The Drake's enormous eyes glowed with madness as it glared down at Felix and the others with disdain and hatred.
"I've been stuck in this crappy place because of you humans for ten thousand years, so yeah, I really hate you guys," the Drake growled.
"What's even more ridiculous is that for thousands of years, you humans have been trying to co to this place, but you can't even get past the 80th floor. It's honestly pretty funny."
The Drake continued to rant on, its eyes shining with pure hatred.
Felix, Trinity, Gwendolyn, Brixton, Zephyr, and Nixie all stayed quiet as they watched the Drake kept rumbling as they try to find a way to escape.
The Drake suddenly stopped and turned to look at Felix and the others.
The Drake seed intrigued, "I almost forgot, how did weaklings like you manage to make it up here? You should have perished long ago."
Felix's heart raced as he quickly spoke up, "Great One, we ended up here by accident. We defeated the boss on the first floor and went through a portal that only opened at that mont. That's how we ended up here."
The Drake stared at Felix with its red, gigantic eyes and fell silent.
"Hahahah! That old man, he truly is cunning. I didn't expect him to leave such a loophole, hahahah! What a sly human," The Drake suddenly erupted into another fit of wild laughter.
Although Felix and the others were quite confused about what The Drake was talking about, they still kept their mouths shut.
After a while, The Drake stopped laughing and its playful eyes focused once again on Felix.
Mockingly, The Drake stated, "Although I may be sealed and unable to utilize my full strength, annihilating all of you here is a re cakewalk. With just a breath from , I can effortlessly exterminate each and every one of you. Do you believe ?"
In a rush to appease, Felix hastily flattered, "Great One, we are nothing but insignificant ants before you. We have no doubt about your imnse power. Ending our lives is as simple as raising one of your magnificent and glorious claws."
"Hehehe, human, I really like you," the Drake chuckled smugly, its eyes glinting with amusent as it watched Felix squirm.
It relished the sight of humans crawling before it, begging for their lives—a twisted pleasure that fueled its delight.
Felix clenched his fists tightly, his heart ablaze with fury. Why did he have to be on the weaker side?.
If only his strength matched or surpassed that of this Drake! He wouldn't have to grovel like this.
Yet deep down, he understood: after ten thousand years of imprisonnt, this creature's mind was likely warped. One wrong move could seal their fate.
[ Host why don't you and the others fight it, I an look it's currently sealed and can't use much of it's strength, you can possibly escape if you try ] The system suddenly said.
Felix was really speechless when heard the system, " System take a good look at it, can we defeat this thing. Even the power of love and friendship can't even scratched it's itch" .
[ Hey I was just saying ] The system replied in a nonchalant tone.
Felix simply shook his head and once again looked at the gigantic Drake with dread.
"Oh Great One," Felix pleaded, his face pale and desperate. "Please allow us to leave! We promise we'll never return to this place again!"
"Let you go?" The Drake growled in response. "I never planned on releasing you. If I did, how would I unleash my hatred for being sealed away?"
"But Great One," Felix countered quickly, "it wasn't us who imprisoned you; it was soone else! You can't take your rage out on us, we're innocent!"
The Drake fell silent for a mont before replying coldly, "While it may not directly involve you, your kind sealed away. Therefore, you must pay for those cris. And by now? That old bastard is probably dead."
Felix's expression darkened further; Trinity and the others mirrored his horror as they absorbed the Drake's words. The creature seed to revel in their despair.
"But I won't kill all of you… if you let eat her." The Drake's enormous eyes flicked behind Felix.
Felix spun around and realized who the Drake ant.
Trinity's face drained of color as she instinctively took a small step back. Zephyr and the others stared at her in shock, this was no re threat; if the Drake consud Trinity, they might be spared!
In a flash of movent, Felix positioned himself protectively in front of Trinity, rage burning in his eyes.
