74: Chapter 15: Got Snatched Away (Seeking Collection and Recomndation) _1 74: Chapter 15: Got Snatched Away (Seeking Collection and Recomndation) _1 “I shouldn’t have told them about this!” Sitting on the Vegetable Garden Island at night, casting his gaze into the firelight from the stove, Yan Fei listlessly ground a piece of rebar more than a ter long.

The rebar wasn’t thick, about the diater of a thumb.

One end had already been flattened, and Yan Fei was preparing to sharpen it.

The flattening wasn’t overdone, but just enough to thin the edges a little and bring the top to a point.

After grinding it, it resembled a mini spearhead.

Originally, the blackened spearhead, flattened by heat, gradually slipped off a cold gleam with the gray oil-like water from the grindstone.

How shaful!

After half the night of grinding, Yan Fei looked at the spear tip utterly upset.

He took pride in his blacksmithing background, but this spearhead wasn’t sharp enough, resulting in a blunt angle.

Coupled with the light touch at the rear, it looked more like an ancient bronze spear, round and not intimidating at all.

Thankfully, he had intentionally put an edge on it, at least it looked sharp to the eye.

It’s enough to serve as a weapon!

Of course, this weapon wasn’t intended for the Si family’s brothers; it was ant for hunting an Iguanodon.

He would avoid hunting Compsognathus if possible now, as there’s an obvious reduction of them on Vegetable Garden Island.

Rembering their boisterous flocks from before, compared to the scarce clusters of tens now, Yan Fei didn’t have the heart to continue hunting them.

Rapators are too hard to handle; plucking, skinning and preparing one took half a day, he didn’t want to bother with it after hunting a couple.

Iguanodons were the best choice.

One leg from an Iguanodon would feed him for days.

Though it seed wasteful, he couldn’t afford to care about that anymore.

His mood was awful today, so he needed to hunt an Iguanodon to alleviate it.

Unconsciously, Yan Fei, who initially had to deliberate for a long ti before hunting his first Compsognathus, had surprisingly beco unpressured at the thought of hunting an Iguanodon the size of a house now.

Lin Baoguo had spoken during the day, he wouldn’t let Yan Fei handle this his way, thus he firmly barred him from using illicit ans to resolve this matter.

He had ntioned this afternoon that he would discuss with Director Wang after dinner.

Regardless, asking for five thousand for that land is extortion, the police station should be able to handle it.

Proceeding with the official procedure would require an appraisal of the land’s value among other things, which could be quite troubleso.

However, if Director Wang stepped in, the Si family, no matter how arrogant, would need to consider their actions, especially since they’re running an arcade on the street.

What else could Yan Fei do?

If done his way, he would pay the Si brothers a visit tonight, beat each half to death.

If they didn’t learn their lesson, he would pay them a visit twice, thrice, until they had enough.

Even if it requires a more drastic asure, Yan Fei wouldn’t hesitate to take it.

The matter had been exposed though, not considering other’s advice wouldn’t reflect well on him.

So all he could do now was to take his weapon and hunt an Iguanodon to relieve his stress.

He then wrapped the middle section of the rebar with a couple layers of leather to prevent his hand from slipping while holding it.

Once everything was ready, he began his target search.

Of course, before the search, he needed to place the large hamr within his reach in the room, it might co in handy later.

It was easy to spot the Iguanodon nesting ground; Yan Fei could observe Cow Breeding Island from his room just as he watches over Vegetable Garden Island.

He could adjust his line of sight freely depending on his wishes.

Initially, he planned to kill the one sleeping in the middle.

But on second thought, if he killed the one in the middle and the rest didn’t run, how was he going to butcher the at?

Even though he had thought through every aspect prior, when it ca to doing it, he discovered the thrill and excitent that could quicken the heart.

The head of an Iguanodon was larger than Yan Fei’s whole body; their size was comparable to a house.

Visualizing himself standing beside such a monster could make one feel overwheld, let alone trying to kill them.

Had he not turned into a Pterosaur and flown around often, perhaps Yan Fei wouldn’t have been so bold.

