moyu smiles, his aura withdrawn, the Hidden Spirit Orb activated to its limit.

Primal Chaos Stone shakes its head, "Not enough!"

With a gesture, Balance Stone sheds light; instantly Lin Moyu’s aura vanishes.

Using the Balance Stone, Chaos Stone harmonizes Lin Moyu’s aura with the surrounding void, achieving near invisibility.

After the will descends, the illusions imdiately shatter; the will diffuses, sending ripples in all directions.

It sweeps past Lin Moyu without noticing him.

Here, even the Calamity Supre is restricted he can only send a tiny sliver of his will and can’t truly see inside.

Otherwise, the Hidden Spirit Orb alone wouldn’t conceal Lin Moyu; only the Balance Stone can hide him from the Supre.

Still, that Supre’s ability to instantly sense this place shows his power already exceeds "the Dao."

This confirms for Lin Moyu that the mysterious master in the great world is the Calamity Supre.

No matter where the Fla originated, the Supre ultimately put it in Lin Moyu’s hands.

Maybe there’s an unknown reason only the Calamity Supre knows.

With the illusion shattered, a mirror appears

It’s not an illusion, but truly real; Lin Moyu knows it is the ultimate in illusion, transford into reality.

Its power is such that even the Calamity Supre’s will can only break its illusions, not harm the mirror itself.

Lin Moyu starts to act, then suddenly finds himself immobilized.

The mirror radiates, growing imnse his own reflection is cast upon it.

The scenery morphs; Lin Moyu finds himself in a strange void.

Far off are points of starlight, each star radiating danger.

Still far off, that mirror remains the starlight hitting it only increases its power.

His reflected self in the mirror changes, and Lin Moyu senses the breath of ti.

Ti flows in the mirror; it probes his past.

His image in the mirror shifts, growing younger, smaller adult to child, then adult again in another form.

That’s the self who crossed worlds, living in a certain zone of this world.

This image grows younger still, back to childhood in the previous life before crossing over.

Lin Moyu doesn’t realize his physical form is changing with the mirror; even his powers beco unstable, sotis strong, sotis weak.

At that mont, Lin Moyu can’t move; the mirror locks onto him, and his soul and mory transform with it.

When the mirror displays the previous lifeti’s form, Lin Moyu’s mory reverts there too.

If the illusion ended there, Lin Moyu’s mory might be trapped forever.

But the mirror is limited it can’t end whenever it likes.

Lin Moyu’s soul struggles, resisting.

Deep within his soul a voice shouted, "Not so easy to kill !"

Outside, the Primal Chaos Stone watches quietly

Everything in the mirror visible to him.

The soul gem in the Calamity Scepter glows, ready to intervene.

But the Primal Chaos Stone doesn’t act; he mutters to himself, "This is both disaster and opportunity. Hopefully the master can endure."

It’s a trial of the heart. If Lin Moyu can bear it, the benefits will be unimaginable.

So the stone stays silen only if Lin Moyu can’t take it will he intervene.

The mirror keeps working instead of just the previous life, it searches even deeper.

The further back, the more hazy Lin Moyu’s mories the more his present mories fade.

One life after another, his image changes, old mories drowned in the experience of reincarnation, resurfacing little by little.

No telling how many lifetis pass, until suddenly, soone appears in the mirror a figure too blurry to identify.

"How could this be!"

The Primal Chaos Stone exclaims, his eyes wide in disbelief.

Once that person appears, the mirror shatters with a bang.

Lin Moyu grunts as his consciousness returns, all those mories mostly gone, almost nothing remains.

"What happened?" Lin Moyu isn’t sure; to his knowledge the mirror was probing past lives, stirring up mory.

Later, for so reason, it manifested mories he didn’t even know, using them to suppress his soul

He fought to regain control but failed, until now those strange mories all vanished; he can’t recall any.

The mirror in front of him is obliterated.

Feeling weird, Lin Moyu wonders what just happened.

"Primal Chaos Stone, what happened just now?"

When asked, the stone seems dazed, slow to respond as if asleep.

Lin Moyu knocks the Calamity Scepter: "Wake up, what just happened?"

Snapping out of it, Chaos Stone hurriedly answers, "Nothing, it just broke."

Lin Moyu presses, "I know it broke, but why?"

The Primal Chaos Stone explains, "It was never fully matured, transford from illusion into reality but still flawed. Earlier, soone’s will destroyed its illusion and worsened the flaw. Now, it used full power, and you fought it for so long it just couldn’t hold up, so it broke.

That’s for the best; you’re fine, gather up the pieces, they’re valuable."

Lin Moyu murmurs, "Is that really it?"

The Primal Chaos Stone assures, "Of course! Don’t worry, hurry up and absorb it, don’t let it fly away."

The shattered mirror starts to drift off, so Lin Moyu waves his hand the Fla of World Destruction flares out, refining and reclaiming all the fragnts.

Silently, Primal Chaos Stone thinks: "Luckily, I reacted fast. But how could it be him? Impossible, it just can’t be!"