Zephyr and the others snapped out of their stupor and ford a barrier around her, fury radiating from them all as they faced down the monstrous beast.
"Hahahaha! Humans never change!" The Drake laughed mockingly. "You're such hypocrites, sentintal beings at best! You stab each other in the back without hesitation yet band together when danger looms. Truly fascinating creatures!"
Felix and his companions glared at the Drake, fury blazing in their eyes. They all wanted to leave this place alive, but not at the cost of sacrificing one of their own.

"Why do you want to eat her? Just look at her, she wouldn't even fit between your teeth! Unless..." Felix's voice turned icy as he locked eyes with the creature, "Unless she has sothing that tempts you."
The Drake narrowed its gaze, studying Felix intently. "Human, you're too clever for your own good," it replied, a hint of annoyance creeping into its tone. "And yes, there is sothing within her that could make stronger if I consu her."
Felix glanced sideways at Trinity, confusion flickering across his face. She caught his eye and shook her head subtly, signaling that she possessed nothing of value to attract such a monstrous being.
"Host, it might be her bloodline," the system chid in suddenly.
"Her bloodline?" Felix blinked in surprise as realization washed over him.
How could he have forgotten? When they first scanned Trinity's talents back in the slums, the results showed that her bloodline was sealed.
He had no idea what kind of lineage she carried but it had to be powerful enough for Jarvis to remark on how unusual she was when they first t.
"You're after her bloodline, aren't you?" Felix said calmly, dismissing any pretense of flattery or false humility.
If this Drake was determined to kill them anyway, why bother begging for rcy? He would ensure the beast suffered before hefaced his end. "After all, aside from her bloodline, there's nothing else valuable about her."
"And let's not forget," Felix continued with an almost imperceptible smile creeping onto his lips, "there are many bloodlines out there but only one can elevate a lowly Drake like you: the bloodline of a True Dragon. If I'm right… that's exactly what she possesses."
The Drake's eyes narrowed further as it regarded Felix with growing hostility. "You're far too clever for soone so young; if I let you live today, you may beco a problem for later."
Zephyr and the others stood frozen in shock as they absorbed this exchange between Felix and the Drake, their mouths agape as they processed Trinity's potential heritage. Even Trinity herself felt dazed by what was unfolding before her.
"Well then," Felix said defiantly, standing tall amidst impending doom. "You better kill now because if we cross paths again in the future... you'll truly learn what cruelty ans."
The Drake erupted into laughter, a deep rumble that echoed through the chamber. "Do you even know who I am? I've shattered five Empires and obliterated countless Kingdoms! The number of lives I've taken is beyond asure! What makes you think a re human like you can threaten ?"
Felix sneered, "If you're so powerful, then why are you sealed in this pitiful place? You're nothing more than a lowly Drake, the absolute bottom of the Dragon Race."
The Drake's eyes flared with unrestrained fury, a storm of rage brewing within. "Why you—!" it growled, its voice dripping with venom.
"Since you're so eager to et your end," the Drake replied with a sinister grin, "I'll gladly grant your wish. Don't worry; I'll make sure to enjoy her thoroughly."
Felix turned away, feeling the weight of despair settle over him like a heavy cloak. They all knew it: this was it. They were truly going to die here.
"Hey system," he whispered urgently, "if I kick the bucket, can you send to another world?" But silence hung in the air; the system offered no response.
With a resigned shake of his head, Felix chuckled softly at the absurdity of it all.
Suddenly, the Drake raised its colossal claw and brought it crashing down toward Felix and his companions. "Am I really going to die again?" he muttered reluctantly as he watched the shadow loom over them.
"Hahahahaha!" The Drake's maniacal laughter echoed ominously through the space.
"Little lizard," Suddenly another voice bood unexpectedly, cutting through the tension like a knife. "It seems you've grown even more arrogant!"
"Damn you, old bastard! You didn't die!" was all Felix heard before darkness enveloped him and the others losing consciousness.
