Chapter 4124: The Mutated Wild Beast
An Yuyan stared intently at the creature. "Its claws are those of a Beast Emperor, but its body is different from a Beast Emperor’s."
Old Yin head added, "It looks very thin, but I can sense that its body contains imnse power maybe even greater than a Beast Emperor’s."

Lin Moyu saw that this mutated beast’s body was evolving in a different direction. The Beast Emperor is the ultimate embodint of Dao filth, but this mutated beast’s body was exceptionally clean. This "cleanliness" was at the Dao level its Dao power was extrely pure, aning it had transford from extre filth to the opposite extre.
It was similar to the Soulless Beast, which evolved from the filthiest to the purest, moving from one extre to another. But unlike the Soulless Beast, this creature had a soul the soul of a Dao Wild Beast. The soul of a Dao Wild Beast is pure, nearly to the extre, and a Beast Emperor’s soul is even more so. Yet here, the soul had also transford: from pure and clean to extrely filthy, again moving from one extre to the other.
This made it different from other Dao Wild Beasts, and much stronger even surpassing Eternity, touching upon transcendence. Its true strength wasn’t in those four claws; in fact, the claws were a hindrance. If those four claws also completed their transformation, the creature would be fully ford, able to surpass Eternity and step onto the path of transcendence.
It crashed to the ground, the earth quaking and splitting with countless cracks. Then it leapt back into the air, glaring fiercely at Lin Moyu. Lin Moyu saw that its body was covered in wounds injuries from the earlier explosion. The wounds were healing, but its aura was also weakening.
With a shrill cry, it lifted a claw and struck at Lin Moyu from thousands of ters away. The claw tore through the void, growing imnse as it descended like a sky covering hand.
Before Lin Moyu could act, a bellow rang out behind him. "Get back!" Old Yin head, wrapped in the Earth Yin Dao, transford into a giant stone his true form, one of the sturdiest things in existence. In a direct clash, Old Yin head had nothing to fear.
An Yuyan comnted, "Old Yin head once used his true form to smash a Beast Emperor’s claw."
Lin Moyu joked, "There’s old enmity here!" But this was no ordinary Beast Emperor’s claw, and Lin Moyu figured Old Yin head would take a hit. He didn’t intervene at worst, Old Yin head would get hurt, but nothing serious. Letting him experience the opponent’s strength wasn’t a bad thing.
Boom! Old Yin head was sent flying, crashing into the Hengduan Mountains, smashing several peaks and shattering over a dozen formations. The claw only lost a bit of power, not disappearing entirely.
"Origin Technique: Gather Power!" Lin Moyu’s will surged, raising his realm to half step transcendence. "Great Dao World Ending Palm!" He struck, shattering the giant claw and retaliating with a massive palm print.
The mutated beast shrieked, dodging instead of blocking, and retreated swiftly into the Dao Cloud, vanishing without a trace. It withdrew decisively, leaving nothing behind.
"Looks like it still only has one strike’s worth of power," Lin Moyu thought. If not, it wouldn’t have retreated so quickly.
Old Yin head returned, his body covered in cracks and lightly wounded. Back in human form, he grumbled, "How is that thing so strong? My old bones nearly fell apart."
Lin Moyu said, "It really is strong almost beyond Eternity. For you to withstand a blow is already impressive."
Old Yin head asked, "Beyond Eternity? Wild beasts have a final step too?"
That, Lin Moyu said, was probably known only to the beasts themselves.
An Yuyan asked seriously, "Daoist Lin, can you tell what’s going on? I tried using the Cause and Effect Dao, but he’s not within causality I can’t plant a seed."
Lin Moyu replied, "I did see sothing. He’s a bit like the Soulless Beast his body is pure and clean, except for the four claws, which have already transford to the opposite extre."
An Yuyan gasped, "So he’s another Soulless Beast?"
Lin Moyu shook his head. "No, his soul has also gone to the opposite extre pure to filthy. So unlike the Soulless Beast, he can’t purify; he only brings destruction."
An Yuyan asked, "Is this what the Beast Emperors are trying to do?"
Lin Moyu couldn’t answer for sure he hadn’t seen it himself.
Old Yin head caught most of it. "What’s this guy trying to do?"
Lin Moyu said, "If I’m right, he wants to complete his final transformation, which may be related to the Origin Ancestral Land."
Old Yin head said, "So in the end, he wants to break into the Origin Ancestral Land."
Lin Moyu shook his head again. "That’s just my guess. He may not need the Origin Ancestral Land to complete his transformation it would just save him ti."
An Yuyan asked, "Once he completes it, what will he do?"
Lin Moyu said, "After surpassing Eternity, there are two paths: leave this world, or find a way to stay. Which do you think he’ll choose?"
Old Yin head blurted, "Who knows what those guys will do?"
An Yuyan thought for a mont. "No matter what he chooses, once he reaches that point, he’ll try to destroy the Origin Ancestral Land. It’s their instinct it won’t change."
Lin Moyu smiled, "Exactly. No matter which path, they’ll want to destroy the Origin Ancestral Land first. And with his power, who could stop him? Destroying it wouldn’t take long."
He spoke the harsh truth.
An Yuyan frowned. "How long until he completes his transformation?"
Lin Moyu said, "It shouldn’t be easy. And don’t forget, Tun Yuan is in the Great Wilderness. With him there, things won’t be peaceful. The Soulless Beast will be coming soon, too. The Great Wilderness will be chaos it’ll be interesting."
Old Yin head was more and more confused Tun Yuan, Soulless Beast, he didn’t know any of them. He wondered what had happened while he was gone, and why the world seed so different.
An Yuyan murmured, "I really hope the Soulless Beast can purify them all."
Lin Moyu sighed, "That would be nice, but it won’t be so easy. There’s another possibility: if that thing finds it can’t break through the Hengduan Mountains, it might head for the Spirit Demon Clan. Let’s hope their emperors can hold it back."
An Yuyan asked, "Should we help?"
Lin Moyu said, "If they ask for help, we’ll act. Otherwise, there’s no favor owed."
