Chapter 4582: Levels of Worlds
Just as the Primal Chaos Stone said, anything can happen in the world; nothing is absolute.
This is the law of all realms no matter how large the scope, the rule holds true.
If the Ferry of Tribulations is to cultivate, it needs Gu Huang Gold, as Xiaoshu and Chaos Child previously ntioned.
The Ferry is made from world source materials, with a piece of Gu Huang Gold fused during its birth, making it extrely sturdy.
Later, its wisdom was erased and its body damaged in a great battle, but with Gu Huang Gold within, the vessel as a whole remained intact and could self repair.
If it acquires another piece of Gu Huang Gold, the Ferry can be restored to peak state.
Gu Huang Gold is incredibly rare, almost impossible to find even in the depths of Gu Huang.
However, their journey now brought them to the deepest region here, the chance of obtaining Gu Huang Gold is much greater, but there’s a problem: it may have already grown into a lifeform.
Because of Gu Huang Gold’s properties, any life it breeds naturally has terrifying defense even Supres would struggle to break it.
Fortunately, Lin Moyu need not worry; the Fla of World Destruction is a nesis for such beings. As long as their soul isn’t strong enough, the fla can kill them.
As long as Gu Huang Gold can be found, Lin Moyu is confident in taking it.
The real challenge lies in restoring the Ferry’s wisdom. If that can happen, it would be able to steer itself.
Yet, to restore that wisdom requires sothing far rarer than Gu Huang Gold: the Stone of Pure Ti.
The Stone of Pure Ti can make ti flow backward within a certain range not just as a vision of the past, but truly reverting ti to before.
Such reversal is permanent as long as the user’s power suffices, returning a thing to the earliest era of creation.
Lin Moyu was surprised by the existence of such a heaven defying item. He narrowed his eyes, murmuring: "If the Stone of Pure Ti is this powerful, wouldn’t it be invincible as a weapon if refined into a treasure?"
The Primal Chaos Stone shook its head, "Impossible."
"Why?" asked Lin Moyu.
"All worlds create Stones of Pure Ti during their evolution, sotis hundreds, sotis only a few," replied the Stone.
"The stone’s power cos from it bearing a record of every mont of the world’s ti.
But it’s so overpowered that strict limits apply.
It can’t be given a spirit, refined into a weapon, used to reverse ti on a living creature, or make reversed space permanent.
It’s more like an archive you can’t wield it to strike others, and even changing a small region’s ti lasts only a brief mont before being corrected by world forces."
Lin Moyu nodded, "So I need to find a Stone of Pure Ti, alter the ti for the Ferry, returning it to when it had wisdom, then take it away from this area."
"Exactly," said the Stone.
Lin Moyu nodded, "Understood. What about the Ring of Causality? Can it also restore wisdom?"
The Stone replied, "In theory, yes, but I don’t recomnd it."
"Why?" Lin Moyu did not understand. If the ring could restore wisdom, it might be a better solution.
The Stone responded, "That thing is just too heaven defying, its karma too great. Just ask those two wasn’t it destroyed at the start of the calamity, dying early?
In Xiaoshu and Chaos Child’s rankings, the Ring of Causality ranks fifth and sixth, extrely powerful.
But Xiaoshu also said it was destroyed as soon as the war broke out."
Its place in the rankings is high only because so many attacked it, and it killed quite a few in the process.
Listening now, Lin Moyu realized sothing was off.
The Stone continued, "The world needs a completed law of karma. If the ring didn’t die, the world’s karmic Dao wouldn’t be perfected. That’s why it must die.
If it regains its wisdom, previous karmic debts would impact you.
And for your goals, it wouldn’t help as much as the Ferry."
Lin Moyu understood the Stone’s perspective was above his own. "You’re right. Forget it."
The Ring of Causality carries too much karma and too many restrictions. It’s fine to just use it as a treasure and not push past limits.
As for the Ferry, finding the thod is good, but not necessary if it can’t be done.
If his power rises further, the Ferry’s usefulness will naturally diminish anyway; fixing it back to wisdom is simply an idea not essential.
The Ferry drifted through the void. Deep in Gu Huang, space beca strange ti faded away, even distance blurred.
Lin Moyu didn’t know how far or how long the Ferry flew, nor how fast.
Everything blurred of everyone present, only the Stone could perceive clearly, but was reluctant to share.
After who knows how long, Lin Moyu suddenly sensed sothing abnormal.
"There’s sothing ahead!"
It was distant. Lin Moyu was about to look when suddenly, that distant presence arrived in front of him, as if the Ferry had teleported.
It slamd hard into whatever it was with a thunderous crash
The Ferry, wrapped in lightning, was thrown back.
Lin Moyu saw a high wall, crackling with endless lightning, forming a wall of light.
Lightning wove itself into a whip and lashed out, wrapping the vessel and dragging it back.
Lightning beca a cage, the Ferry trapped inside.
Next, countless bolts fell onto the Ferry, shaking it violently.
Lightning poured through cracks, exploding inside the vessel.
The usually dozing Xiao Peng was jolted awake by the lightning, sent flying with torn flesh.
Here, without the protection of Daos, Xiao Peng’s defenses plumted. Unable to withstand the lightning, Lin Moyu swept Xiao Peng into a storage space and let the lightning hit himself, unmoved.
His body, in chaos, rivaled top perfectionists second only to Supres and Quasi Supres.
Top perfectionists have Dao defenses, but without those, their bodies are not as strong as Lin Moyu’s.
Bathe in lightning, Lin Moyu didn’t even furrow his brow. "Not enough. This can’t kill ."
He even sounded disappointed; if it were stronger, he could use the lightning to temper body and soul.
The Calamity Scepter also bathed in the lightning with its level, such power was beneath notice.
The Stone remarked, "This Thunder Source Stone is weak, but so is this world."
Lin Moyu asked, "Are there big differences in the levels of worlds?"
"Of course," said the Stone, "the gaps are imnse. I divide worlds into three levels do you want to hear?"
He clearly wanted Lin Moyu to ask, and Lin Moyu smiled: "Please share. I’d love to know."
