Felix nodded, a satisfied smile spreading across his face as he savored the diverse selection of wines before him.

Turning to Mr. Stuart, he said, "By the way, could you gather the other winemakers? I have sothing important to share with all of you."

Mr. Stuart nodded with a warm smile and headed toward the innermost part of the winery, leaving Felix to focus on Nixie. "I need you to start preparing for planting and cultivating the materials and ingredients for our wine, especially grapes; they are our most crucial component."

Nixie's deanor shifted instantly as she pulled out a small notebook and began jotting down notes. "Big bro, how many acres should we use for cultivating a vineyard for various grapes?"

Felix shook his head thoughtfully. "Do what you think is best, but ensure it's large enough. Plant every type of grape you can find, don't leave any behind! As long as they can be used for wine-making, plant them."

He paused for emphasis before adding, "Make sure each type of grape is cultivated in separate vineyards; mixing them up is not an option. Hire professionals for this task; money isn't an issue, just make sure everything is perfect."

Nixie's serious expression reflected her commitnt as she diligently wrote down Felix's instructions. After a mont, she looked up and asked, "Is that all?"

Felix contemplated briefly before nodding. "Yes, that's it for now. I'll let you know if anything else cos to mind."

"Okay," Nixie replied thoughtfully. "Should I cultivate these ingredients in Arkfield District?"

"No," Felix frowned slightly and shook his head. "There's a vast piece of fertile land behind this winery that's perfect, it's closer and well-suited for our needs."

"Got it," Nixie acknowledged with understanding.

"Also," Felix added, "find soone to build a wall around this winery to separate it from the surrounding buildings."

"Yes, big bro," Nixie responded calmly.

"Now onto the second part: I want you to start building wine stores throughout the Royal Capital."

"How many?" Nixie inquired while looking at him expectantly.

"108," Felix replied decisively.

Nixie blinked in surprise before asking, "Why only 108? We could build more than that!"

Felix shook his head gently. "Nixie, we're aiming for exclusivity here. Our wine stores should feel rare and special, not sothing easily found just by walking down the street like fast food joints."

"So we'll build one store in each district of Astheria?" Nixie clarified.

"Yes," Felix confird with a smile. "But not just any store, create the most beautiful and elegant wine stores using only the finest materials."

"Here," Felix said, waving his hand slightly as a collection of blueprints materialized on the table beside him. "These are 108 unique blueprints for building wine stores. Each one is different, and all the materials you'll need to construct them are listed right here."

Nixie studied the blueprints intently, nodding her head in understanding as she took them into her hands.

"Also," Felix continued, "select a few people and start training them on everything there is to know about wine."

"Yes," Nixie replied, jotting down notes with a serious expression.

"And make sure to scout out the best locations for these wine stores," Felix added, his tone firm yet encouraging.

As Nixie diligently wrote down every word, Felix couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt.

He knew she was already carrying a heavy load, and now he was adding more responsibilities to her plate.

With a gentle smile, he reached out and affectionately ruffled her soft pink hair.

Nixie looked up at him, confusion flickering in her eyes. "Nixie, are you tired?" he asked softly.

"Huh? Not really," she shook her head gently. "Is sothing wrong?"

Felix smiled reassuringly. "Not at all! But I think you should consider finding an assistant to help lighten your workload, soone talented who can manage aspects of the wine business."

"You're right!" Nixie nodded eagerly.

"Great! When you find the right person, bring their information to ," Felix said with a smile that lit up his face.

"Okay!" Nixie's grin revealed her pearly white teeth as enthusiasm radiated from her.

Just then, Mr. Stuart's voice bood from behind them: "President Felix!"

Felix turned around to see Mr. Stuart accompanied by several older gentlen, each one seasoned with experience and wisdom; the youngest among them appeared to be at least 40 years old.

"Mr. Stuart," Felix acknowledged him before addressing the group of older n behind him. "Is this everyone?"

"Yes, President Felix," Mr. Stuart confird before turning back to the n. "Alright everyone, this is President Felix, our boss, and he has sothing important he wants to discuss with us."

Imdiately, every pair of eyes fixed on Felix with scrutiny; surprise danced across their faces as they appraised him from head to toe.

"This young man is quite young."

"I didn't expect soone so youthful to lead such a significant business."

"What a promising young man!"

The murmurs spread like wildfire as they nodded in agreent while stroking their white beards thoughtfully.

"Hello everyone," Felix stepped forward confidently. "As Mr. Stuart has introduced already, I won't take up too much of your ti."

Felix paused for a mont, scanning the group of seasoned gentlen before him. With a twinkle in his eye, he began, "Gentlen, I promise not to take up too much of your ti today. The reason I've gathered you all here is that I have an exciting proposal that I believe you'll find quite appealing."

The old n exchanged curious glances, surprise evident on their faces as interest sparked in their eyes.

Felix couldn't help but smile at their reaction. "First off," he continued warmly, "I want to thank each of you for contributing to our recent success with the wine. Your efforts have truly paid off! Now, let's talk about sothing that ties into our shared passion, wine."

He leaned in slightly as he said with a smile . "I've decided to open up our resources and materials for you to create your very own wines! You'll have the chance to craft your unique wines and sell them in our wine stores. And here's the best part: you'll keep 40% of the total revenue from your sales! How does that sound?"

Mr. Stuart and the other seasoned winemakers were taken aback, their eyes widening in disbelief.

"President Felix, are you sure about this?" Mr. Stuart asked, his voice trembling ever so slightly.

"Absolutely," Felix replied with a reassuring smile, eting Mr. Stuart's gaze directly.

Felix continued enthusiastically, "And there's more! We'll have a library filled with all the knowledge you could want, recipes and thods galore, to help you brew your wines with confidence."

"Goodness gracious!" Mr. Stuart exclaid as he nodded vigorously in agreent.

The atmosphere buzzed with joy as the old n exchanged glances filled with appreciation for Felix's vision.

This was not just an opportunity; it was a dream co true!

"Wow, Big Bro! Look at those grandpas, they look like they've just been handed a mountain of candy! Just look at how happy they are!" Nixie leaned in closer to Felix, her eyes sparkling with delight.

Felix couldn't help but smile, shaking his head in amusent. "Of course they're thrilled! This is their chance to finally get so recognition for their incredible craft."

He turned his gaze to Mr. Stuart and the other winemakers, his voice steady and encouraging. "Rember, every bottle you produce can have your na engraved on the label. But let stress this: each wine must be of the highest quality."

"Absolutely, President Felix!" Mr. Stuart replied eagerly, excitent lighting up his eyes.

"And before I forget," Felix added with a chuckle, "our wine stores will be opening in just a few months!

So it's ti to start preparing, make sure your wines are ready to be part of our very first batch for sale!"

With that, Felix and Nixie left the winery, leaving behind a group of stunned old n who were still processing the thrilling news.