As soon as he decided on his target, Yan Fei prepared to make a move.

The Iguanodon selected was one of the sentinels of the herd, sturdy and strong in appearance.

However, Yan Fei wanted to ensure that if he were to turn into an Iguanodon after killing it, it would be a strong one.

Of course, he had no intention of turning into an Iguanodon at all.

Assuming a stabbing position in his room, one leg half-squatting, the other knee on the floor, he teleported in an instant.

The Iguanodon on guard didn’t get a chance to react when Yan Fei suddenly appeared on its head and his rudintary spear had jabbed into the Iguanodon’s brain.

“Wha…”

Just as the Iguanodon was suddenly attacked, letting out a screech, Yan Fei knew sothing was wrong.

It’s terrible, the strike was off target.

Get back!

In the blink of an eye, Yan Fei retreated back to his room.

Then he realized the whole iguanodon was starting to stir.

His original intention was to strike the iguanodon’s eye.

Yan Fei’s plan was to first use a short gun to puncture the eye of the Iguanodon, then hamr it deep into its head, ensuring that even the most powerful dinosaur would be finished.

But upon his attempt, Yan Fei found there was so deviation from what he expected.

The Iguanodon’s eyes were not exactly where he thought they would be, a little bit off from his careful calculation.

So, his strike landed just above the Iguanodon’s eye socket.

The full-force stab was not entirely unsuccessful, at least it pierced the skin above the iguanodon’s eye socket.

As for going deeper, the skull underneath would prove impossible to break through with his basic gun.

Penetrating the Iguanodon’s skull was a pipe dream.

Watching the Iguanodon stir for a while without finding the enemy and gradually settling down, Yan Fei prepared to attack again.

The injured Iguanodon seed very uncomfortable.

The wound wasn’t large, but its head would undoubtedly be uncomfortable as it bled, especially as it was right above the eye.

Therefore, it shook its wounded head from ti to ti,

Yan Fei seized that mont when it shook its head to strike again.

As quick as a thought, he appeared next to the Iguanodon’s eye.

A short gun, aiming ruthlessly at Iguanodon’s eye, thrust down.

The Iguanodon reacted even faster, practically the mont it saw a dark shadow, it reflexively blinked.

Being accustod to serving as guards, the dinosaur’s response was faster than a human’s would have been.

While a human would close eyes reflexively when sothing suddenly approached, it rely blinked rapidly.

It was precisely because of its rapid response that an opportunity presented itself to Yan Fei.

At the very mont when the Iguanodon’s eye had just opened, Yan Fei felt his rod piercing a smooth sphere, and then it broke the sphere and plunged in.

Though it didn’t go too deep, an eyeball being pierced could be considered a major injury.

“Whimper…”

A tragic scream echoed across Cow breeding Island in the dark night.

At the sa ti, in Yan Fei’s room, a commotion could be heard.

When he had reached the iguanodon’s head, it had been in motion.

Even though he was fast, he was thrown off balance and staggered a few steps, causing noise.

To cover up the noise, he quickly got dressed, opened the door, and stepped out with a flashlight.

As expected, Master Cheng from next door questioned him.

Yan Fei responded, saying that he was getting up to use the restroom and knocked sothing over.

After that, he hurried back into his room and stood by the door, looking towards Cow Breeding Island.

Great!

The injured iguanodon, after a few screams, unbelievably ran in the opposite direction from the rest of the herd and was running alone in the forest.

Perfect opportunity for him to strike.

The unstable Iguanodon on the run, tripped and almost fell.

Yan Fei grabbed the little iron rod he had just retrieved and prepared to act.

“Whimper…”

Suddenly, a dark shadow erged from a short distance in front of the Iguanodon, and a big mouth ruthlessly bit the Iguanodon’s neck.

The Iguanodon stumbled a few more steps and was brought down by the shadow.

Then several more shadows quickly surrounded it, each baring their large mouths and biting the Iguanodon.

Holy Shit!

Yan Fei cussed: Are you kidding, after all my hard work, these damned Terrestrisuchus swoop in and steal my kill?
