Magical principles were constantly being reassembled on the parchnt. Haru’s choices were very targeted. This ti, he’d selected magical principles related to ti, similar to ’Innate Ti Control.’

After all, of the four great laws, only space and ti had yet to establish a connection with the Root. And with Kischur’s Second Magic as a foundation, the space law had already reached the minimum connection requirent. Only the ti law... Haru wasn’t too confident about that.

As ti passed, Haru, who had only intended to attract Alice’s attention—beca completely engrossed in the domain of ti.

A strange aura began to emanate from the parchnt, slowly filling the living room.

It was the heavy aura of ’ti.’

"This is?" When the aura reached Alice, the young woman, who had been imrsed in the world of her book, was suddenly jolted awake. She quickly focused her gaze on the parchnt.

The once-new parchnt, in Alice’s eyes, began to decay at a visible speed. In just a few dozen seconds, the parchnt looked as if it had endured countless years, its surface covered in wrinkles.

"The great power of ti!" Alice’s mouth fell open, her face a mask of shock as she looked at the wrinkled parchnt.

’This is already the realm of True Magic. Is he showing True Magic?’ Alice snapped her head around, her gaze fixed on Haru’s solemn expression. She muttered for a long ti, unable to speak.

To use the mysteries of True Magic to woo a magus... for any magus, this was a fatal, critical hit.

At the very least, Alice, as a magus, was now deeply moved.

—————

In the study, Aoko Aozaki, wearing a mask, was vigorously dusting a bookshelf with a feather duster, as if the books on it were her sworn enemies.

"Damn it, why are there so many books in that bastard’s study!!!!" Aoko complained.

Though she was constantly grumbling, the young woman’s hands and feet were exceptionally nimble. The only thing was, the force of her dusting was exceptionally heavy. The thought of her debt made Aoko’s heart ache.

This wasn’t like accidentally breaking one of Alice’s treasures, where she could play dumb. This was a contract with a forced execution clause.

And Haru’s daily wage for a maid was a staggering one hundred thousand yen. If she didn’t clean properly and didn’t get paid, she’d probably have to resort to compensated dating to pay off her debt.

Just as Aoko was resignedly cleaning the bookshelf, two books on the top shelf glowed with a faint light, slowly detached themselves from the shelf, and fell towards her head.

Thwack—!

"Who’s throwing things at !!!" Aoko imdiately dropped the feather duster, clutching her head in pain.

Thwack—!

"Again!!" A furious roar suddenly ca.

"Eh?" Aoko, rubbing her throbbing head, looked at the two books before her with confusion.

"’Mana Burst’ and ’A General Theory of Destruction’? What are these books?" Aoko reached out with a look of confusion and opened the title pages of both books at the sa ti.

"Author? Artoria Pendragon and Shiva?"

—————

"The consumption of accelerating one year is comparable to the consumption of using an Authority?" Haru narrowed his eyes, looking down at the ancient parchnt on the tea table, muttering under his breath.

"The consumption is too great." Haru pursed his lips. His once-rosy face was now slightly pale, a sign of the rapid depletion of his magical power.

Activating an Authority once required the equivalent of the full magical power of twenty Alice Kuonjis. And just now, to age the already well-preserved parchnt, Haru had forcibly accelerated it by two thousand years.

Though he still had a large reserve of magical power, his ntal strength was not enough to support such a high-frequency output. He was now like soone who had been continuously ejaculating for an hour, his fatigue already reaching a certain limit.

"The consumption should be reducible by a lot!" Haru said, his face stern, his tone serious.

Though the main reason for the massive consumption was that he hadn’t yet established a connection with the Root, Haru believed that even with his current consumption, there was a way to reduce it through magic.

Complex magical patterns once again appeared on the parchnt. Haru continuously deduced the magical formulas with his own power.

Like an artist engrossed in his work, Haru was already imrsed in the ocean of thaumaturgy, completely forgetting his original purpose.

Alice reluctantly tore her gaze from the parchnt, a naless fire welling up in her heart. It was an emotion called anger.

The reason was simple: she couldn’t understand the formulas on the parchnt. She couldn’t understand any of it. Though she knew the aning of most of the magical symbols, once they were combined, she was completely lost, utterly baffled.

To have the highest mysteries of magic laid before her, a fortune that could buy a country—yet to be unable to glimpse even a fraction of it... it made Alice exceptionally frustrated.

Of course, she wasn’t angry at Haru, but at herself. After all, he had laid the mysteries of True Magic before her, and she, limited by her low level of magical skill, couldn’t learn it.

Who could she bla but herself?

If Aoko had been here, the hot-tempered young woman would have undoubtedly blad it all on Haru.

"Sigh!" Alice sighed softly, turning her gaze to Haru. Seeing his slightly pale face—a flicker of admiration appeared in her eyes.

For Haru, who was now so focused on the path of magic, even pushing his magical deductions to the realm of True Magic, Alice, as a latecor, was naturally quite impressed.

Seeing his current level of magical research, she wasn’t surprised at all that he had, at such a young age, reached the realm of True Magic, a realm that mages dread of.

"What a monstrous reserve of magical power," Alice muttered under her breath. Haru’s ti experints were all being conducted right beside her.

The thousands of magical experints per second, the vast amount of magical power pouring out like an abyss... to her, whose entire body had been transford into a magic circuit, it was exceptionally conspicuous.

In fact, due to the God-Slayer constitution’s inherent characteristic—a lavish waste of magical power—the entire living room was now imrsed in an ocean of magical power. It could be said that Haru was artificially creating a ley line.

"Hiss—! Just by breathing, I can absorb a large amount of magical power." Alice took a sharp breath, inhaling the magical power from the atmosphere through her slightly parted lips, replenishing her own.

Suddenly, Alice’s pretty face went blank. In the eyes of a magus, magical power equaled life force, which equaled a male magus’s... certain fluid.

Her current act of inhaling...
