Chapter 20 Tangling with Chen Qian (2)
“It’s almost noon. Would you accompany even if you are not hungry?” Chen Qian tried to persuade herself to receive his arsy-varsy excuses. She would never give up until she got more chance to stay with Mo Yichen. Then he would fall in love with her and they finally could get married.
“I am too busy to have lunch with you.” She’d better go away and don’t bother him. He had no ti for her.
“But I...” Mo Yichen’s obvious refusal annoyed Chen Qian. She had never been treated like that before. She was the attention followed by people and had everything she wanted since her childhood. “How could Mo Yichen treat like that!” Chen Qian was in a violent rage.
“I ask soone to see you off.” Mo Yichen called Wu Gang as soon as possible.
Chen Qian wanted to say sothing more when Wu Gang ca in.
“Miss Chen, this way please.” Wu Gang seed serious this mont. He did his duty as a perfect assistant.
“Brrr!” Chen Qian was quite angry but she held it. She would keep her experience here in mind.
Then she raised her head high and walked gracefully with her high-heeled shoes.
Mo Yichen called the manager of Administration Departnt after they walked away.
“President... What can I do for you?” It was the first ti for him to receive a call from the president. He felt worried and overwheld.
“Deduct half-a-month wages of Wu Gang.” Mo Yichen said without emotion.
“Get it.” The manager was in doubt. What happened?
Chen Qian went to visit Li Yunhong and complained what Mo Yichen did to her. She wanted Li Yunhong to give him a lesson to prevent Mo Yichen from rude behaviors to her.
“Auntie, does Yichen dislike ?” Chen Qian pretended to be sad and was about to cry.
“What happened?” Li Yunhong felt confused.
“I just wanted to have lunch with Yichen but he ignored totally.” Chen Yu complained to Li Yunhong about the indifference of Mo Yichen.
“Well. Maybe he was too busy to accompany you.” Li Yunhong comforted Chen Qian.
“But ...” He was obviously very indifferent to her. As a female, she could feel it.
“Yichen works with staidness and even forget when he is busy. That must be that he is busy.” Li Yunhong made an excuse for her son. But she would like to talk with him later.
“Really? You don’t comfort , Auntie?” Chen Qian imdiately smiled through tears. “Mo Yichen was reading docunts when I ca to his office. Maybe he was too busy.”
“I won’t lie to you!” But Li Yunhong felt a little bit guilty. “Why did he always put down? Alas!” She thought.
“Fine, I will contact him another day.” She forgave him generously.
“I know about Yichen. The more you accompany him, the more he will like you. I will help you until you two have a baby.” Li Yunhong was looking forward to their marriage.
“Auntie, please don’t take fun of . It is early to say that...” Speaking of their very cute baby... She also expected it.
“Don’t worry. I will let Yichen spend a whole day accompanying you. Then he will get to know you.”
“Thank you, Auntie.” Well, it would be easier if Mo Yichen’s mother would help.
Mo Yichen knew her intention when he received the call from his mother. He didn’t like Chen Qian who was hypocritical. He didn’t force himself to accept her. He didn’t want her to misunderstand that he would marry her. A direct refusal would help her fall in love with others soon, and she’d better to do that.
Although he knew that he would be nagged by his mother, he answered the phone.
“Mom?” It was his mother and he had to face it by himself.
“Yi Chen, how could you do that? Qianqian ca specially for you but look what you did.” Li Yunhong couldn’t help blaming Mo Yichen. If he treated Chen Qian like that, when would she have a grandson from them? He was too childish!
Mo Yichen knew that woman would complain to his mother and hated her more.
“Mom, I am a little busy recently. There are several projects about to start.” He was really busy and the president had their duty.
“You are too busy to have lunch? You had no ti to go ho, and then Qianqian went to your office. But you refused her again. How can you maintain your relationship?” Li Yunhong knew that he would take being busy as an excuse.
“Mom, I told you I don’t like her for many tis. It is true. Do you want to force myself?” Why did his mother compel him to marry that woman he had no feelings.
“How do you know that and you never get along with her? She is a good girl. Trust .” Li Yunhong ignored his rejection. She believed that she was right.

“Hello?” No service?
... “It was useless to say anything. What else can I do?” Mo Yichen thought.
“Well, I am done. You should reflect upon yourself.”
“Bye, Mom.” Mo Yichen rang off and had nothing to say about Chen Qian.
“Wu Gang...” Mo Yichen shouted.
Wu Gang opened the door, “Boss, what can I do for you?”
“If Chen Qian cos again, tell her that I am out.” Mo Yichen said coldly.
