The next morning, Mo Roulan got up to go to the college. However, when she glanced at the calendar she suddenly rembered sothing very important.
She finished her breakfast hurriedly and ssaged Shen Youlin that she won't co to the college today.
A little far away from the building, there was a bus stop. She stood there with others waiting for the others.
Few steps far away from the bus stop, a black car was standing. The driver glanced at his master from the front mirror in confusion.
'Why did Boss suddenly ask him to stop the car here?'
Sitting inside the car, He Jian was looking at Mo Roulan with a frown.
The information he had received said that she always go to college in her friend's car or by walking as the college was nearby.
Then what was she doing at the bus stop?
His sight fell on the boys who were staring at her and his frown went deeper.
The blue eyes suddenly beca very cold when he saw a car stopping in front of the bus stop. A boy ca out of that car and walked towards Mo Roulan.
Mo Roulan was busy replying to Shen Youlin's ssage asking her as to why she was not coming to the college. So she didn't notice anyone walking towards her.
"Classmate Roulan"
She raised her head and saw a boy of her age standing in front of herself. She frowned as she couldn't rember who he was but since he was calling her classmate then he must be from the sa class or college.
And his face seed a little familiar.
The boy perhaps felt embarrassed when she didn't recognize him and introduce himself
"I am Xie Deming."
The na seed to click sothing in Mo Roulan's mind.
Xie Deming. Gu Xiaotong's ex-boyfriend.
She has heard his na many tis when the other girls talked about how Gu Xiaotong used to bully anyone she wanted because Young Master Xie was his boyfriend and Mr. Gu was the trustee of the college.
"You're the one whom Youlin hit that day, right?"
Mo Roulan asked him and Xie Deming's face went red at her question.
He thought that Mo Roulan was looking down on him because of that day's incident.
"I …I …Classmate Youlin is a girl and I don't hit girls. That's why I…"
Mo Roulan's eyes were filled with confusion.
'Why was he explaining all this to her?'
She waved her hand and interrupted him.
"You don't need to explain anything. I just wanted to apologize in place of Youlin. She was angry that day and didn't think anything before hitting you. I hope Classmate Deming would forgive her."
She had heard from other students that the Xie family was equally influential as the Shen family. So Shen Youlin beating the Young Master of Xie family could affect the relations between two families.
That's why she wanted to find Xie Deming and apologize to him because Shen Youlin refused to do that.
Now since he was already in front of her, she apologized for that day. If this matter could end with her apology, then it was for the best.
She didn't want to create any problem for Shen Youlin.
Xie Deming imdiately shook his head when he heard her apologizing.
"No need. I know she is your best friend. I was also at fault that day. So, it's fine."
He blabbered whatever ca to his mind as the presence of Mo Roulan was making him very nervous. He had liked her since the first day he saw her.
But at that ti, he was in a relationship with Gu Xiaotong who was very overbearing and possessive. He actually never really liked Gu Xiatong. It was all because of his father and the company he had to date her.
However, after seeing Mo Roulan, he couldn't pretend anymore and broke off his relationship with Gu Xiatong.
He just had not expected that she will found out the reason behind him breaking up with her from sowhere and will go to humiliate Mo Roulan in front of the whole college.
These kinds of girls make Xie Deming disgusted.
So when his father asked him to nd his relationship with Gu Xiaotong, he refused indecisively.
Now he had the girl he loved so he would no longer pretend to be anyone's boyfriend.
There would be consequences of going against his father, Xi Deming knew. But he really liked Mo Roulan and doesn't want to let her go.
"Are you waiting for the bus?"
He cursed himself inside his heart. Wasn't it obvious? So he imdiately changed his question.
"I can take you to the college if you want. I am also going there."
His eyes were filled with anticipation which Mo Roulan found weird.
She shook her head firmly and said politely.
"No need to trouble Classmate Deming. I am not going to college. I'll just wait here for the bus."
Xie Deming's eyes dimd. He thought Mo Roulan was lying because she didn't want to sit inside his car.
"Classmate Roulan, are you still angry with because of that day? I know I was at fault. But I haven't expected Xiaotong to find you and do all that."
Mo Roulan looked at him as if he was talking in a foreign language.
Xie Deming also felt helpless. He was really angry at Gu Xiatong at this mont. She spoiled everything before he could even try to win Mo Roulan's heart.
He raised his head to look at Mo Roulan again. His eyes were filled with determination as he stepped closer to Mo Roulan and said
"Classmate Roulan, I saw you for the first ti when you have stepped inside the class on the first day of college."
A very bad premonition rose in Mo Roulan's heart when Xie Deming started. She looked around at the people who were staring at Xie Deming and her.
However, Xie Deming didn't care and continued.
"I really li…."
Mo Roulan was thinking of so way to stop Xie Deming from saying his next words, she heard a familiar voice making her mind blank for a mont.
