Arthur leaned forward, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm as he addressed the room. "I've been thinking about it, and I truly believe this land is perfect for a mercial plaza."

He paused briefly, letting the weight of his words sink in before continuing,

"The government plans to construct 12 subway stations, six national highways, and dozens of high-speed railways. They're also building universities, high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, munities, essentially entire residential plexes! Can you imagine? If this project es to fruition, it could acmodate over 500 million people! And guess what? Our land is smack dab in the center of all this development."

Arthur's voice rose with excitement. "Picture it: 500 million locals depending on our mercial plaza for their needs!

Not to mention the millions, perhaps even hundreds of millions, of tourists flocking here every month! Just think about the profits we could rake in!"

Julian and the others sat in stunned silence as they absorbed Arthur's vision.

Their eyes gleamed with anticipation at the prospect of tapping into such a lucrative opportunity.

With smart management and strategic investments, they could transform this piece of land into one of Panterra's largest mercial hubs.

"I agree with Arthur," Julian chimed in after a moment. "Building a mercial plaza here is undoubtedly the right choice. If we invest wisely, we might just find ourselves among Panterra's top hundred plazas, and we'll be the Osborn family reaping those rewards!" His gaze swept across the room as everyone nodded in agreement.

However, Margaret's worried expression broke through the excitement. "But Arthur," she interjected cautiously, "don't you think we'll need an enormous amount of money and resources to pull this off?"

She sighed heavily. "We only have about 200 billion Unicreds left; that might not even cover the first stage."

The mood shifted as concern washed over everyone's faces. Despite their recent revival from disaster thanks to Arthur's leadership, transforming 10,000 square kilometers into a thriving mercial plaza would require substantial funding.

"Don't worry about finances," Arthur said confidently while tapping lightly on the table. "I've got everything under control."

He smiled reassuringly before adding more seriously, "What we really need to focus on now is how to plete these projects without facing any obstacles."

A hush fell over them as they considered his words.

The land was indeed a prime target, a juicy pie attracting all sorts of opportunists eager for a slice.

They recalled their past troubles with the Sterling Family; those memories still haunted them.

Sensing their apprehension, Arthur frowned slightly but pressed on: "I know your concerns stem from our family's ability to take on such an ambitious project; others will certainly bee greedy and may try to sabotage us."

"Like cutting off our material supply," Ashley interjected thoughtfully.

"Absolutely," Arthur nodded, his expression serious. "The most critical factors in pleting these two projects are the construction materials and other essential supplies. If our rivals want to sabotage us, the first thing they'll do is cut off or control our access to those materials. If that happens, it could spell disaster for us, we might even find ourselves back in bankruptcy."

The room fell silent as everyone absorbed Arthur's words. They knew he was right; without a solution to this looming threat, the Osborn family could face catastrophic consequences.

Richard leaned forward, narrowing his eyes. "And that's not all. Sure, they might try to disrupt our material supply openly, but what about their covert actions? What are they planning behind closed doors?"

He continued with a chilling thought: "They could hire hitmen like the Sterling Family did against us, orchestrate accidents, or employ people to create constant chaos in our lives. The possibilities are endless."

Julian's grim expression deepened as he added, "We're not just dealing with the old Sterling Family here; we're up against powerful corporations and influential families, high-ranking officials and wealthy individuals who won't hesitate to act."

He glanced around at the group before continuing, "As Arthur mentioned earlier, the mercial plaza we plan to build sits right in the heart of a government development zone. It might be ranked among the top hundred mercial plazas in Panterra! Even if it were just land without any development plans, its value is astronomical, so much so that people would kill for it. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if some have already started plotting their moves."

Nathaniel took over from there, his voice steady yet urgent. "Let's consider this: Neo-Luminara has over 1 billion residents alone! Once the government project is pleted, more than 500 million people will settle here, and it's not just locals; others from outside may flock here too! If we construct a world-class mega plaza, think about how many lives will depend on it for entertainment, jobs, business opportunities... and that's just scratching the surface! What about tourists and foreigners?"

The room remained quiet as everyone processed Nathaniel's insights.

"We're talking about trillions in annual revenue!" he exclaimed. "Who wouldn't be tempted by such enormous profits? If we can see this potential clearly, you can bet others have already e to the same conclusion and us ." He scanned the room for reactions.

Arthur and the others sat in silence as they absorbed Julian's and Nathaniel's revelations.

The Osborn family had only recently recovered from bankruptcy; now their land, once undervalued, was worth trillions and being eyed by predators from every direction.

Yet selling it wasn't an option, they'd regret it forever!

Partnering with others seemed equally unappealing to Arthur; he preferred keeping everything for himself rather than sharing any spoils.

But refusing to sell or partner left them vulnerable to attacks from massive corporations and powerful families, a threat their small family simply couldn't take at all.

Arthur's brow was furrowed in deep thought, mirroring the expressions of everyone else in the room.

They were all grappling with the same pressing concern: how to navigate this perilous situation.

"Alright, everyone, I have a plan," Arthur said firmly as he knocked on the table to grab their attention. The room fell silent as all eyes turned to him, eager for direction.

Taking a deep breath, he continued with gravity, "Second Uncle, this massive project will weigh heavily on you since you're in charge of Osborn Real Estate and Construction Group." Nathaniel nodded but still looked puzzled.

Arthur sensed his confusion and pressed on. "We know our rivals will likely target our material supply first to sabotage these projects."

The group nodded in agreement, hanging onto every word.

"So here's what we need to do: we must control our supply channels," Arthur explained succinctly.

He didn't pause for questions; instead, he quickly shifted focus back to Nathaniel. "First off, I want you to acquire one hundred small construction and materials manufacturing panies, whether they're struggling or not doesn't matter. Merge them into our existing subsidiaries under Osborn Real Estate and Construction Group. Don't worry about finances; just get it done."

Without missing a beat, he turned to Edward and George. "Your business lessons are ending early! As heads of Osborn Mining and Resource Group, your task is similar: buy up one hundred small mining panies and integrate them into our various subsidiaries."

"Julian," he said next, locking eyes with his first uncle. "I need you focused on semiconductor materials, the ponents used in chip production. If possible, secure direct sources."

Then came Richard's turn: "Third Uncle, expand the workforce at Osborn Supply Chain Group; scale it up however you can, I just want results!"

Arthur's voice grew more intense as he addressed everyone again: "I want each of you to expand your operations tenfold, twentyfold, even a hundredfold! We cannot allow anyone else to control our resources!" His narrowed gaze conveyed urgency.

Previously reported progress seemed adequate until now; faced with real threats from petitors, Arthur realized it was far too limited.

He couldn't let his profits rely on someone else's hands.

"I want us to close the industrial chain loop," he declared firmly. "Our material supply chain must remain entirely within our control."

Arthur surveyed the room, his gaze piercing through the tension. "Listen up, everyone," he began, his voice steady but laced with urgency. "I don't want you all to tackle this alone. I'll be sending people to assist each of you. But remember, keep it under wraps. We can't let anyone catch wind of what we're doing."

His narrowed eyes glinted coldly, emphasizing the seriousness of their situation.

Julian and the others exchanged solemn looks, fully grasping Arthur's message. They knew that if their rivals controlled the channels and resources, they'd be out of the game for good.

"We're on a tight schedule," Arthur continued, his tone turning more intense. "In just two months, the Urban Development and Construction Bureau will hold a press conference to announce this project. We need to act fast!"

He locked eyes with each member of his team, determination etched on his face. "By then, I want our entire industrial chain secured and firmly in our hands."

Nods of agreement rippled through Julian and the others; they understood that their future, and that of the Osborn Family, depended on these next two months.
